Me and my husband recently ordered takeout and we were extremely disappointed. I ordered the chicken enchiladas and added some sour cream and cheese. What I received was cheese enchiladas (no chicken) drenched in what looks like ranch but wasn t sour cream. I have no idea what was on it but it was inedible because of how much was on it and also just tasted bad. It also appears that the whole plate was shoved in the microwave. Pretty sure they also used store bought tortillas. Anyways, I d recommend going to Los Pinchis Tacos down the road.

Found multiple pieces of hair in my food and they still charged me said there s nothing we can do! Poor management decision based off the fact that we come here often with our friends and don t mind spending. I hope next time when a customer is unhappy with the poor quality of food and complains, that you guys actually do something about it instead of saying there s nothing you can do. We paid but will never be back. Do better!!

So I have come in here before and they act like other people have no idea what they re talking about. It s an issue when you ask for more salsa and I was charged for more yesterday; yet I notice they give you bottles when you come in and eat. Just because I order my food to go does not mean that I am to get treated differently! Especially when I spend almost $20 for some cold burritos you should definitely give me more salsa when 8 ask for it! Won t be going back! It seems as if there is an issue with ALL of the TAQUERIAS! That was my last time going to ANY OF THEM! They are slowly closing down all over Killeen and copperas cove and I am starting to see why! I ll make my own tacos and burritos from now on!

7.7 place is busy non stop but servers are fast & food comes out fast. The food was excellent, but the service is terrible. It s hotter then hell in there, then you have to sit and wait and wait for forever for anything. We pushed our call button numerous times and nobody came, we had to put our to go food in tin foil because nobody would come to assist we even had to go to the counter after waiting 20 min for our ticket to pay. The older guy who checked us out wearing a blue shirt was talking with someone while we just stood there waiting to pay, finally he decided to take our payment while still talking ignoring the fact we were unhappy, didn t care I asked for a to go box for my rolled up tin foiled food, never said sorry, never said thank you set my receipt to sign on counter and walked away to continue his conversation. Another thing is it s quite strange to hear explicit music in a Mexican restaurant. I loved the food but highly disappointed with how my family and myself were treated. We WONT be back to this location.

We were on the family side. The music was so loud I couldn t hear anyone at the table and our waitress got our food wrong because she couldn t hear. We could see female twerking and dance on the bar side with a child. If I wanted to go to a club I would go to a club. I grew up going to this taqueria but I definitely will not be going and I will be letting my friends and family know not to go as well. I also do want to say that the waitress we had was extremely rude and thought it was a good idea to argue with us.

This used to be the good taqueria, but not anymore the food is ok, the salsa taste like marinara sauce. We came on Wednesday and the bar side was hopping, but I sat on the family side and couldn t even hear my husband. The waitress couldn t hear us. They finally shut the doors to the bar area but that upset the waitresses and they went back to open them. Definitely not my favorite taqueria anymore.

Food is ok. Be prepared to get rude service and and sloppy bagging without condiments in the drive thru if you don t tip enough. Regular hourly wage workers shouldn t seek a tip unless they give exceptional service. Tipping is for waiters, not drive thru workers that give bad service.

As soon as I walked in, nobody helped us sit. So we sat down ourselves. Took a while before any server help us. At this place is customary to give you chips and salsa before your food. We didnt get any. I ordered a chicken chimichanga. The salsa taste like it was out of a can, the cheese like melted cheddar (not the good one) and the chicken inside the chimichanga, was so very salty. This place use to be good, but now the food is bad and the servers are worse. You call for them, they will look right at you and do nothing about it.Never going back to this place. Food is good service depending on what server you get. It will be a non-stop how can I help you? Do you need a refill or would you like more salsa and chip to crickets.... At least you have the food and cold beers to look forward too. Ambiance was awesome. Service was great. Food was gross. Qeuso was bland, chips were OK salsa was tomato sauce with chunks of onions and peppers. Not hot but no flavor other than tomato. Wanted to check the place out. Came on a Friday evening around 4pm. Initially sat on the restaurant side as I didn t know they had a separate bar. I changed sections and it was great! The music was awesome!. It was a mix of artists for us 80s-90s babies, along with some new artists. The music is kinda loud (dam near club loud), so if that bothers you, probably better for you to sit on the restaurant side. There were a few families sitting on the bar side, but it s kinda awkward. If coming with your kids, sit at the restaurant and not with the drunk adults. I d definitely be back!

I ordered the bistec ranchero and they brought me carne asada. Instead of remaking it for me when I sent it back, they just scraped the nopales off the plate and poured ranchero sauce on the carne asada. The first time I ever came to this place the steak ranchero was the best thing I ve ever tasted. Now, every time I go back to get that same plate it s me differently each and every time and they have not been good. They also been leaving out the sauce that goes to it to even make it ranchero. I ve been proceeded to get some breakfast tacos the next day, steak, egg, potato, and cheese. Had no flavor. The salsa was water down and tasted like spicy water. The cooks should be a trained accordingly to the company s expectation of food quality. It has not been great lately. I think I m gonna give this place a break and try to find me another authentic Mexican place to enjoy my Mexican food.

We have been going to this restaurant consistently for a few months. Everything is usually so good..fresh..no matter what you order! Taco Tuesday and Margaritas an exceptional value! Tonight was absolutely not good! 3 stars is stretching as the taco special was not up to par! The taco shells were stale and the portion was small compared to past. The charro beans were just beans very little seasoning or liquid. The Margaritas were ok..definitely not worth $6.99..evidently no longer on special for Taco Tuesday! So after 4 years we are of not going, a group I associate with chose this as our place to meet up. A little hesitant since my memory of this place was not the best. Things have changed for sure. The waiter, Abraham, was very professional, attentive, and very friendly. The owner was on site and watching him I noticed he made sure to speak to every customer. Drinks were amazing, the food was hot, on time, elevated from what I remembered, and the seating area was very clean. The gentleman that stayed busy ensuring our table was cleared of all dirty dishes and remaining pieces of chips was wonderful. Without interruptions, he made sure our table remained clean and clear. Recommend taking time to visit this place. I m sure all the wait staff is as good as our waiter but if given a choice ask for Abraham, you won t be disappointed. Ask about their own sangria, a pleasant surprise for sure.

Great food, outstanding table side service from all - Owner, Waiter and busboy. Would go again and recommend to anyone in the area. Specific shout-outs regarding food...order the guacamole made at your table and the owners house wine.

First time there and went with family from out of state. We wanted to go someplace close instead of our usual place. We were a party of 10. The Mexican margarita was nasty tasted like mostly warm olive juice. It was loud too, they had something going on in the bar area. Service was so so at best. Missing items from orders that had to be asked for numerous times. Three of us had birria tacos, and no, each plate was different. No consistency at all. Needed seasoning nothing had much flavor. Honestly it wasnt bad but for the price it should have been great. Everyone had minor complaints. Overall a c minus. Next time I have family from out of state visiting I will take them to my usual and deal with a little extra traffic. Might try them again in the future, see if they improve.

Great variety of authentic Mexican. Loved the great atmosphere and customer service! The price of food was very reasonable. Parking: Large amount of parking spaces Kid-friendliness: The table and chairs had kid themes on them. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking available adjacent to the front entrance!

The staff was very nice. Our waitress was great. The food wasnt that good.. The one on Rancier in Killeen is so much better. The portion of beans was so tiny. I was very disappointed......
