Order a meal, meal was incorrect. Called the store about the order & the manager on duty was beyond rude and unprofessional. He stated that I didn t order a sandwich, when I was clearly charged for it! Clearly this had to be a big deal for me to leave a review! I ve left 3-4 for reviews in the past 8-10 years!

We went in here specifically for the salad bar. I was making my salad and noticed that in the tomatoes was a dead cricket. I quietly told the young lady refilling the bar and she got an attitude with me. Then I hadnt seen that she had filled it with a new container of tomatoes and she got mad that I didnt see it she said oh my god in Spanish and then scowled over at me and said she put new in. Then she also got an attitude with my son in law when he was trying to refill his drink. He wasnt in her way or bothering her at all. Thats not really good customer service at all. They should train their people better. Also, I know crickets are bad around this time of year, but I dont think I want to go back into a place that has dead crickets everywhere especially in the food. Its a wonder the place hasnt been shut down by the health dept yet. I dont think we will be visiting there anymore. First and last time, they dont seem to care about their restaurant.

Food is alright, it definitely fills a spot for specific cravings but nothing to really rave about, its a deli chain. The service is pretty awesome and the staff is fun to talk to, love the self service bar and ice cream, overall fun for a family.

Been to this place a few times with the family after church on Sundays. Always have good food, can be a little crowded with that after church, afternoon lunch rush. But overall we like going here, food and service is usually pretty good. Oh and you get free ice cream with your food! We had one slight problem this past Sunday when we asked for a table to be cleaned off. We came in right when several people were leaving, which meant several dirty tables. Not a huge problem, because a worker came out immediately and began to clean off the tables. Since most tables hold only 4 people and we are a family of 6, my wife asked if he could clean a portion of the back tables off for us that has a long bench. We had already ordered our food and was looking for a place to sit, but the area that was needed for us wasnt cleaned yet. The response was, yeah when I get back, Ill clean it. Well duh! Pretty sure if were standing up and waiting for seating, we needed It clean now. We just sat down and the other tables that accommodated 4, and the tables were close enough where we made it work out for us. Sure enough, he kept in the order he was already cleaning in and got back there when he came around that area, but by then we already had our food and we settled in Beside that, we usually have no issues. Well still go back, and maybe well ask someone else if we need assistance next time

Idk, maybe its the cafeteria style atmosphere that throws me off, the trays. The food is amazing, not once had a bad food experience. It can be a lil on the pricey side but which place isnt these days? The extra cost is well worth it for the quality of the food. Salads are cold, build ur own... sandwiches fresh, stacked with meat, flavorful & oh so delicious. Its my wifes fav sandwich spot, mine as well to be honest... for the food.

It was ok. We walked in and ordered a Turkey sub and a bowl of soup. We walked out 32 minutes later. They lost our order while we sat there. Im certain the lady that took our order went on break soon after. They had about 10 folks working the line. She called us up, and her and another lady looked a reciepts for a minute, then they called a guy from the line over. We could hear him say we did that a while ago and pointed at the shelf with a bag behind the register. The food was ok, and not large portions. Of course, the soup wasnt hot, but we were over it and wanted to go back home. Parking: Large flat parking lot Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, normal, it looked like ADA compliant.

Omg....this place was....awesome!!! My older brother, in the past, bought me the Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich. I loved it!!! Today was the 1st time, that I went there physically, sat and ate there. EVER SINGLE EMPLOYEE, I interacted with, was completely polite and courteous, to my mother and me. 1 employee was courteous enough to explain to me the ways of the salad bar, where to grab your salad bowl, where the salad bar was, etc etc etc....which I greatly appreciated, and thanked him for. As I said, it was my 1st time, but thanks to that gentleman, I know what to do next time I come for a salad. Normally, Id take my mom to IHOP 1 or 2 a month, just to get a good meal. Ill be taking her to Jasons Deli, 1 or twice a month, from now on. To ALL of you at Jasons Deli, THANK YOU. I wish I could interact with MORE people, such as you. Take Care...........and like the Terminator said in part 1.......Ill be back.....;)....4 that delicious food.....

We really enjoy coming here. We arrived around lunch time and they were able to get our orders out in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was friendly and food very good. The salad bar is excellent and cost me under $11.00 for more than enough choices to fill you up. I believe you can go back up for more if you like. Not sure though because I piled it on the first time. Also, highly recommend the baked potatoes! Been here many times and will certainly continue coming. Thank you. Kid-friendliness: Family place.

