The staff here are super friendly, and very accommodating. This place is kind of pricey, but it s worth every penny. If you re on a budget, please pay very close attention to rewards and points because that will help you. The fact that I was able to find a restaurant where menu is healthy makes me very happy.

Dining area can get neglected sometimes. You can order on the app from the table and not have to get in line or try ordering over a crowded room. App gives free things. Curb pick up is fast. Food is always tasty. Some days its not just tasty but perfectly put together. Wish I could say the same for their pickles but you cant win them all. I wish they would bring back the carrot cake. It was always sold out. Ciabatta bread here is the best in the area. And only place you can get a large spud as a meal. Ive never gotten sick from eating here. Parking can get packed at certain times. Parking: 2 curb pick up spots, handicap parking right in front of door. Dont use side door when icy. Kid-friendliness: Tables are a little close to eachother. If they have sensory issues, might want to try non peak hours at first. There are tables and booths for seating options.

This is based only on the potato soup. Unless Youre after bland plain potato soup with no flavor except for potato than they need to work on it. There was no green onion, no kind of celery carrots or onion, only a couple crumbles of bacon you had to dig for, I added my own cheese, salt and pepper. I would add a photo but I dont see an option to add photo... Schlotskis deli makes a good one, (just make sure its heated).

Had to wait awhile after put in a app order for certain time for pickup, so did others. Sandwich had a baby slither of meat, chili was salty and overcooked. Talk of the town is this place was making a change and not for the best, but Wow!! I use to loooove this place and My oh My has it changed! The customer service was horrible!!!!! They acted bothered at the front instead of customer friendly. No greeting at all! I asked about cookies nobody knew nothing. Finally got the answer they had not been wrapped or refilled, they were still on the tray since 9:30am. It was almost 12:00pm when I asked. I complimented our waiter because she soooo was sweet despite her unprofessional environment.Everyone else needs customer service training ASAP!

If you re going to send your shift manager outside to tell customers where to park to pick up their food then make sure your curbside signs are up and visible so customers are aware. Literally parked on the side of mcalisters and literally just seen a customer before me have their order delivered to their car. Obviously I wasn t to far to see your employee almost deliver my food to the wrong person. Manager words I don t know anything about that but I tell my employees not to deliver food this far. Lady I m right on the side of the restaurant. You act like I asked yall to walk to Wendy s to deliver my food. Smh!!! Horrible service and unprofessional after leaving a tip. We ordered dinner here and Kim was our cashier and Louis the manager. Both of them went above and beyond on our order to make sure we were happy and satisfied before leaving. Kim was very polite, courteous, patient, and kind when taking the order. She repeated it back to us, and we failed to realize that the sandwich didnt get entered as a king size. So when we looked at it before leaving, the manager Louis was putting pickup orders out and immediately asked us if something was wrong with our order. We said yes but not to the fault of anybody working here. We asked if we could get a king size and pay the difference since we didnt realize when she repeated the order that it was regular size and only charged for that size. Louis promptly asked the kitchen to take care of the rest of the order before continuing with the next customers order. While we waited a very short wait, Kim offered us refills on our wonderful tasting peach tea and strawberry tea. We accepted. Then Louis comes out with the rest of our order. He said all was good and to have a great night refusing any extra charge. So we paid that forward to Kim for her friendly service and contagious smile and happy personality. Louis also does a great job in the store, keeping everything on track and running smooth while maintaining a clean and upbeat positive atmosphere. I will definitely return to this location in the future. Thank you, Kim and Louis, for this wonderful, kind experience that is rare these days, unfortunately.

If I could give a zero star I could, but I cant so I will just give a 1. Went there for dinner tonight. Not only was the Assistant manager extremely rude when we asked why the food was taking so long. It had been 15 minutes and there was just us in the store and a few people picking up online orders. But then I found a hair in my food and when I brought it to the front register to complain the assistant manager again got defensive. Stating Well bro there is no one back there with that hair so I dont know what to do. I am bald and have a black beard and the hair was blonde so it wasnt mine. Its a shame the place was good but the customer service tonight was so low that if there was a bar for customer service then they wouldnt know what the bar was or where it is.

