Cant believe how thin the patty is on the junior bacon burger. I couldnt even taste the meat, only the bun. I remember their commercials used to be about wheres the beef! Well, now I can say it about them. Its ok if all you want is a bun with lettuce and tomato. Dave is turning in his grave!

Got off work after working a 12.5 hr shift with no breaks or meals and thought I would just pop in here and grab a burger. Pulled in and the drive thru line was crazy long so I parked and went inside. The young man at the counter looked like someone had pulled him through a knot hole backwards, but he spoke clearly and took my order quickly. I asked for a Daves Double with no mustard, to go. Food came out quickly and I was back on my way to home. Get home and the burger is a SINGLE and was just thrown together sloppily. I always joke that fast food never looks like the picture but dang, this thing was horrendous. Not only that, but the restaurant itself was dirty and smelled like a locker room. I thought it would be nice seeing as how they just remodeled the place a couple of months ago. This location needs a hands on manager to take charge and whip it into shape. Either that, or just close it.

Food is up to par and served to standard. Calm and relaxed inside. The issue was not only forgetting my baked potato but then hesitating when I asked for the extra sour cream. I ordered it at the speaker and if there was going to be a charge it shouldve been taken care of then. Its bad practice to just throw the window closed and leave before a customer does, as I did need just a little more help.

Service was slow. We were the only people waiting in line inside, and it took 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. I ordered a Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger combo, but what I received was a single cheeseburger on a jalapeño cheddar bun. When I took it back to tell them it was not what I ordered, they insisted that it was correct. The menu clearly listed the ingredients. What they left off was the advertised hot and crispy corn and tortilla strips, spicy Chipotle sauce, and the poblano queso....the very ingredients that would make the burger different from a plain cheeseburger. Im very disappointed! Ok, we revisited after the remodeling, and the only complaint is that the floor was extremely slippery. The service service was much better and the food was excellent again. They probably just used some kind of soap on the floor instead of a floor cleaner by mistake. So I am upgrading my previous post.

Since the reopening, I have been through the drive thru twice, and both times the same guy at the pick up window has forgotten to give me something. The first time it was my straws,and honey mustard. The second time it was my drinks. I had to honk at him and ask for my drinks. The food is still good, but he really needs to pay attention.

Staff is super rude, cashier crumpled up my receipt and got an attitude with me, I selected curbside instead of drive thru by mistake, when I arrived I went to the drive thru because there was no one else there, no you need to come inside, your food is in the lobby .. went in and my food was behind the counter.. I was like you couldn t just hand it to me, no it confuses my staff I said .. well that s not my fault.. she smarted back with well it s not my fault you selected curbside .. it was my first time ordering on line, so I didn t know any better, there was no one else there, so it couldn t have been that confusing, if it is that confusing I don t know if I should eat the food I ordered, that takes a lot more than just handing someone food, and than she crumpled up my receipt .. what the staff here is confused about is customer service

Store might have been disgusting before the renovation, but at least orders we right. Placed a delivery order right after they opened..missing 2 burgers and gave spicy nuggets for someone w acid reflux. Today, ordered the ghost pepper chicken sandwich add onion & pickles...thats all it came with. None of whats listed as coming on the sandwich and the texture of the chicken was closer to jerky. Staff is rude. Phone rings once then disconnects. DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY. If you order app for pickup or in drive thru, check every item, and dont pull away until they get it right. This place is absolutely disgusting. Its FULL of flies. Not a couple, Im talking 100s. Theyre all over the windows and walls. Theres about 50 flies buzzing around this place. Its gross. The back door theyre congregate into a fly party to dive bomb you when you walk by. The floors dont look like theyve been cleaned since they opened and all the food was cold. I guess they expect you to be mind readers as to what sauces or added items are included in their sandwich! When ordering food at the drive up it should be common sense to ask the customer what sauce or additional item they would like or exclude in their order! I dont particularly like mayonnaise and unless I bought food at Wendys every week, day or month, I wouldnt know they added mayonnaise in their hamburgers. In addition, when I got home my burger was smothered in mayonnaise as if the preparer couldnt care least of all about his job or retention. Not a good place to visit!

This is the worst run place I have ever seen. Half the time We try to go there they don t take your order at the drive thru for like 15 minutes. Then they take 15 minutes to take the next cars order. Half of the time we try to go there we end up getting upset for waiting forever to order and leaving without ordering. Tonight I was the third of 4 cars waiting to order. One car ordered while I was there for 17 minutes. Only one table of people eating inside. This place could be so much more. The owners need to sell it to someone who cares! This is the second time I ve come to this location and have waited for someone to answer the drive thru to take my order and nobody did, we drove around to the windows to see workers just stood there doing nothing.. this was an hour before they were supposedly closed. Other times the wait time in the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous and the inside is never open at night. Food is mediocre and I always make sure to double check my food before I leave. Definitely wouldn t recommend this location at all!

Absolutely disgusting I hate I even stopped here but I was in a rush. The entire place needs to be RENOVATED PLEASE I cant believe they are still operating in such a restaurant. Wendys do better.... Brand new soda machine sticky and black stuff coming out of it. Staff acting like everything was okay when really alot of adjustments needs to be made super not clean.

10:30am I was the only one in the drive thru line,I order a baconator meal and they still managed to SOMEHOW mess up my order by giving me some random sandwich.Evil world we live in.
