I love wingstop but literally the last two times I have orders from them through DoorDash I receive food that isn t mine. I get it mistakes happen but literally to times In a row is ridiculous. The first time this happened they told me to bring the food back and they would give me the right food. Cool I did that. this time I called the person who answered literally put me on hold mid sentence and got her manager. The manager was not better. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Talked to me as if she could care less that her job is working in customer service. I understand job have good and bad days but as a manager working in customer service you are the example for your employees. If you don t care and are rude to your customers, your employees will do the same. After looking at all of the recent reviews of this place I will be ordering from a different wingstop moving forward. Those who run this business and oversee these employees I would highly recommend taking a closer look at them. They are making your business look very bad.

Horrible service! I ordered online, asked for half of my wings (the part I was going to eat as we were sharing a meal) wet hot lemon pepper, I got reg wet oily lemon pepper which also had very little to no seasoning very oily and bland.. I did not have a ride to come back to get my wings right and I was told I could not get my refund unless I brought back the wings I didn t eat, I was hung up on multiple time by the manager on duty so yah I got upset. I was told to bring the wings tomorrow if I want my refund, which I will but that is so disgusting. I could have sent a pic showing it not right. Not everyone has access to a car! I spent 17$ to only eat my fries.. I never in my life been so disrespected and talked down to by a manager! Poor poor service and HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!

Today is the last time I eat from here. I used to order online and they always messed up my order(missing items). Today I order 30 packs, when I received it, 10 wings were missing. I called and the person who answered was really rude and told me that they can t deliver it so I told him ok, I can pick it up and he responds with You have to wait 20 minutes because there was orders before mine and they have to cook the food, even after I waited for about 40 mins for the original one.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I should of known better given the 3 stars rating Here I was giving them the benefit of the doubt just for them to prove their rating right. The wings must be allergic to season because the only flavor was the sauce that barely sprinkle them. They did provide additional one. The fries were utterly disgusting soggy and burned, when I asked about it the reply was thats how we make them here I was in no mood for foolishness so I ignore them. The coke tasted like bleach (yeah... I spat it out). Needless to say it was my first and most definitely my last time here. What a shame and waste of money. I do not recommend, youve been warned.

Update 05/21/24: I can no longer recommend it. The place has gone completely downhill. Service has been hit or miss, but generally on the bad side. The last three times we ate there, it took OVER an hour to receive our order. Once, we just walked out after an hour had passed. The food is never prepared correctly anymore and extremely unappetizing from the wings being extremely undercooked to Voodoo Fries BURIED in seasoning and nothing else. Its just been gross. Our orders are never prepared properly and every single time they forget something. We are not going back. Its just disgusting with terrible customer service. Simply gross. OLD Review: This place, yall! Im addicted! The Wingstop in Killeen is by far the BEST Wingstop Ive visited and Ive been to quite a few. The staff is spectacular! They are personable and just a fun bunch even when they are in the weeds with orders to fulfill from everywhere. They get crazy busy, but keep things going, and I enjoy waiting for my order because they are such a fantastic crew. They make it worth the wait! Our orders are always cooked to perfection just as we request. Every. Single. Time. At many other places, something is forgotten or prepared incorrectly, but not here. They make everything perfectly and just delicious. The Voodoo Fries are simply to die for and the wings are incredible. I always order flats, well-done, original hot, and they are spectacular! I truly cannot find anything that compares to their wings. When I order wings elsewhere, Im always disappointed because nothing comes remotely close to the delicious wings at Wingstop in Killeen. Five Stars to them for their fantastic staff, exceptional customer service, and for wings and fries prepared to perfection on every single visit. The food is over seasoned now. One lady was preparing food without gloves. She was flipping the fries that were already in the fry holder thing and shaking them with one hand. How it started, I ordered off DoorDash. I m in town for all of 3 weeks and I like something quick and easy. Now this started all because the general manager didn t not know how to work the new system. Amazed truly that he told his other employees to not help me. Then I let them know I just came yesterday ordered on door dash and got a full ticket showing my price. As I am paying with a company credit card and need a ticket with the price. Dude really told his employees they can t do it but I got one yesterday I know they didn t change systems like that. The fact that I am a regular customer in order from here at least two times a week and they had the nerve to have an attitude and on top of that I literally said lite seasoning on the fries and when I get home my fries are so spicy so I left the fries up and all I see is seasoning girl at the front desk had a whole attitude saying that the meal does not come with ranch when it literally does and it says on there, it comes with two ranches I feel like when you tell them how to do their job they get upset but the end of the day don t work the if you don t like your job go work somewhere else nobody s obligated to spend their money there and their food be disgusting and drained in oil and then trying to be weird and petty and put so much seasoning to throw up and not feel good. My friends and I eat here regularly. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Most of the time the food is great. For some reason we have issues with the fries every other visit. My friend has high blood pressure and asks for light salt. Without fail, we always have to take them back. Today these are the fries we got. I took them back and replaced them with a side of carrots. Normally happy with my food but i go to this store when in Killeen during the day asked for fried hard wings but they were normal and the skin is soft. 1st night time visit, maybe it was too late it was 9pm. On the way home oil leaked through the bag and made a mess in the car on everything in the bag. I was so disappointed. Was too frustrated to drive back so I cooked the wings more in the oven. My wife and I came here after hearing really good things from other people about Wingstop. We ordered 16 boneless wings with fries. We came at a very busy time and after waiting a while once our order was ready we were very disappointed with what we say. The fries were overcooked and we only had 14 wings in the box and some of the boneless wings were the size of a quarter. We expressed this to the front cashier who made up for it by giving us some more boneless wings. My wife and I were very disappointed and will not be returning.

