Placed an online order. Regular classic pepperoni. The app doesnt allow you to add heart attack on the pizza so I went inside when I picked up my pizza and requested it to be done. Told them I would pay for it separately as its not free. And the manager named LOGAN said since i didnt request it on the app I wasnt able to add it to my pizza. And he would have to charge me a WHOLE NEW ORDER. Mind you my first order was requested to be well done and UNCUT, called them as soon as I placed the order online to confirm it was going to be well done and uncut. When I picked up the pizza it was not well done and cut into 8. LOGAN demanded it indeed does ask you online if you want a heart attack parm. As I showed him the app and he looked for the option for about 3 min. Before agreeing that yes it didnt give you the option and it was indoor exclusive. Ok ? Im in the store requesting it and hes refusing to charge me separately! Said he would HAVE to charge me an entire new pizza with the heart attack charge add there in store ! Ridiculously I said no thats insane ! VERY RUDELY THREW MY ORIGINAL PIZZA ON THE COUNTER AND SAID GET OUT OF MY STORE. Walked away and tried to ignore me as I let him know he gave me the same order that was messed up. HE SHOULD BE FIRED. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. Not to mentioned, Ive worked at a little Caesars before and youre not allowed to have any piercings in the store as it could fall inside the food. Had one on his nose and tongue. This store should be inspected head to toe because if thats how they treat costumers IMAGINE HOW THEY MAKE YOUR FOOD. FIRE THIS LOGAN MANAGER AND GET A BETTER MANAGER. YOURE LOSING MONEY BECAUSE OF HIM.

Do not recommend this Little Caesar s. I get it, it is a fast food place but there was nothing fast about this location. In fact, I can in for 3 hot n ready pizza s. We pulled up to the window and waited 5 minutes. No employees to be seen. So we went inside no one in sight, or acknowledged that we walked in. As we waited inside another car pulled into the drive-through and still no one came upfront. We waited about another 5 minutes before one of the few employees came to the front to help. This is not the first time I m sure this will happen again.

First off Id like to say I chose this little ceasars in the past over the others in my town due to the pizza quality typically tasting better so maybe it was an off day for the location. The employee who answered the phone when I called my order in seemed annoyed by having to take the call and did not represent the establishment well at all. After I paid for my order she stated I can park in front and someone will bring my order to my vehicle so I did that and waited but no one came out so I went in after about 10 minutes and the girl who answered the phone and took my payment at the drive through window came around and grabbed my order and set it on the table and walked away. I did not expect the service to be amazing in the first place but I was still taken aback by how generally uninterested in her job the employee came across as. If you dont like the job you have then what do you do it for? -NF. When I got home and opened my pizza boxes one of them was fine but the other looked shabby and was essentially ruined due to the lack of care provided on behalf of the establishment. The pizza in the picture above zwas not horrible tasting on the on the still flat side. The bent half had the cheese peeling of a was so mushed together it was not worth eating or $5. The other pizza was uneffected and tasted better. Still overall a disappointing visit.

Ordered a create your own sausage crazy crust online. When I got to the location the crust didn t have the topping on there. When I brought this up the cook told the cashier that s only on the pepperoni pizzas . Now this is funny for so many reasons. Not even a week later they re now advertising a cheese crazy crust. Plus I don t know for certain, but I think they put this topping on the crust after the pizza gets out of the oven. To make this even better though is if Little Caesars physically makes their pizzas fresh in house like they claim AND it s an option on the custom pizza menu. Then you would think the cook that was hired to do his job would you know actually do his job. Instead of lying because he s lazy. Regardless this will be my last time ever coming to this location

Whoever was working the drive thru on 8/8/23 at 5:00pm needs some extensive training in customer service. I sat at the drive thru window for a long time while the worker was standing at the register. After a long while they opened the window, no greeting or eye contact, put their head out the window to see how long the line was, pulled their head back in, then after another minute they shut the window. No greeting, no apology for the wait, no I ll be with you shortly, nothing. So I zipped my wallet back up and drove away. I was the only car in the drive thru, there is no reason to be treated like I didn t exist and blatantly ignore me. Will never return.

Quality and convenient Little Caesars Pizza restaurant with friendly employees and hot, ready pizza. LCP is not the best fast-food pizza. But its quick, cheap, and good enough. They always have classic pepperoni & cheese pizzas ready for immediate pickup through the drive-thru or walk-in. I really like their order-head features online and through the app for quick pickup from their heated, pin-controlled locker. I only wish their dough/sauce/something had a little more seasoning or flavor; theres just something missing in the flavor department.

I went to the drive through and the first guy came to the window and told me to hold on a sec after taking my order. 3 minutes later a manager comes to the window and says they have no hot and readys at all and it would be at least 20 minutes. I drove around to the back to leave and I saw 3-4 workers or possibly less workers and maybe some friends a girl in her pajamas all hanging out cursing and smoking cigarettes. Got home only to find out I didn t get pepperoni pizza I got 2 cheese pizza. Called them and they said I could bring my pizza up there to change them out. One how are you wanting someone to bring the pizza back? No ready to go pizzas ready once again and when I ordered I was asked to wait for 15 minutes which I did and then my order was forgotten aboutand waited an additional 15 minutes. Shouldve just made a frozen pizza.

Placed an order by phone was told 20 minutes can up 30 minutes later was told it was still in the over to give them 7 or 8 more minutes so waited 15 outside pulled up and was told you have another 3 to 5 minutes left as were in line the cook came to ask her a question and hes playing with the dough with no gloves on and we were told to move out of line cuz we couldnt hold it up when their was only 1 car behind us. She seemed rude and didnt seem like she wanted to be here.

Food is the same as all Little Ceasars, but then again for the low price what do we expect from food quality. One thing that I do expect is for them to be able to get my order correct, at least by the second time. This store was unable to accomplish this feat. Order 2 large thin crust pizzas with 2 toppings each. 30 minute quit to find out they made 2 stuffed crust pizzas... 30 minute wait more and they make the thin crust 1/2 cheese and 1/2 my toppings and a third with 1 toppings I gave up and took the food cause I had hungry people waiting at home and it had already been an hour. Shouldnt be that hars to get an order right.

Apparently the male worker at the window was having a bad day. When he passed the pizza through the window he thrust it angrily and threw our card as well. The card went flying outside of the car.I went inside to find out why he did this. He said my daughter was running over the bell with her car. This was not true. We were unaware there was even a bell. I felt it was very rude and unprofessional of him the way he spoke to me. His manager was very nonchalant and appeared to not care about anything. This establishment was poorly ran and seemed to need more staff. I am chalking this up as this place needs more training in how to deal with their customers. I will never return to this awful place!
