This was my first time here and I m already planning my next trip over because their food is so good. I was recommended the Boricua cup and now I m recommending it to y all. You won t be disappointed about the flavor or serving size. And the wild berry aguas frescas was one of the best I ve ever had.

Every bite has the most amazing flavor! They care about what they do and they give you a product worth every cent! My favorite is their birria but when. They do different specials this are all amazing too! From tuna, to burger, shrimp po boys, alcapurrias, you cannot go wrong with El Callejero

From serving out of their home, to serving from a food truck, and now to a dedicated storefront - El Callejero has the absolute best Birria in Central Texas and some of the best food youre gonna find in this area. Family owned and operated, they love their customers and go the extra mile to make sure everything is exactly what youd hope for. Stop in and grab some food whenever that taco craving hits!

El Callejero did their thing with todays menu. I have only had their birria. I really wanted something different. My son had fried fish, crawfish etouffe w/rice and corn. I ordered Carne Frita, corn, and crawfish etouffe w/ rice. The way my son was eating that crawfish etouffe with his fingers I knew it wasn t going to disappoint and it did not. The corn was sweet. The fish was friend perfectly with a good mix of seasoning. He didn t even reach for ketchup as most kids do with fish. We had no room for the banana pudding cake but we tasted it and it s something I will be ordering again as well.

Amazing food truck with outstanding 10 star service! They took extra care of my 3 kids when we dined in on the picnic tables:,) one of my kiddos is naturally a picky eater & they got creative & whipped her up something simple for her absolutely family orientated company & the food was beautiful AND Delicious! The portions are fantastic & both had great flavoring. We had the carne asada street tacos & The birra &tacos & chicken quesadilla & the strawberry lemonade Thank you so much! My girls are already talking about going back soon.We will be back you guys made my day today thank you for your kindness Kid-friendliness: 100 percent! Tried for the first time today and it did not disappoint. I ordered the birria ramen/taco combo because I couldn t decide which to try The salsa verde and consommé hit the spot (I m picky about those 2 things lol). I tried the tacos first and saved the ramen for later. The tacos were super filled (bigger than other local places I ve visited so far) I couldn t eat the second one in one go lol. Then I tried the ramen later for dinner. Threw some hot sauce on it and mmmm so yummy. I still have leftovers because they definitely give you a big portion for what you pay. Not skimpy at all. I m pretty particular with my food and I enjoyed this place a lot. I ll def be back!! -Kat

First time trying El Callejero Food Truck and the food did not disappoint, it was made to order so everything was hot and fresh, we got the Birria Plate Special, the tacos & beans were seasoned well and flavorful ( the tacos are spicy ) my only complaint is the rice was undercooked. Also got a strawberry lemonade ( I will go back on hot days just for that beverage extremely refreshing)
