They sell months-old products, rotten vegetables and food, rotten meats, the place is all dirty, the cafeteria is all filthy and full of cockroaches. Fried foods taste like old oil and there have already been several cases of people finding fungus inside fried foods. I am Puerto Rican and this place is unfortunately embarrassing.

At the cafeteria they give a pretty bad service. They serve too little amount of food. They are stingy with the meat because they serve the portions incomplete (half of the space was empty). One day an old lady served me food and with the spatula removed food from my plate to put it back. She said she could get in trouble if she serve the right amount of food. That was gross and disrespectful because I m paying for the whole plate. Then a white woman with black hair approached saying that the portion was okay. For me is not okay that after they served my food, remove food and put it back in the showcase. They also do crossing contamination letting potato fall into the rice and some others food. I have been visiting this place few times but I got tired of seeing this place without hygiene, employees having bad attitude, being very stingy, cheap with the portion of the food. I wish I could give ZERO Stars to this cafeteria. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAFETERIA, THEY ARE NASTY. Managers and people that are in charge of it fight for the food they are serving to their clients.

Been trying for the past few weeks to grab the St. Jamaica marinade mix. Last time the workers told me to call. I called 8x & no one picked up!! So I drove from Temple just for this marinade & it wasnt there. So I spoke to the manager & called the store number in front of her....no one picked up. She said something is wrong with their phones. Ive been coming here for years, Im over it today & will not support this establishment anymore!! Fix your phone lines, its bad business!!

There s a lot of Puertorican food selections a very affordable prices, however, the food cooked is either bland or salty; my wife and I came from San Antonio to eat and the rice was bland and the re-heated pork chops were salty as hell, unfortunately we had to throw the food away. The owner must know somebody from the health department because the place is unsanitary, I have no idea how the place is open; the floor is nasty, inside the refrigerators there s trash, dirt and everything you can think off. I bought a pack of Cameo cookies and they were stale since I don t know when.