I have got to say Killeen Jasons Deli out did themselves today for me. Im down with a nasty migraine, and decided to order food to be delivered. I was very happy with how my food was packaged and taken care of when it was delivered to me. The portion sizes are great, the food was packaged in paper bags and stapled, then put in a large plastic bag carefully, so nothing spilled through the bags They included the silverware. I ordered sweet tea, and its perfect. Not too sugary, and not too much ice in them. It wasnt watered down at all. The soup, both Chicken Alfredos were hot and fresh. I also ordered some Gingerbread Muffins and they put extras in there. The whole experience was just wonderful. I called and spoke to the manager, her name is Brandy, and I let her know how happy I was with the service I got from them. She was the one who packaged my food carefully, and I thank her very much for that. She let me know the crew members names who also helped with making my food. Thank you to Telly and Ahmarre as well. Job well done guys!!! I hope more people call and give you guys compliments on how you take care of their orders, and not just negative phone calls coming in. The general public needs to recognize the good jobs that are done, and not just the negative. Thank you for a great meal!!

I got the managers special with a BLT and blue corn chips. Sandwich was a disappointment. 3 thin pieces of bacon and one thin tiny slice of tomato that didnt even cover half the bread one small leaf of lettuce and just a slight though of mayo all on bread that must have been from last week. I got a handful of chip crumbs with maybe two whole chips. Fruit was delicious though.

The cashier messed up our order which is understandable, mistakes happen. However when the guy who was plating/delivering the food came to bring it to us his attitude was terrible. When we informed him we were missing an item, he said that s all I have for you and when we went to reorder he said guess I ll be back then . This was after comments like I didn t ask if it was the same, I just needed to know who had it. Guy had glasses, twists and a hat on.

Food is just ok. The employees and manager, Roy, are unprofessional and dont care about customers or customer service. Went in today and ordered soup and salad bar. Soup was just ok. The salad bar was just your basic salad bar, nothing special. The problem came when I went to go get another dish for the salad bar. I went up with the little stub of paper showing I had paid for the salad bar and was denied another dish. I tried telling the employee this is what your other employee said to do she still refused. Then she came to my table and gave me a dish and told me something to the effect of Ill give you another one just this time. Like she was doing me a favor. I asked to speak to the manager. Roy acted like he could care less. It was obvious he wasnt going to do anything about it by his body language and tone of voice. Why would I pay 10$ for a salad? Why does this place insist on treating paying customers like thieves and not giving them what they pay for? Unacceptable.

I was very pleasantly surprised. Its my first time at any Jasons deli. They have a great salad bar! Which I miss about the east coast lots of salad bars there. So this gave me a taste of home. Prices were decent. I would have just paid the $7 for the side salad plate by it self if I had know how big the plate was. The sandwich was great!! Everything was yummy. I walked in to check on a pick up order my wife had placed. The staff did not greet me. They had 6 dirty tables and 12 customers sitting down. They had 2 to go orders ready and no one else at the counter. A minute later an older gentleman walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what order he was there to pick up. 10 minutes later after 3 customers came in and were not greeted and waited several minutes to be acknowledged I approached the counter to inquire about my order. The cashier asked the MOD about the order. The MOD very loudly proclaimed that since it was only desserts it was not her problem and was the cashiers problem. So now my cashier is embarrassed and the manager is acting like she is so good at her job. The cashier quickly gathered my order and handed it to me. She did forget my daughters cookie. In the 20 years I have been a restaurant manager I have never filled out a survey no matter how bad the service. I cannot in good conscience allow the behavior of your manager a shorter plump African American woman to go unnoticed for her despicable behavior. She should have stopped what she was doing and did everything in her power to make it right. Instead my order due to be ready at 6:15 did not make it to my hand until 6:35 and was missing items. I picked up dessert here and dinner from another location. Because of how long it took for my order to be given to me my dinner which I spent $50 on was cold and not edible.This is deplorable and I will not be returning to this establish in the evening again. Lunch time shift did ok 3 days prior. So Ill just keep my now once a month visit instead of twice a week to lunch only.

Omggg! I want to give a HUGE praise to DANNELL (assistant manager), ALINA, LUIS, and AARON!! Yall are the best night crew hands down.. First off, I came in about 10 minutes to closing time. They all exuded a friendly positive demeanor despite the time! Also, they made sure my food was super fresh. Yeah I waited a few short minutes but it was all worth it.. Potatoes were fresh and loaded to the gawdsss! Soup was yummyyyy! Customer service was TOP TIER ! Im fairly new to the area, but I will make sure to stop by, place an order, and soak up their positive energy more often!! Yall are a true asset to Jasons Deli! VERY DISAPPOINTMENT/NEVER AGAIN!! I stop by Jasons Deli today to grab dinner for tonight and I regret it as soon as I started eating my food. I was telling myself this is what you spent $27.58 dollars on. The New York Yankee sandwich was so da*n dry until the da*n cheese looked dry as well. I also bought a Texas Style Spud and the meat had a different texture to it. I have never experienced this since I have been going to Jasons Deli, but its going to be a very long time before I return.

