Lisa and Rose are absolute rockstars with the kind of personalities that can turn anyone s day around! Hands down the best customer service interaction I ve had anywhere! It may seem a little wild to rave about, with it being a quick service spot, but they made such a difference with their positivity and warmth. We are so glad we stopped in today for lunch! We had never been in but live close by and needed something quick. Kaleb greeted us and explained everything on the menu and how to order. The food came out quickly and was all perfect! He went above and beyond to make sure our lunch was great. We will definitely be back! Thank you Kaleb!

First time here, Kaleb was very helpful in helping me select the right meal for me. I don t know anything about Hawaiian food and have never tried it before. Was hesitant to try Hawaiian food, wish I had tried it sooner! The food is incredible, the service is awesome and the place is very clean. The atmosphere really helped me, get some peace from the office, even if just for a short while.

I have celiac disease so I have to eat completely gluten free. Just about everything is gluten free from the soy to teriyaki sauce. The macaroni salad isn t. The staff was knowledgeable about gluten free food and assured me they would clean surfaces and change gloves before preparing my food. Food was good and the service was too. Great Food!!!! Ive visited many of these across the country and they have a gold medal for consistency. Food is always hot and delicious! The staff are very friendly, courteous and very willing to assist. The place was in top notch shape clean and organized. Will def stop again when Im in Midland. 3 stars for atmosphere because the stereotypical Hawaiian music was a little corny many good clean Hawaiian artists like manoa company and three plus would definitely add some authentic culture to the vibe. I went to this grill today for the first time. Was met by Kaleb who was very helpful with explaining the meal options and ordering from the kiosk. The wait was not long at all, Kaleb brought my meal out to me which was very good. Hawaiian music played over the speakers during lunch, everything seemed to be very clean and well kept. I will definitely by returning to this establishment in the near future to try out other meals. Thank you, Kaleb!

I usually order from here all the time. I have a really strong stomach. I recently ordered from here and got food poisoning from the Luau Pig, it tasted really weird and salty. Hours later, i got really weak, started sweating and the fun part began. Food poisoning, as I m writing this review my symptoms are still in effect has been 2 days still feel really bad.

Large chunks of fat attached to small pieces of chicken. When this place opened, I ate there once a week. As time has gone, the food quality has lowered significantly. Most of the time, the Mac is laying in a bed of oil. They did get that spot on today. The chicken was still awful. Inedible really. It takes more work to take off the goop, so you can be left with a tiny piece of chicken, than it does to maintain food standards. Its disappointing how this town has once again ruined a good food establishment. It WAS good and itd be nice for it to high standards again.

Maybe the best restaurant in midland. The food is delicious & really great atmosphere. All the workers are really nice & it was a great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal & great atmosphere. Most places in midland are filled with rude employees who act like they hate their job. The manager on duty was extremly rude to me at the drive thru window in front of her employee. It was pouring down rain outside and the young lady at the window was trying to figure out how to scan my points into my app from my multiple receipts for my points. No one was in the drive thru but myself. I did not get my receipts scanned for the points and no where on the app to do so either. Today 9/3/2024 was my second time in two days to grace this establishment but after the rudeness of the black female manager who told me i had to pay for my orders and leave the drive thru was so rude i dont think i will go back...

Been a patron since they opened in Midland. They started off Great! We would visit once a week and enjoyed the food immensely. Lately though the food has tapered off, the mac salad has started to get bland, the chicken is now coming out dry and the rice can occasionally crack a tooth. Hopefully they will address these shortages. Update 8-23-2024 Two visits since my original review and the food is back to its original Glory! Everything coming out Fresh!! Excellent experience!! Once again a Favorite when we are in Midland!

I loved coming here even would tell friends to check it out . Omg first online says they open at 10 but really they open at 11 or 10:45 so husband said we would go for dinner. We showed up for dinner . It took 25 mins for 3 Honolulu reg plates and one being a small, and one Molokai reg plates. After we finished our meal we went for whip and the lady working walked to everyone asking if the receipt was there s lastly she came to us we said yes. She then started to walk away but came back asking us if we wanted the whips now . We said yes please, thank you. That was another 15 min wait. I hate to say it but it s like after 6 months businesses here just go downhill. If you have time to kill sure go eat here.

Ive never been to Hawaii........ but from the moment I walked into this place, from Mallory getting and kindness, to the last morsel of macaroni, I thought I was Maui when I closed my eyes. If I could give more stars for service and food, I would give 10.

The staff was so friendly and very helpful in showing us how to use the ordering system and telling us about all of the meal and drink options. The food was delicious and we will definitely be back again.

That s place sucks I bought a Honolulu classic, my bad for not checking the order before I drove and hour away. When I got home opened the box they put a small inside of a classic box. I called back they said we will put you in some blue book and get it right next time on them. Went back next day to get them to get it right. Got there they were super slow so I asked them I was told to come tell them I was in the blue book and to give my name. I did and instead of the Honolulu in order the pork did same price no harm. The manager on duty which I later found out was the GM Rosemarie said I guess we will make it(straight attitude giving. Now it s still slow but orders are going out. Now just so you know I got there at 9:00pm around 9:25 the young lady they was at the kiosk came up to me and had the audacity to tell me they ran out of rice and it will be 10-15 min on rice there is no such thing rice at most takes 8 mins. So I said never-mind don t worry about it. If me paying would have gotten my meal in under 8 minutes I would have done so I didn t really need a hand out but since they messed up my order from the previous day but it s cool I will never ever eat at this place again and just to show you I didn t eat the food the previous night I will post the picture of what they gave me Rosemarie is a horrible GM and should not be running anything.

The food is great, the customer service is awesome. Store is pretty clean overall, but the parking lot is dirty and smells like garbage, makes it kind of unpleasant to eat on the patio.

Ruby was very nice and rang our order and brought the food to us. Everything was delicious and my family will definitely be back!
