There is NOTHING like reading comments on a place and making your mind up to try said place....the disappointment was REAL! It took what seemed like for ever on a call in order. Fries took 20 min after the 20 min pick up. AND THEN....Why did they have to sprinkle my fries with sugar. The lemon pepper wings were tasteless and dry....like pieces of wood. The atmosphere is nonexistent. The moral to the experience is YOU LIVE AND LEARN not to trust comments!

Lemon pepper wings were cooked to perfection. Cooked thoroughly and not dry. French fries are immaculate 10/10 would definitely recommend. Kid-friendliness: Really good sense of community. *VERY SAFE* Totally a place to hang out and have some lunch by the skate park just across the street. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from the road to side walk in front of the wing shack

This the SALTIEST food Ive ever had in my life. Could not eat the catfish because it was so salty. This is the reason people have high blood pressure. The wings are good though! Do not order anything besides the wings.

Food smelled fantastic upon receiving and the service was very efficient and to the point. Highly recommend giving this place a try if you re a real wing enthusiast. If you re not one then even better to try for your random urges. It will be a very satisfying experience.

The greatest, and I mean the greatest wings I have ever had in my life! Literally in love with the honey hot wings they got and the loaded fries. I think these guys about to take over Killeen, and thats a fact! If you havent stop by to get that secret chicken, you definitely want to do so ASAP!!!

Thank you Al for the amazing food!! You are the most extraordinary cook!! Y all need to come see Al at Wing Shack on 46th street in Killeen, Texas! I promise you won t be disappointed with the grub he throws down on. I had the fried rib combo and my partner had the fried pork chop combo. Both me and my partner agree that Al s fried pork chops are the best pork chops we ve ever had the pleasure of devouring!! His fried pork chops are HUGE and fried to perfection all while the center of the chop is tender, juicy and succulent!! Definitely not dry at all!! He has 2 picnic tables for y all to eat at and he even provided jams for us to listen to while eating his heavenly food!! Al, we will definitely see you again tomorrow for more of your bomb fried pork chops!!

I finally got the opportunity to try Wing Shack! My wings were on point! Lemon pepper with the perfect amount of crisp! My fried ribs didnt disappear either! Ive been searching for some good fried rib for a while, and I found the spot! They have a late afternoon opening time and are open until 9 pm. Its rare to find a local spot that is open that late in Killeen, so I can appreciate that. Everything was so good that I was right back ordering a few days later. Yall dont forget to order the koolaid.

This was our first time stopping by the Wing Shack, we are new to this area and saw the crowd of ppl, so we assumed it was good. No, we ordered the 10 pieces of wings & fries & fried ribs. The ribs were cut up like chicken nuggets, with no seasoning, and the wings were blah. We havent been back and dont plan on it either. Big Pass

My literal FAVORITE place to order those late night weekend munchies from. Their prices are AMAZING and their wings are always on point. I order ever week and I never regret it. I love that the drums come with the wing tips because those are my favorite part!! I hate to see so many negative reviews because I ve never had a problem when I order here on UberEats . Idk what happened to the last employee but tonight my food was overcooked ! And he refused to remake the food or give a refund !! He can t take criticism all I said was the fries were hard then he said it would take 15 minutes to make FRIES ?! 15 minutes that s why they were overcooked in the first place !

I order cheeseburger combo and 12 piece wings. My burger was dry and hard. There was no mayo and she asked me what I wanted on it. The fries were good just seem to have a lot of pepper kn it. My daughter took the wings. They need to give realistic wait times was told 25 mins but waited over an hour.

Best banana pudding I ve ever had and the chicken is always on point great food for a great price good customer service. Feel like home when ever I go. There is a long list of complaints about this place. I had to post a review as soon as possible there were two kids who parents worked there one girl went behind the building to take a dump and asked for some toilet paper. Then the lady sent her back to the picnic table Without giving her anything to wipe and the food took long
