I waited in line and was told I couldnt order with Justin I could only use the kiosk. So I left. I was so excited to try it. The guy knew I was sad about him not taking my order and offered no assistance. He was also not friendly at all. Would not recommend this place.

We told the staff we didnt want to use the kiosk for personal reasons, we were told we could pay up front. When we got to the front the staff said we had to use the kiosk, this is after waiting in line for 20ish minutes. The customer service in my opinion is terrible and this policy is dumb. The kiosks are disgusting and many people were talking about how they hate this system. We will never be back because of the lack of customer service.

I had eaten at an Amorinos in Paris and i was smitten! It was such a wonderful surprise to find one in Fort Worth!! The way they serve gelato on a cone makes it look like a rose. They have many flavors, some a bit exotic, but all delicious. I enjoy creating a beautiful multicolor rose with 3 to 5 flavors. The various colors are both delicious, so I enjoy eating them, and add creativity to my food! The mango, strawberry, coconut, dulce de leche, and stratiacelli were my creation tonight. Popular place but they have enough friendly servers to keep the line moving fairly quick. Check them out!! Fun and yummy!

I visited Amorino Gelato on a busy Friday night after 8. The place was crowded, and the kiosk system was inconvenient. eventually I ask if I could order up front was told I could pay at the register, but after waiting in line, I found out it was cash-only and had to use the kiosk. I miss the old system and think they should revert to it. However, the gelato itself was top-notch, even though its a bit pricey nearly $20 for a milkshake and a small cup with a macaroon. Despite the kiosk inconveniences, the service was great and the dessert was excellent. Hence, a solid 4-star rating.

Ive been to lots of Gelato places and this one is definitely on another level! So many flavors to choose from, some that I have never seen. They let you try the flavors after you pay for your cup, and you can pick as many flavors as you want even when you get the small! I was surprised. Lol the kiosk experience was new but I figured it out, and the staff was so friendly and helpful! A guy named Gerry helped me pick my flavors because I was indecisive and then Justin made my little gelato flower! It was so cute!! What an artist! Haha Overall, wayyyy better experience than you get from those fast-food style Gelato places at the mall, this store definitely felt more elevated. I will be back for sure!!!

Ive been to several gelato place and never in my life as I was told I need to place my order before I can sample one of the flavors. I have been here several times and never was told of the policy, maybe this is something new that they are doing..Know this for sure I will not come back to this place... Worst customer service ever... The funny thing a family came in after me and they were given samples..I wonder now come maybe if I had made a scene but then they might call the cops on me... Loved the gelato, creamy, smooth, and perfect. I had pastichio. If youre new to the establishment when you walk in, you will order and pay at a kiosk. ( credit cards only ). Then get in line. This is where it gets a tad confusing. You only order the size of the cup or cone youd like and add ons, not the flavor of Gelato. The kiosk replies with a receipt preference email or no receipt, then states your name will be called. Thats not the case. Patrons order then start lining up. You might be thinking your name will be called per instructions. So, order and jump in line, or if you are like me, a rule follower, youll be standing wondering why everyone after you is being served. With the nice interactive kiosk, the establishment could make a small adjustment to steps. Just a minor, I wouldnt have mentioned, but I noted several people doing the same as I did; order, step back, and wait for your name to be called! Parking: Parking is not that bad. Now, during the holidays, like everywhere, every man for themselves! Kid-friendliness: Kids seem to really enjoy the numerous choices and free samples before picking a flavor.

There was no one using the kiosk screens and a bunch of people in line. I looked at the kiosk screen and didnt see a listing of flavors so we decided to order at the counter. So we stood in line for 10 minutes with the line filling up behind us to out the door. Then when were offered help we were told we needed to order at the kiosk then come choose the flavors. We didnt want to stand in line again for ten to twenty more minutes so we left. Poor customer service. Poor organization.

