MJ Craig helped me out during the early weeks of the COVID-19 lockdown with a home rental. Always responsive to my needs and very communicative about maintenance issues. I will definitely contact MJ Craig & Associates again if I ever move back to the greater Fort Hood area.

Attempted to deal with them for over a week. Never return phone calls or answer phone. Didnt appear to be really interested in customer service. Not very knowledgeable about the kind of sale we were negotiating. Last I heard, Ill call you when im sure how the paperwork needs to be done. Next communication I called to follow ups and was told sold that yesterday. Next inquiry on property made to a different agency. Trust and service are more important than price to me. I find neither here.

We used MJ Craig and Associates for years for our rental company. They were always available and able to answer any questions we had regarding our property. When we decided to sell they were more than helpful and willing to listen to our needs and wants in selling the home. We could not be happier with the work and dedication they put into our home for many years.

I rented from these people for four years with four different homes; and even though I cleaned the houses up to par better than the way it looked upon move in, they still found a way if backing out of ever providing me with my deposit back... They are a rip off and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. Even though in previous years I have recommended this company and got them business.. They also ripped off my referred in multiple different ways. I hope the right person reads this because I am a fair person and they DID ME REALLY WRONG AND TOOK ALL MY MONEY

This is the worst place ever! they charge for things that is not in your contract, they dont inform you about the charges until 5months later. Their excuse is because of late key turn in. The lady in charge is very rude, and she doe not help. They give you homes with rats and roaches. Never recommend anyone. Stay clear from these rude,racsist, unprofessional people.

I love this company, cause they worry with me and my family. I been with them for a year and some moths.All the ladies are olsome. The reason why I say this is because I have 2 rental history on my credit and they work with me and my family, they are a blessing.my wife love them so much, especially Mrs. Ellen she is like one of the family very out going and understand your situation.Im so happy I. Found MJ Craig.So keep up the good work ladies.

Great great great company to rent/buy from. I am a current renter and they have been completely awsome.They are very understanding and treat you like family.They make sure their tenants are safe and meets every needs.I especially want to speak on Ms. Elaine..she is the most kind hearted and caring person you could ever meet.AWESOME!