Massive improvement over last time. Service was really rough the last time we visited but improved considerably tonight. A couple cashiers asked how they can help, servers were thoughtful and caring, and food was excellent. Glad we tried it again after last time Here was my previous review... Good food... Service is pretty rough. Waited about 5 minutes after walking in for the cashier to acknowledge us (after I asked if there was someone at the counter). I want to like this place but... We almost walked out. Cashier was too busy building to go orders to acknowledge a customer waiting to order (even saying Ill be with you in a couple of minutes goes along way, especially after she looked back at us multiple times).

This place, first off, if its not dirty when you walk inside, be surprised. I ordered a special manager. Never received my order, and when I advised the manager Cam, he walked off as if what I had to say was meaningless. Very disrespectful, he did not offer any type of apology for how long we waited. I have been to this location several times. This is not a once in and out. The wait staff is somewhat sarcastic, not in a good way, once a favorite, but Killeens will now be a memory never again. Ordered for my daughters game, the whole game day box was so difficult to order through the app. So, we ordered and requested it get delivered. My daughter never received it so I spoke with the school and came to the conclusion the worker who took the order had it under a different name. I spent about $40 to get my child setup for nothing. Super upsetting

Free icecream is the tip of the service youll get, the quality is top notch and have enjoyed everything Ive eaten from here. If you havent tried it yet you dont know what youre missing. Kid-friendliness: They have kids menus and as I mentioned before free icecream.

I had a Plain Jane baked potato and a side salad. Both were great. The potatoes are always large. This was perfect for me. Sometimes all I really want is a baked potato and this really hits the spot.

I went there after 2yrs and found out it is the most excellent place to have a wonderful salad.The atmosphere is calm and friendly.Also the place is very clean which is one of the the things I look at.Well I know I will bring my friends and family to eat and enjoy a wonderful day at Jason s Deli.

This place is a little pricy, but worth it for the quality and amount of food. A salad is about $10.00 and up, but I ate that salad for dinner and lunch the next day. Also, they are not stingy with the other toppings on the salad. You can also choose to make your own salad at the salad bar. There were about 13 people ahead of us in line when we walked in. I figured, Great! Ill go to the bathroom and you save our place in line. If I had told him what I wanted first, we would have been just waiting on the order by the time I got out of the bathroom just 5 minutes later. So they are fast and friendly service. They have lots of seating to dine in, but we chose to carry out and eat at home.

Service - 2 friendly cashiers. The others weve encountered seem to have never worked in customer facing positions before. Thats definitely something for management to look into. Food - not nearly as many salad bar options as other locations. It would be nice to see salad bar items stocked regularly so that customers arent having to wait 15+ minutes on items that should be readily available. It doesnt help that the staff who restock move slower than frozen molasses through a coffee stirrer. The sandwiches are good. Atmosphere - meh...

The salad bar was great as always. My daughter ordered the beef sandwich with au jois... it was good. She also had the broccoli and cheese soup, it had a good taste but was THICK ... like pudding, lol, and luke warm. I ordered a grilled cheese on sourdough with tomato basil soup. The sandwich was ridiculously greasy, oily, couldnt eat it. The soup was okay, a bit too acidic for me, but I think thats how it is supposed to be? Ah well. Ill just stick to salad next time.

One order came out separately. There werent very many customers when we ordered so i dont know if emplyees are looking at the phones too much or what. We saw them put Beefeater on to be heated, it came out after 1 of us had finished our food, Beefeater was last out and still cold. Usually Jasons is our go to but today was not great.

First time having a visit to any Jasons deli, not sure if Id wanna again quite honestly. I ordered a regular and a light Beefeater, no mayo on both. Wait and wait and wait. A gal walks on by me with a bag asks me my name, I tell her, she walks away and sets the bag behind the counter. then the gal who took my order walks to the counter, puts the bag into another bag and hands me my order. Thats not something I would call efficient. Then I get home, pull my food out and I see 1 regular beefeater no mayo, and something else that was not the light version of the same sandwich. I look at the receipt, its got my name, its got the regular beefeater and then heres this random Santa Fe....which is so weird! I didnt ask for that, I was quite clear, two beefeaters, 1 regular, 1 light, both no mayo. The gal at the counter even repeated it to me. Im not sure what the heck happened there.

The food is always good st this Jason s. But Back in my college days I worked at a college bookstore where I was taught by my older brother who worked there that retail and food service requires quite a bit of acting. Whether in a bad or good mood, or bored or tired, employees should be trained to act happy to see customers, and when bringing food to the table, should say, Hi. Number 24? You had a muffuletta and soup? Then, Thanks. Anything else? Then, Enjoy your meal! Smile. They simply act as if they care. Not just slide the food in front of the guests and walk away, as they do at this Jason s. I realize these workers aren t professional waitstaff, but all employees need just a little bit of training and supervision. It can be made more fun for employees by telling them to smile and be pleasant. Doing so will make working and dining there a much more pleasant experience.

Im trying to win the battle of the bulge! Best salad bar in town. Enough toppings to create a satisfying, but healthy, meal. Plus a variety of pasta salads. Always fresh. The restaurant is always clean. Theyve got some great hot sandwiches!
