We moved from Tennessee to Texas in 2015 and Pat was our eyes and ears and literally took care of everything. We didnt have to do a thing plus Pat goes above and beyond including helping with financing. Really, its like family on your side in fact we consider Joe and Pat family.

We met Pat first and then later in the process met Joe and were extremely pleased with both. Pat showed us multiple listings and was very knowledgeable about the areas. She pointed out problems such as cracks in the walls and foundation, the number of cars parked along the streets, flow of the house, improvements, and more. Pat answered calls, texts, and emails, quickly and was extremely responsive. She showed us all of the houses we wanted to see, and ultimately helped us find the house we purchased. She helped with everything relating to the purchase, including utilities, HOA, and others that I cant even remember. She continues to help us even after we moved in. She is great! We met Joe at the signing, and he is very informative and also great. Both are willing to help with whatever we needed. I would definitely do business with them both again if we ever decide to move again! I want to thank Pat & Joe for all of their help and extreme professionalism. They are very friendly and helpful Thanks!

We see Joe & Pat like family!! They helped us with your purchase of our 1st AND 2nd home. Joe, great guy, helped us sell our 1st home too. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Working with Pat for our first home couldn t have gone better. She was so responsive to all of our picky requests and ending up finding the perfect first home for my boyfriend and I. Pat and the Hassmann Group won t let you down. Pat is a hard worker and truly cares about her client s needs/wants/feelings/future happiness, etc. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

If you want results then look no further than Joe and Pat, because the Hassmann Real Estate Group provides exceptional customer service in very timely manner. Joe and Pat will surpass your expectations when you are looking for a home, and will provide you the answer key to an easy transaction when selling. When I first contacted Pat about looking at properties she was easy to work with, told me about our options and showed us our first house. Upon arrival she was openly honest about the home, her concerns with it, and recommended I look elsewhere. It was refreshing to hear a commission based professional recommend against an easy sale. From that point on, there was no question in my mind that our best interests were as important to her as they were to us. A short 7 days later we found the perfect home, and Pat worked feverishly to ensure we got what we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. We opted to sell our second home through Joe, who made the process equally simple. He took the time to make preparation recommendations, and the house was under contract in less than 3 days. Thier after the sale support has been unsurpassed by any real estate experience we have had previous to this. If for some reason we purchase another property it will be through The Hassmann Real Estate Group, and I strongly recommend you do the same.

During our search for the right property, through the purchase & even after the closing Joe & Pat were always available, pleasant & helpful. We have lived in 5 states,and worked with many agents and had some nightmarish experiences. We cannot say enough good things about Pat. We were still living in Tennessee when we met Pat. Due to very extenuating circumstances, we had hoped we wouldnt have to travel to Texas again within a 3 month period. We had seen similar houses on our previous visit to NB, so we knew our builders product. All we needed was a floor plan, pictures and a good agent. Thats when we found her. When I spoke to her the first time she told me what she could do for us, and she fulfilled every promise. We relied on Pat to be our eyes and ears ensuring the house was being built properly. When our lender tried to change the terms of the loan post contract, Pat would have none of it. She fought for us and actually got us a lower interest rate and a free garage door opener to boot! She advised me on a daily basis and was always available to take my call or read my text. Pat told me what to do concerning the closing on both homes even going as far as calling our listing Agent in Tennessee to make sure we were on track. She made it a point to be present for the inspections when our house was being completed. She worked tirelessly on our behalf and put our minds completely at ease while we were 900 miles away knowing she was staying on top of everything for us. Honestly, it was like having our best friend on our team. She defiinitely had our backs. Like anybody, Pat has to make a living, but with her it definitely isnt just about the money. This new lifes journey of buying a home was truly an enlightening experience, thanks to the very professional, and patient guidance of Pat. Having a very traumatic experience of selling the home I had shared with my lifes partner for over 40 years, and then having to start again on my own, just got on the internet, started searching the area, and think Gods hand may have pointed the way. Pat showed me many homes, listened to all of my thoughts, and when I found the one that felt right, proceeded to go through all the right steps, teaching me along the way, never making me feel ignorant when I asked questions, and everything sailed along smoothly. Being new to Texas and New Braunfels my wife and I did not know a single person here or anything about the town at all. Luckily, out of dozens of real estate people to choose from we found Pat to show us around. Pat spent countless hours with us showing us numerous homes in different neighbor hoods both here in New Braunfels, Sequin and San Marcus. Pat had valuable input about neighbor hoods, Taxes, public utilities and cost, but pointed out things about these things I never stopped to think about. Because of Pats knowledge we were able to find that perfect house to retire to. Thanks to Pat and Joe they found us a beautiful home in a great neighbor hood with a great location to everything we need. Joe and Patty have assisted us with buying two new homes and selling one. They helped my oldest daughter and her husband sell and buy a new home. And Patty helped my youngest daughter and husband with the purchase of a new home They were very informative about every step that we took from beginning to end.
