We found our agent to be unprofessional during our home buying journey. She missed crucial opportunities to share valuable information and failed to demonstrate any enthusiasm towards our interest in the home. Moreover, she engaged in distracting conduct, such as taking photos for other clients while we were viewing the home. She failed to keep us informed about critical details regarding the property, such as carpet credits and other options. During our showing, she and her colleague frequently engaged in conversations about other clients, making it apparent that we were not their top priority. As a result, we decided to end our collaboration and seek representation elsewhere. What we liked - her availability, and her initial interest in our wants for a home.

I cannot say enough good things about Gina Gomez. If you are looking to sell or buy your home she is the one to go to. I used her to sell my home. I give the company 3 ! I give my realtor Ms. Taylor 5- she is excellent at finding you a (forever) good home. She really went beyond her job description. There was a realtor who works in the same office. Who ripped me off! Then had the nerve to go back to Ms. Taylor because they wanted me to purchase his house. He betrayed my trusted and then, thought it would be a good idea to get a second chance to cheat me out of my hard earned money. Hey, but at least he has my 2,000.00 . I hope the family that house on Fieldcrest be careful.

Laura was awesome in helping find a home for us while out of state. She sent lots of videos and pictures of homes in addition to what was online and also did video-calls to show us even more. Laura was great at communication and negotiating necessary repairs for us. Even after closing, Laura would go above and beyond to help us with subcontractors and maintaining our home until we arrived. Give her a shot, you wont be dissapointed!

in 2019 my wife (Lisa) and I were looking for an apartment and decided to try the home buying process as well, just to explore the option. Lisa found Mrs. Laura Segarra and gave her call to view a house. During the viewing, Laura not only told us everything about the house, she also showed us everything about the home buying process and gave us all the information we needed in order to realize the home buying dream. We realized we needed to work on our credit a bit more so we found a place to rent and put in a lot of work to get our credit right. It took us a while but we finally called Mrs. Segarra back, met with her and her team and started the home buying process. The Home Vets Realty team, mainly Laura and Yami, really gave us an edge and a lot of insight during the looking process. When we finally found our home Laura and Yami made sure we were taken care of as far as home repair, home warrantys, they made sure the contracts were written fairly (between seller and buyer) and made sure everything that was put into the contracts were done and done properly to set us up for success as first time home buyers. A few weeks after closing on the home, the team makes sure they answer the phone promptly or they call back in a timely manner. Communication is excellent. Laura Segarra was absolutely amazing. We used her as our realtor to buy our house in 2012 and then again to sell it in 2020. The sale in 2020 was mostly completed long distance and I cannot even begin to describe what an asset Laura was during the process. She had EVERYTHING covered. We needed a reliable cleaning team, she had one and checked their work for us. We negotiated small repairs with the buyers and once again Laura knew who to contact for the best quality and rate. We needed a painter and guess what, Laura had one. When youre away from your home and trying to make things happen, shes the one. She was so invested in giving us a stress-free sale, it felt like we were her only clients. Thats pretty amazing considering she handles a lot of sales. She is a genuine good person and has your best interest in mind. She isnt there to simply make money. She made sure we got a good deal when we purchased and she made sure we were happy when we sold. I cant say enough good things about her. She is experienced in working with military and understands the unique needs of purchasing and selling homes under those circumstances. If youve ever PCSd then you know what Im talking about. She called me every time she had a new document or new information to make sure we knew exactly what was going on and anytime I had a question, her replies were quick. If youre a first time home buyer or an experienced one, she can take care of you. I know it sounds like a commercial but after moving about 6 times with the military, you recognize the difference between someone who goes above and beyond for your interest vs a money motivated individual. David Hightower was wonderful to work with. My mom needed a home and could not make the drive out to look through homes since she was about 3 hours away and disabled. Laura was amazing. My husband and I just closed on our first home yesterday. She was with us every step of the way and made the process so easy. We just moved to killeen and were in a rush trying to find a place to get out of a hotel. She found us the perfect home and made it possible for us to move in (lease) before our close date. Sonia was absolutely amazing! She helped find a house for my wife and I that met her million and 1 requirements within our very modest budget. Furthermore when my wife lost her job in the middle of the loan process and the first lender denied us, she found another lender and we closed withing a week on the same property. I ve been with Exit Homevets Realty now for 7 years. For me the way we as agents work together, support each other, mentor and encourage one another, is what I absolutely love about this company. Jose Segarra takes time out of his busy schedule to meet with each of his agents one on one for coaching weekly or bi-weekly. The weekly training is also great and teaches us not only how to be real estate expert advisors and about technology, marketing, knowledge of our market, but also mindset training to help develop strong, resilient professionals in real estate, but it s also applicable to our personal lives. The Exit Homevets office is conveniently located for easy access with plenty of parking. The secretary was always helpful when my wife and I visited. Sonia Rodriguez was our realtor. She went above an beyond to show us the houses we wanted. Her response time to schedule showings was exceptional and she was available from early in the morning and often responded after hours to our texts which helped us find and buy a house faster than many other realtors we have worked with.

Not profesional at all, one realtor came to see my house just to see it..... my home was in preparation I m installing wood floors living room and master bedroom, I told her there was a mess because of the tools etc of installing the floor... anyway she just started criticizing all the time, I told her sorry excuse the area I just want her to see the house and tell me how much I can ask for....the upstairs is carpet and it was nice...I know that if there was a potential buyer I need to have my house clean prepare... this was just the realtor.... uffff guess what I already sold my home with another realtor!!!! Please look for the right one... this realtors all they care is about how money they can make.....which I know is important , but don t go to a home criticizing specially when she knew what was going on,.

Bought my house from here in 2015. Modtrice Ford is an amazing realtor. She was very knowledgeable of the area, catered to my specifc requests and found me the perfect home. My friend and her family are military leased from this company. As tenants living in a rental for two years. They were not given the security deposit back after cleaning, repairing minor damages and paying professionals to clean as well. She and her husband had signed a lease month before getting orders. So they moved mid August still having to pay for the month September.
