Has to be one of the worst KFC I have experienced. The service is horrible and slow. They do not acknowledge you when you walk in the door. I have been standing at the front counter for over 10 mins and no one has acknowledged my presence. I would definitely plan on getting your food to go because by the time you get helped and your food your hour lunch is coming to an end. Save your time.

The place seems run down now. The service is okay. They are not the quickest, but usually Im not in a hurry here. They had some kind of water issue recently, but there seems to be some lingering issues from it. On my last visit, there was some visible rotted wood by the front counter and some standing water by some seating. After eating some, it seems the chicken was fully done. It is not sitting well with us. I never eat inside anymore because they place doesnt seem clean. Update 2023: They updated the interior. It looks very nice.

Dropped by this KFC place on my way home. Food always good. But price seems ridiculous. Being the foremost of all chicken fast foods, prices shls be better than other stores. Interesting: store had $20 fill up special on the store sign. If u dont pay attention, u would get the shock of ur life. There was a $20 fill up that I remembered well, but this special is only 4 pieces. So, what is KFC trying to fill up? A tiny box? Logically the 4 pieces #3 is much cheaper, a little over $10.00. Waited 10 minutes while they filled a couple of of pickup orders ( third party service drivers waiting too). I order a 2pc mixed meal with a crispy breast and crispy thigh w/ strawberry drink and what I received was 2 thighs one that was so crispy it tasted like I was chewing rocks and the other half cooked and was soggy when you bit into it. My fries were cold and not fresh like it was there since the day before. And the only good thing about the meal was my drink cause I was super thirsty but was served with no ice. Okay so I will be completely honest. This location has received a complete overhaul, that was very much so needed. I have not been inside since then. But I will say the piece of chicken I bought for a quick snack the other day, was by far the best piece of Kentucky Fried Chicken I have had since the Carolina Tenders ( please bring these back they are the best thing i have ever got from Kentucky and miss them so. Had a Doordash order at this location at 9:30pm for a Michael R. The store had 10 people in it and when I approached one of them turned off the Open sign. The front door was locked but I was ignored. I Went back to the drive threw, honked and nobody answered. I thought this store closed at a later time. They took the customers money which had them upset, and I traveled here to pick up an order. Whoever your staff was at this time apparently was more concerned with keeping the guests inside entertained but did not bother to respond to anyone else. Worst experience Ive ever had at KFC. Only two sodas the rest where out, soda fountain was disgusting soda syrup all over you can tell had been this way all day. Walked in at 1205pm, on a Thursday afternoon. Order was taken and served promptly. I was the only customer in the place. Every table was dirty with crumbs and grease smears on surfaces of the seats and table tops. The mens room was extremely foul. Toilet was FULL, floors and all surfaces were nasty and there were no hand towels. My first and last visit to this place. I had the original recipe chicken. Super greasy but it was hot.

After a long day working at my ALL 5 STAR REVIEW window cleaning company, Dallas Windows and Gutter Cleaning, I decided that I did not want to come home and work in the kitchen. My family is large. So I decided that KFC sounds like a good choice. I Googled the nearest one to me, about 10 miles from home, but on the path there. I ordered just shy of $45 worth of food with 2 orders of thier chocolate bundt cake. When I got to the drive thru pick up window, I specifically asked if the order was complete, nothing missing. (I wanted El Pollo Loco, which was just down the road) and didnt check because I was tired of driving, wanted to get home, and was hungry. When I got home, guess what, no bundt cakes!! I went and checked the truck to make sure I didnt miss grabbing them, before I called. When I did call, I explained to the female rep that the cakes were missing and that it would be close to a 20 mile trip just to replace them. She said she would be happy to replace them, just come on in. I responded, thats it, just the cakes??!! She responded in disbelief, what else do you want? I replied, thats your call, but I expect a little more for a 20 mile trip to correct your staffs lack of attention! I was car #2 of 2 cars in the drive thru! Just to give you an example of how I run my company, a client whos windows I just did were made dirty by a guy who pressure washed her patio. Im coming back to redo them FOR FREE!! NOT MY MISTAKE YET IM TAKING CARE OF MY CUSTOMER!! I EXPECT NOTHING LESS THAN WHAT YOUR SUPPOSED TO DO, GET MY ORDER RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!
