I went and got dinner for my family and I. It was storming out, but regardless of the weather, it was still very good. I really appreciate the fact that they do have curbside service. And I was advised by the counter clerk on how to use their app., and how it works. Once it was said and done i got our food and i think the ONLY thing Id change would be the fact that a couple of our sandwiches had jalapeños on them when I requested them not be on them but other than that everything was amazing.

Absolutely horrible the manager is very rude and in professional I worked there an it was one good assistant manager Ms Teresa she was very nice but I got hurt on the job a life changing injury they really didnt want to give me workers comp and when they did it was for a little while then they just dropped me I tore my meniscus and now walk with a limp and will never be 100 able to use my knee for the rest of my life and they were like oh well even though its was NOT MY FAULT and injury reports and assistant manager said the same when she tried to speak up for me they did her dirty and now Im crippled for the rest of my life because of them DONT GO THERE OR WORK FOR THEM EVER

For vegetarians, try the veggie sub, or even better the Grilled Portobello mushrooms, swiss cheese, green peppers. Ask for it to be made Mikes Way, that adds special relish, lettuce and tomatoes, plus red wine vinegarr and dried oregano. Much better than Subways veggie sub!

We have gone to Jersey Mike s for our sub sandwiches and spend a lot of money for the sandwiches. This is my first delivery, and I will not do delivery again. It was clearly printed out on the receipt, along with in my app, the instructions and request on how we wanted our sandwiches made.. I specifically asked for extra pickles on the side and ordered extra bacon on the sandwiches which obviously is paid for. My sandwiches arrived hot and the extra pickles were not included or the pickles that were asked to be put on the side in cups were not delivered. The bacon doesn t look any different from when we order sandwiches it actually looks worse, just crumbles with maybe two strips of bacon per section about an inch long. Therefore, I would consider the money that was spent was not on.extra bacon, we asked for extra lettuce, tomato, and onion. It appears to be about the same without the extras. Whoever is managing the sandwich maker is not doing a very good job with spending $70 on two sandwiches two bags of chips and two brownies that money that was spent was hard earned and out of all the places we could have chosen for our meal out treat for the next weeks until pay day and choosing Jersey Mike s I expected better. It s probably best to go in and get your order made in front of you and it shouldn t be that way. Not everyone is able to go into the restaurant whether it be transportation issues or disability issues or maybe they just want to relax after a long hot day and enjoy a meal made and delivered. I am very disappointed as we have been loyal to Jersey Mike s for many many years. Don t take for granted just because the customer is not standing in front of the window and telling the sandwich maker how they would like their sandwich made. And the sandwiches should not show up hot. They should have bags to keep things cold and bags to keep things hot as they serve both types of sandwiches. My daughter does Instacart on the side for extra money and has bags for hot and cold foods. I would think a driver could invest in these bags or the restaurant/store should have a system where cold foods are delivered. Cold and hot foods are delivered hot. In the end, I think it s better outcome if you re able to go in to the store. The customer service lacks greatly. As well as the reading abilities of the person who made our sandwiches. You can do better, Jersey Mike s! If the manager who reads this would like our order number and remake our sandwiches and have them delivered that would be a great redemption. or to offer a refund or store credit. I took pictures of the sandwiches and will happily share them with Corporate as well.

I went in to buy 2 giant Philly subs and one regular one. My total was 50.44 and I was told that they could not accept anything over 50.00 although that s the total. So the lady sent me next door to brick and forge to get change and so I did. When I got back there were two Hispanic guys at the register lost didn t know what was going on. Somehow my total change from 50.44 to $66 ??? Hmm how? Did I mention a left a nice tip in advance even while running around to find change to purchase my food that I already had the money for. I just took all my money back and tip because where is the communication? It s raining there are no customers inside smh! Please do better please communicate and not try to cheat people out of their money because that s unacceptable I will never step in another Jersey Mike s and this was my fav go to restaurant I literally spend 50 above every time I come here. Kinda funny they accepted a 100 bills before but I guess

Sub was good. It s a quick stop with some seating but my sandwich tasted fresh. It was a little expensive for what is ultimately just a sandwich however. I think you can make this yourself for not even half the price to be honest, and just a few minutes of your time.

GROSS!!! INSECT LARVAE!!! My daughter got dinner from here. My white bread has insect eggs embedded in the bottom of the bread like Sonic in Harker Heights does (see my review for them) I called Jersey Mike to report it and to let them know. This was my 1st time eating here and my last. If I asked for a #9,why would you ask if I wanted bacon? The #9 comes with bacon. The little Asian boy kept saying I hope your day gets better trying to be sarcastic because I was confused on the condiments. Food was delicious and made to customization as always. They were swamped and we did end up waiting a bit in the curbside, but that was entirely our fault. Curbside is at the back of the building (facing the dealerships etc) , not the front (facing the highway); wish there was a more clear sign at the front so that people like us dont make that mistake. Otherwise definitely recommend. Though expensive for a giant sub, its very filling and youll have enough servings for lunch and dinner (unless you are very very hungry.)

If I could give zero stars, I would. On yesterday paid for my jersey mikes using my debit card 04/01/2024. They charged my card 3 times. I called when I got off of work and they were no help they stated that they could not find the transaction and that I would have to show up today 04/02/2024 before 11:00 a.m. I get there and the manger was no help and stated for me to have a blessed day. If you do not want your card charged 3 times do not go to this place.

