I do like this place. Been there about 4 or 5 times I always get to bun dac biet. The food is consistently pretty good. Im undecided about the service. I wish the tables werent so sticky Im not sure if the help realizes to clean the sides of the table and the undersides of the table on the edges because it feels sticky every time. If you need a refill or want to order something expect to get up and go to the counter they dont really come to the table like you would think they would at a restaurant. Thats just been my experience Im not sure if thats how they treat everybody. Maybe its not that type of place Im not sure

The pho here is SO GOOD. It s the best in this area. Great Vietnamese food in Killeen. Location super convenient to Ft Cavazos. I love coming here and they recently expanded so there is plenty of seating. Their expanded space is clean and modern with TVs to catch your favorite sports teams. For first timers, go to the counter and order FIRST and then take your seat. The food is brought out super fast. It s so fast they put other restaurants to shame. If you have leftovers, go to the original side and around the counter towards the kitchen are the to go boxes. *I ordered the Pho Dac Biet and the bowl across from me was the Bun Dac Biet Parking: Huge parking lot with plenty of spots

This is the pho after adding it into my bowl at home. It was decent wasn t the best I ve ever had. The broth alone wasn t that good but after adding my sauces it was better. Also I ordered a mango smoothie , I believe they make it with milk because after the first swallow I just continued to taste milk.

This is the best bang for your buck in the area for quality pho. The food is really good but there is little to no service and the atmosphere isn t anything special. Nonetheless, this is my go to spot in Killeen for some delicious and affordable pho. Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian pho as well as a seafood or shrimp for my pescatarian family.

This was our first time her at this place. The pho and the spring rolls were amazing the vermicelli bowl on the other hand was a little disappointing. For the 7-10 years that I ate at this restaurant and the couple of times I eat here since the pandemic, to the meals is fully cooked and served quick after I ordered my meals and they serve a lot more of food for your order and meals than you normally expect. The reviews on this place are very misleading. Pros: Staff was nice Good broth, tasty veggies, good egg rolls, great flavor on the Thai tea with boba Cons: Take out portions small for the large bowls. Shrimp pho only came with 5 little pieces. Four stars is fair for this place.Pho is delicious. It s similar as a food court(you don t have to pay the tip, because you order from front desk). Maybe that s why there are so many one stars comments about their customer service. The price and food size are nice. If you are look for some food restaurants where you can full your stomach with a cheap price, it s the restaurant you are looking for. However, if you are looking for some restaurants is fancy or as a dating place, this place is definitely not for you. Pho is pre-cooked. I guess they cooked a big pot of beef soup at the morning(that s the traditional way to cook pho). After, you ordered the pho, they will cook fresh noodles for you then add meat , soup and noodles together. That means you can get your pho for two minutes after you order. You have the right to judge if that is good or bad for their cooking style. However, that works for me who only have 1 hour lunch break and wanna get my food asap. If you rush for time, only care if the food is delicious, this restaurant is a good option. However if you care about your eating environment or fancy healthy food, please don t go there. Anyway, it only charge you 10 dollars for one pho, don t expect they can offer you some road house steaks.

Ordered the seafood pho + shrimp spring rolls and both were absolutely delectable. We were served within 5 minutes of ordering our food and the prices are also very reasonable. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the boba was kind of pricey for it being liquid and not smoothie-fied. All in all, super solid joint. Most definitely will recommend

I hate to be negative when this place had several good reviews, but Ill be completely honest. I wont ever eat there again. The hygiene there is definitely lacking. The napkin dispensers, the neon signs, the restrooms are all gross... Look around and you will see what I mean. Even the plum sauce and chili sauce that are on table are gross. Looks like they dont give a thorough cleaning. While the Pho tasted decent, a little while later both my husband and I had to run to the restroom and had severe abdominal pain after eating there. I suspect the cause was due to possible lack of hygiene during food prep or using tap/ unfiltered water. IDK but I definitely feel they need to have better standards in place. I will not be returning.

Me and my friends are crazy for pho. And this is one and only place i ever go for pho. The pho is best around killeen that Ive been to. I still cant find the difference between small and large pho here but it never stops being delicious and enough. They have varieties of vietnamese food in their menu and yes they do have Bobba tea and juice here. And I do still go to this place at least 3-4 times in a week on lunch time as they serve damn fast aas well as fresh and i mean it. Definitely recommend.
