You ever have 4 people in the car, go to order at a fast food place for the 4 of you but get cut off after 2 orders? On top of that, after trying to get your OTHER 2 orders in have them give you the wrong orders when it s all said and done. Great service, honestly I blame the owners constantly having these locations short staffed however.

Always love jack in the box. Just moved from wosconsin where there is no jack in the box. The people are friendly and I love the food. Parking: Parking is a little difficult. They are next to a gas station and sometimes busy Kid-friendliness: They have kid meals, chicken nuggets, fries,curly fries and its a good place to take the kids. My kids love the tacos there

Went to jack in the box on july 20 2024 about 6:300pm ,we waited for 20 minutes for the girl to take my order,so we had to move to the window to order,pretty much she wasnt in the mood to work,after we got our food she went inside and I still waiting for my sodas, after 5 min waiting on her even know she looked at me waiting many times and me waving she never approachedthe window, the guy who was making the food look at me and let her know again that we were waiting,and she just look at me and she said something ,after a while she came ,I told her we were missing our sodas,and she walk away,and the guy was very nice came over the window and gave me my sodas,very polite.I dont know if she is the manager but she make me feel very uncomfortable ordering.I didnt feel welcome at all.

We ordered from the Stan Schlueter Loop location today. My daughter is neurodivergent, so she always orders her food through the app to make sure the restaurant has the exact instructions for her order. Today, her sour dough sandwich came with everything that she cant eat. Why allow us to make substitutions and special orders if you are not going to follow them. Tomorrow when we have a car again. I will be returning her sandwich. If anyone is wondering why, well, if she had been allergic to any of the ingredients that were not supposed to be on her sandwich, then I would have been in the ER. I can deal with a neurodivergent meltdown, but I would hate for someone to go into anaphylactic shock because a special order cant be followed.

Incredibly slow service. Literally took 15 minutes just to take my dine in order and there was not a line and the drive through was not busy. Dining room tables and floors needed to be cleaned. The dining room drink machine was not functioning. Individuals in the kitchen not wearing hair nets or hats to prevent hair from going in food. In total it took about 30 minutes just to receive my order. I also received straight fries when I asked for curly. Come on Jack! I used to work for you and I know you are better than that.

Came in on New Year s Day with family from Tennessee who had never had jack in the box so we were so excited to show them our favorite place until the woman working the front register who took our order was talking to other staff as we were ordering and wasn t paying much attention and she made several mistakes and never read our order back to us then when we received our food and it was incorrect she told us it was our fault because she read the order back to us (but she had not) and charged us more for her mistakes and now we re stuck with a chicken sandwich we didn t even want and she was rude when confronted about her mistake and she clearly didn t want to be at work today we ll never come back to this location I d recommend going to the one one central Texas express way

Came here for a doordash pickup. It was Christmas, in the staffs defense; however, the male working the front end was absolutely rude to everyone. I love jack in the box, as a fast food restaurant. I got a meal of chicken tenders but had to wait for a ride, so I was getting thirsty. Went up to get a cup of soda, completely willing to pay. I was about to pull out my wallet when the lady at the counter waved it away and told me not to worry about it. Takes approximately 20 minutes to go through the drive through. Not once, but every time. Under staffed and the staff that does work is either too busy fighting each other or doing something other than serving. Once someone does come to the speaker you have to repeat yourself 15 times. Theres a sweet red head female that works there, never caught her name, but shes always amazing and professional. The only reason I didnt put 5 Star is because lettuce is never properly added on my burgers and I got charged $0.40 once for extra lettuce, when all I really wanted was some lettuce. My lettuce is always 1 or 2 small soggy pieces that cant even be seen without opening the bun, and I promise Im not over exaggerating. Other than that, the place is great and the food is great. I go there a whole lot for breakfast and lunch.

This place is terrible with speed of service and cleanliness. I do not know how this location is still open. I love to eat at Jack in Box, but this location is always letting me down. From my orders done incorrectly to sticky floors, it is bad to dine here. Overall this location needs better management I do not how employees get away with mediocre efforts. When I worked in fast food many years ago, one would be fired from such behavior. I get it it s fast food, but nothing good happens to this location. It s only running accordingly during the base s lunch hours in the weekdays, after that it s non-existent. Do not recommend to eat here. Save your time and money.

This place needs assistance in cleanliness, I saw the most nastiness in the crew, how do you take money wipe you nose with you hand then make drinks, have every item in the store on your clothes then you let them know, hey my food isnt right they get an attitude & do whatever they want to it. Then go to another Jack in the box to see the workers acutally picking up food with their hands from the microwave & handing it to another worker to put inside its container I mean horrible service if you wear gloves all day to keep yourself protected how can you protect the customers that comes to the establishment with the same gloves on. I even called Ms.Jane Devore about this problem thats labeled on the window if you have questions & complaints I told her I had to throw away all the food & get a hot dog from the gas station. Only thing that happened was she said sorry about the experience & she would take care of it. Usually the District Manager would offer some type of compensation especially when you spending over twenty dollars but I was offered nothing I think this places is horrible they need to do a whole sweep & get individuals that want to be safe & clean & treat customers with respect & care about the handling of food

Went through the drive-thru got a total of three burgers we asked do one number one and 2 of the same burger one without tomatoes the girl asked wait how many do you want had to tell her 3 separate times we only wanted three burger then we pull up to the window and she hands us the drinks we ordered a coke a half and half tea and a sweet tea she gives us 2 cokes and one tea we tell her it s supposed to be 1 coke a half and half tea and a sweet tea she proceeds to argue and say oh no I just made those there s two cokes we told her 5 separate times that it was supposed to be 1 coke 1 half and half tea and a sweet tea until she finally understood plus the teas were spoiled and tasted horrible

Im not much for fast food. You typically get what you pay for. Cheap price means cheap ingredients and therefore bland or high calorie flavors. That being said, this is my favorite place to get late night tacos or a big burger on sour dough when everything else is closed.

The managers here - Stephanie, Nicole and Dontrell are always professional and kind, DESPITE being swamped or dealing with rude and entitled customers. They pass this positivity and work ethic on to other employees so even when they re not there I know the food will be good. I would recommend this place!! I eat there all the time!!