I had an overall mixed experience. The dessert tastes pretty good and the staff was nice, but it felt a little overpriced for what it was and the utensils I was given broke 3 times while I was using them. Updating review to respond to company s response: The issue is I wasn t even able to try anything nor was I even given the opportunity to order. Nobody was at the cash register to ensure everyone knew the process , but instead took one person s order than went to prepare their order as several of us stood idle at the cash register for so long. The fact that more people continued to come in and nobody stopped to say we will be with you in a moment made me and others believe we are suppose to continue moving like a conveyor belt. It was honestly unprofessional and ridiculous. Even after knowing they didn t assist me and I was clearly next in line, they went to the people behind me. Seems like it is a common occurrence when you don t have the complexion of priority based on similar reviews. Thanks for the offer, but I will not be returning. First impressions are lasting impressions. Very poor customer service, no organization and undesirable first impression and the more I think about it, could be a prejudice or a bit racially motivated. Took family to try and it was almost as if I was invisible and there was no clear method to the madness. The customer service was nonexistent and the lines moved as if it was a buffet line but that s not how it s supposed to be, but because there isn t anyone actually at the cash register to take order THEN prepare the order you are just following what everyone else is doing because they are also confused. After a few moments of being overlooked, the employee finally acknowledges me after taking a customer behind me instead of asking have you been helped? The employee also snickered after realizing I am confused by her nonchalance after she went from cashier to making a dessert that the other employee could have done or that free employee could have been on the register. It was ridiculous. After taking the customers that came on long after me, she then suggested I go back to the cash register to pay them come and pick out the gelato. What? How are you supposed to see the flavors AFTER payment? Russian Roulette with the gelato and hop you find something you like since you go in blind. It makes absolutely no sense Lol we were then told that you pay before even knowing what you want. They don t have much to see, but too much at the same time. They have actual desserts including waffles and things you don t see by walking in, but you ll never know that because nobody is really asking. The flavors of the gelato is after you pay and their other offerings are unknown. They have an array of sizes, but nothing even makes sense lol. The menu is chaotic and so is the process of even choosing your desired dessert. It was beyond overwhelming from start to finish because their process takes way too long for a building line so long you just end up leaving. I would likely never go back.

I always love coffee flavor dessert. I tried their coffee gelato. OMG!! I AM SO HAPPY. It is strong. I love it so much. My daughter got the mint chocolate one. She told me it tasted GOOD! I also like the size. We got small ones in the cups. We both finished our orders. The service was great. The male employee at the register was so polite. Great service makes everything better. Great gelato, and a good variety of flavors, like hazelnut, pistachio, black cherry. The thing that stands out is how carefully they decorate your cone with flower shaped gelato scoops, beautiful and delicious. This is our favorite Gelato place. The young man who is always there, is always super friendly and welcoming. Gelato flavors are seasonal however some you will always find available year round. Its our go-to place for when our teen gets an outstanding report card! They have hooks to hang purses/backpacks under their tables. Also available, are plug in outlets to charge electronics behind their beautiful and comfy booths where you sit. Cant forget to mention their napkins are always fully stocked and a bonus- a diaper changing station in the unisex bathroom. You are able to get different flavors in your cups at no additional charge and samples, too.

The ice cream was great and the staff went above and beyond to help my family decide what we wanted even in the busy atmosphere. There was a constant line but never any pressure to hurry. We will be back for sure!

We went for gluten free options. They have that with the gelato and it was lovely. Mini macaroons on top. It tasted great. However, it was steak dinner prices for 4 of us, for a cup of gelato. Due to cost I won t be back. Dietary restrictions: Celiac/gluten free friendly. There are regular cones, so super sensitive celiacs, your call, but I had no issues. Parking: We parked in a parking garage. We walked down. There is parking in front, but you may have to wait to get that close? Kid-friendliness: Family friendly place.

I ordered a small child s cup of gelato half cheesecake and half mango. All of the gelatos here are delicious and have never disappointed me. However, I m not sure if this was a bad batch or what, but the cheesecake flavor tasted very gritty and had a weird aftertaste. I went inside and asked if I could get all mango instead and was quickly denied. I was told that s why we have samples in a very demeaning tone after being given an ugly look for even asking. It s not like I had a large cup or was asking to change multiple flavors. I had the smallest cup and kindly asked if I could get all mango. Very disappointing and I m not sure if I will be coming back.

I will definitely be back! The staff was great at customizing my coffee and made it absolutely perfect! They are open late which was amazing, and their macaroons have a fun twist (they re filled with gelato). Everything was delicious and the ambiance was great for a small coffee shop! Terrific!

Great experience. My first Gelato. Took my bronlaw and he has a chocolate allergy and they have a kit they use for those with an allergy!! It taste amazing. I had vanilla with coffee, hubs had chocolate hazelnut with organic chocolate and a chocolate macaroon and my bronlaw had hazelnut with strawberry. Again all great!

First Time Trying Their Gelato. I Got Biscotto And Milk Chocolate. The Biscotto Was A New Flavor I Never Tried Before I Sampled It. It s Pretty Strong But It Was Decent. That Milk Chocolate Was So Good. Next Time I ll Jus Get That.