When I got there they said my order was not there despite me showing them in my bank account the money came out. My experience was pretty bad, my chicken flavors were wrong, I paid an extra $1 for all flats and got mainly drums. Half of my wings were still pink, cold and undercooked . Not able to eat it- the corn tasted like pure salt, the hot wings tasted like someone just poured hot sauce and cayenne pepper on meat! No real flavor. Every single time I come here after placing an online order I sit and wait on my order to be called only for it to be sitting on the shelf behind the cashier they literally check the kitchen for the order and will come back and say it isnt up yet then after sitting there for another 20 minutes, i ask where my order is and it is sitting on the damn shelf mind you i already waited 15 minutes after placing the order to come into the store to pick it up . This is damn near every single time!!

While I love the food, I have visited this location several times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME, EMPLOYEES DO NOT WEAR GLOVES. They are bare skin touching wings and fries as they go into boxes or plates to be served. This is against health code rules and this is how salmonella and ecolli is spread.

Today, the manager had bad customer service upon my arrival of picking up my husband s missing 10 piece chicken wings. She had an issue with remaking his order but waited until I arrived to tell me how she really felt instead of telling my husband on the phone. I don t think any customer deserves the type of treatment in front of other customers. We spent $43 and deserved all 30 wings that we paid for without the rude treatment.

This is the worse Wingstop I have ever been in and will not go here again. I was picking up an order and when I got there the tall cook told me they were just waiting on my fries and they would let me know as soon as my order was ready. For 20 minutes they just ignored me. Finally the girl asked me the name of my order. It was sitting on the shelf and had been for quite some time. There are ALWAYS problems with this restaurant when I pick up orders from here and its inexcusable.

This is the absolute WORST Wing Stop I ve ever been to. The food is never completed on time, and not just by 5-10 minutes, but more like 30 minutes. I got two different flavors, one being a dry rub and the other with sauce. They put both flavors in one box and the space on top, so obviously, the dry rub wings got the sauce all over em. The night manager on shift tonight 01/06/23 is a true professional and awesome leader, (Killeen Store). Door Dash Driver left 90% of my order behind in the store and I had to go to the store to get my remaining order. Another customer had a similar issue, thus attempting to take her frustration out on thecashier. The manager maintained his professionalism and immediately stood up for his cashier, by letting the customer know he would allow her to belittle his cashier, nor would he. Once both matters were addressed, he resolved the inconveniences by preparing fresh orders and apologies. I didnt get the Managers name and that is on me. However, let it be known he clearly demonstrated leadership and professionalism in the midst of chaos! Well Done Sir!