Since moving to Killeen from Memphis, Ive experienced the worse customer service. Each and everytime weve dined or carry out order is either wrong of had to be remade several times. On Today went in to order the usual..King Club with no pork add extra turkey but warm it up and still same results. Made it with pork. So I decided to go back and u asked them to remake it again. Wish I could give better marks, but this is the second time I have ordered the chef salad and could only eat half because the greens were so wilted and gross. I thought perhaps the first time was a one-off. It apparently was not. Do not know how often they are checking their greens, who is checking them, if they just have a special bin they pull from for my salads in particular, but I have somehow upset the employees of this particular store to the point where I get to enjoy about $5, maybe $6 worth of an almost $11 salad. The second time I wasnt paying attention and actually put one of the offending lettuce leafs in my mouth and nearly lost about $3 worth of salad almost vomiting. Also, why do you have vegetarian chili listed if it is never in stock? Is there a particular day of the week in a certain month at a very precise time in which one can actually order this or is it just a little screw you to customers? Just asking for clarification so that I might invest in a Farmers Almanac so that I might be able to predict its availability through moon phases. I am not usually one to complain as I have worked in the food service industry myself, but these two grievances were ones I felt needed to be brought to attention as you could potentially be food poisoning tastebud-dead individuals and starving the poor vegetarians (they already dont eat meat, dont make their lives worse). Thank you for following me on this culinary journey. Vegetarian options: Yall starvin them poor folks. They just want to pretend to be having chili like real people.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place allows cats in strollers to enter and stay in the dining room area. I m extremely allergic to cats. I had no idea that if you simply place your pet into a child s stroller that you get to keep them in a restaurant environment. Noted. I m a big fan of your spuds, so tomorrow I ll be bringing my pet rat in here! Enjoy myself another spud. But don t worry, I ll make sure she stays put in a child s strolled tucked in safe and sound. This restaurant apparently does not care about your schedule as a customer - only the schedule of their door dash delivery drivers. I ordered breakfast for 13 people to be delivered at 9:00am. When the food showed up 45 minutes early, I contacted the store and spoke to Kevin a manager. Kevin informed me that my schedule was irrelevant - they were only accountable to the schedule of their door dash driver. I asked him why I was not contacted to arrange for pick up in lew of getting the food too early. He said that was not their protocol. As a sales rep, this breakfast was a waste of my time and budget as the food was consumed prior to my appointment time (I talk with the staff as they eat). Use Jason s Deli or Schlotzskys if you would like your food delivered according to YOUR schedule!

Really enjoyed my half roast beef sandwich and half savannah salad with unsweet tea. The bread was fluffy and the sauce had nice flavor though I could do spicy for a horseradish sauce but still good. The salad had a nice mix or cranberry, gorgonzola and nuts such a good mix went well with the raspberry pecan dressing. Even got a free refill for my drink by the busser gentlemen who cleaned my plates away. Dad really enjoyed the veggies on his Italian, said it was a bit messy to eat but worth it. The bathroom had an odd drain sewer smell and low water pressure for washing hands. Besides that they seemed clean enough. All in all leaving happy.

TL;DR: If you order delivery from here, dont be surprised if it randomly doesnt go through. If you submit a complaint, someone there will call you and do you a huge favor and explain to you how its definitely not their fault and then tell you all about how rude you are because you complained. Placed a pre-order with GrubHub for noon. Got a confirmation from both GH and the restaurant that everything was set. At 10 to noon, I receive a text from the driver that they had arrived to pick up the order and that it wasnt ready. Then that they didnt have it at all. Soon after this, I receive a notification that my order was cancelled because the restaurant was closed. No option to reorder or any other explanation. Call the restaurant and ask if theyre closed, am informed no, that they are open till 10pm. Submit a complaint online detailing my experience. Get a phone call from a young lady at the restaurant. She tells me all about how they never got the order, never received payment from GH, declines to explain how that could happen or why I would receive a confirmation from the restaurant. She is particularly upset that I called her staff incompetent in my email complaint and repeatedly brings it up as well as calling me rude. Obviously her entire reason for calling was actually to confront me about calling her staff incompetent and not to actually assist me in any way. I had an amazing experience. Mr.Louis took my order and gave me high priority level of customers service he was very helpful, professional, straight forward and kind !!! I ordered Two spud max potatoes with two sweet teas ! My food was hot & fresh it was mostly definitely a 10/10 & affordable I will be going back soon thanks to Mr.Louis !

I have tried now twice in 6 months and both times they forgot half our meal. We had to drive back which we do not live in yhe same town. I called them before my husband left the house and was put on hold for over 13 minutes at that time we I had my daughter call from my phone and she was transferred to a manager within 2 minutes. Mind you my husband is already in the restaurant. Go to Jasons Deli food is better and service is great. AND ..I TIPPED!!! FOR A PICKUP.

Great food but the service is even better. One of the managers here is always visible. As prior military I am very observant and I visit this establishment at least three times a week, GOTTA Have My TEA! I have observed one of the manager named Lewis getting things done and still conduct himself in a professional manner, greeting customers with a smile and make sure everyone is taking of. I placed an online order for lunch. Once I opened my lunch I realized I was given the incorrect item. I returned to the store and was greeted by Louis, who seen me come in earlier immediately came to assist. He recognized the mistake and reacted with no question. He replaced my order with more then what I was expecting. Thank you Louis, for reacting and making me happy!

This was by far the best experience I ve ever had. The food was GREAT. They greeted me at the door with a great smile and a loud and proud Welcome to McAllister s! The ordering process was very smooth and informative. The young lady behind the counter was extremely helpful. Lastly the MANAGER brought out my food and introduced himself to me giving the most pleasant and appreciative service. This is THE SPOT to come too if your in town. Definitely recommend

Well Im a new customer and trying build up rewards points. Went into store for an order and I didnt receive or even asked if I wanted a receipt. When the 2 customers in front of me was asked. I wont say what I really want to say. But we have got to do better with diversity. Im very discouraged about my visit. And not sure if I will be purchasing anymore

Updating review: McAlisters has really gone downhill, at least for take-out. Always check your bag because they are constantly giving wrong orders, only partial orders, or leaving sides out completely. Today one of our orders had hair in the sandwich. Not impressed. Dine-in may be a bit better, but havent had it in a while. Original: McAlisters is a good quality chain. They offer a variety of sandwiches, potatoes, and salads. All the food is pretty fresh tasting. Theyre wait staff tends to be on top of things like refills and checking on customers.