Look so I placed a order at another location who hasn t changed their number yet, for some reason it s a Louisiana number. I drove to it and they didn t have my order. I drove all the way to this location thinking it was here. I told them what happened and they did me a favor and hooked me up, whatever I wanted with amazing customer service. Also I want to note the other location was closing up shop and since I ordered and it happened to be at another location, they kind of refused to help me out. Kudos to this location for supporting and being a excellent example of catering to the customer. Also the food was amazing and hit even better this time because they made me feel welcomed. Been there several times. Tables always dirty. Had to clean my own table to be able to eat there. Way to many people supposedly working. Most of them rude. Noticed I ordered same as person in front of me but somehow they got twice the meat and twice as thick. My turn she gives me basically 4 meats 5 chesse( clear cause it was soo thinly slice). On 5/23/2023, I picked up my Giant Hakuna order at 4:28 pm, but when I got home I discovered the sub was missing cheese. I explained the error to the manager. A replacement would be provided if I returned to the store. I informed her that my resident is Salado and it was unacceptable. No other solution was offered. First time eating Jersey Mike s. Ordered online, then picked up. I had the #10, my family had the #6 and #9. The sandwiches were incredibly oily. While it would have been fine in moderation, there was way too much of it and made eating a chore. Sandwich was overloaded, which is great for a sub, but it was slimy because of the oil and fell apart way too easily. I don t think we ll be eating here for a while. We ll give it another shot one day, but this did not leave a good first impression.

Slow the app says order ready at 5:46 did not get my order till after 6:15. Lots of people have been standing in the lobby waiting for an order for a long time. No one ever spoke to me. The whole 30 minutes I was there. Lobby was never cleaned. The guy who was the cashier wore gloves when at register kept the same glove to make sandwiches. The sandwiches were good but the service could DEFINITELY USE SOME WORK! How do you make the cold cut first , sit it on the counter and let it get soggy, while the hot one is taking over 20mins! Literally ordered a Ham cold cut and a cheesesteak. We were standing there waiting over 20mins for this cheesesteak that was GIVEN to others who LITERALLY came in AFTER US AND PLACED THEIR ORDER. By the time the cheesesteak was done my cold cut was all soggy, so I asked them to remake it and the lady had an attitude. I said If it s not to much of a problem would you mind remaking this since it got soggy waiting on the cheesesteak. She huffed and puffed and had the worst attitude while snatching the soggy one out my hand. That was my first time in that location and it will definitely be my last! I always have problems with this store when THEY mess up my order. Regretfully this is not the first time I ve had issues with the store. Their food is so delicious it s a shame the management absolutely is unqualified, incompetent and abhorrent. My daughter came in and ordered two sandwiches on March 20, 2023 around noon. Somehow they managed to mess up a simple order and had to remake one of the sandwiches. Unfortunately after waiting thirty minutes for a simple remake, my daughter accidentally left her sandwich. I promptly called them as soon as I was off work (due to being late back to work since they took so long) to let them know and let them know I d be back later that day or week. Yesterday, March 22, 2023 my daughter goes in to get her sandwich and they tell her they can t do this after stating they could to me on the phone two days before?? I also had the kitchen receipt and a copy of the transaction from my bank account since they didn t give us a white paper receipt. The manager said they did not write the issue down in the books. How is this the customer s fault or problem that the employees don t follow simple protocols or procedures? What is going on?! I did not pay $22 for one sandwich that took 35 minutes to make with two people ahead in line. This is so ridiculous. Y all really need to reevaluate your management and hospitality. We aren t scammers looking for free food. We just want what we paid for.

Unfortunately the last three times Ive been to this Central Texas expressway location the dining tables were full of dirty dishes and trash. As I waited to place my order two cashiers were arguing over something they had disagreed about! I took it upon myself this last time to start taking up some of the dirty dishes from the table so that I could dine in. I was approached by the manager (Stacy) (who by the way had a very nasty attitude) she informed me that she would send someone out to take care of the tables. After ten or more minutes no action was taken by the management. I changed my order to go! I will never visit this location again!

The sandwiches here are delicious but today the one who is ordering did not do it well, we ordered beef and they gave us chicken, the sandwich had more bread than meat, it could be the staff today because it had not been like that the first time, disappointed

This is the closest you can get to an Jersey shore sub.if you miss the flavor of the jersey shore or Philly steak this is the place.the staff is amazing.kudos. My recent visit was slightly off,bread was to soggy for my cheese steak &my family agreed the taste was different.

Jersey Mikes subs are the best when it comes to a national food chain store. They turkey is the best turkey Ive had on a sandwich. Its priced a little higher that others, but it is worth the extra change. You wont be disappointed.

My husband and I shared an order of onion rings and a cheeseburger. Best onion rings weve had. They were fresh and hot out of the cooker. The cheese burger was huge and delicious, but it could have been warmer. It was like they fixed the cheese burger then cooked the onion rings. I will visit again when in the Dallas area. One order of onion rings and cheeseburger is enough for 2 people.

Since living in Harker Heights I have never visited Jersey Mikes. Being my first time I can the sub was really good. My friend was visiting from NC and she loves their food. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean.

Check your order before leaving. Second time i went inside and order got home and once again my order was wrong. I dont know how this place is hiring but omg. I ordered two sandwiches on white bread drive 6 miles to find out they put both sandwiches on rosemary bread???? Unreal

Clean, fast, fresh, delicious... not a big issue was they were busy haha just goes to show you, good food keeps ppl comin back, like myself. But they handled it just fine, it was lunchtime and I still got my sammich fairly quickly. Ill be back many more times.
