My husband and I bowled at Hallmark after not bowling there for at least four years. We were blown away with the upgrade. Not only were the lanes and technology upgraded, but the interior is beyond inviting and clean. Three employees really went above and beyond to help us. Jarvis was very friendly and explained the updates and helped us get the right lane. Josh continued to check in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Josh also cheered us on while we bowled. Mike helped explain the lane oil patterns and differences as well as how we could bowl a little better with our equipment. Overall a great experience. We will not wait years to go back. Thank you very much for the great time.

out dated . If one person in your party needs rails everyone has to use them. When your on the couches to bowl there is no drinks or food allowed. The couches are patched with duck tape. And only seat about 4 comfortably. Balls get stuck easily. Lanes are oiled well. Wouldn t not recommend. To many better options to choose from.

They have individuals who linger when functions are concluded and bring unnecessary traffic to shawn street causing the the neighborhood problems. They need to have security to help regulate this issue. No wants unnecessary noise, traffic, and unruly patrons that are typically drunk acting like they have no respect for the working class that reside nearby. Smh. When will this problem be addressed and taken care of?

Was here with my family plus my brother and his family from out of state. We get to this bowling alley and paid good money to have a good time. The lanes had to have not been serviced due to the two lanes we had continuing to malfunction. Was moved to another lane and the same thing to happen. Then staff gives rain check card as if I would prefer to bring my family back to this unprofessional establishment. Was told the manager name is Bonnie but she wasn t available at the time. I don t know if you leauge players at this bowling alley have this issue but apparently since it was no league that week staff didn t service the lanes at all and that s why they were not working per staff. Train your staff to do better and have better customer service skills and not sit and laugh when they see the family struggling to have a good time very disappointed in this place

We recently came to the lanes with a large group. They were able to accommodate everyone quickly and we had a really fun time. The place was clean and bright; the staff (especially Ms. Leslie) were warm and engaging; and the service was great. We had a few hiccups, but the team there was apologetic, gracious and worked to fix things quickly. If we re ever back in Killeen, we ll stop by again!

My kids and I love Hallmark Lanes! We are there several times a week and both of my sons bowl in league there. I also sign my youngest son up for the kids bowl free program that they have every year and he gets to bowl two free games every day over the summer. The staff are always friendly and helpful too!

Me and my family came here today and for an entire hour we were having complications with our lanes, it even got to a point where we had to move over to different lanes .once they moved us down to different lanes, the new lanes were still acting up. After continuously having complications we decided we no longer wanted to bowl for the 2 hours we paid for. The front desk employee said they would not give us a refund (WE SPENT $130) but instead vouchers to come back ..why would we want to come back if we ve already had a bad experience and half us live in a completely different state. When we asked to speak to a manger we were told there is a manager named Bonnie who was on site but we could not talk to her. So then when I asked to speak to some sort of supervisor or someone in a management position, the front desk employee and cleaner were playing and giving us the run around & ultimately told us they were not going to go get any type of management. If you want to deal with unprofessionalism and waste your hard earned money, this is the place for you!

The times on google aren t right . It says they close at 2:00 am. The first time I called A guy picked up the phone and allowed me to make a reservation at 11:30 , but then when I called back to add more people. A lady picked up and said um we re closing at 12 tonight. This place basically close when they feel like it .. I m also glad I called again bc I would have wasted my time showing up !!!

We were here for a birthday party, and I was impressed with how well they managed everything! To allow for all lanes to be reserved to one group in a public setting for hours at a time is crazy. Might as well say that you re closed. We were told there would be limited lanes but there are absolutely zero lanes. Got there right at opening to be told there would be no lanes available for at least 4 hours because of one group.

Paid $30 for an hour. My kids bowled 1 frame and then the machine malfunctioned. Went to get a refund because it hasn t been fixed for about 15 minutes. Go to get a refund and I get back $21. I was told because we had the lanes for 20 minutes but with 10-15 minutes not being able to bowl, how is that $9 worth of bowling. Common sense ain t common. Would never recommend this bowling alley. I dont know if you heard, but Hallmark is the best bowling facility in Killeen! Clean and well taken care of. Shoes are clean and not runned down. The staff is hospitable. Just one thing, though. If the food can come up to standard of the other services, shoe, people would come just for lunch. Im talking about adding Philly cheese steaks fries, better pizza, and burgers. Refills for drinks. Other than that. Bowling lanes are clean and well prepared. This is my new, bowling place to go, hands down!

Hallmark lanes Ill give it a 5 star rating. The bowling alley consist of everything you want in a bowling alley. Equipment is up to par and didnt smell like smoke. Thank goodness. Anyways there were two workers that expressed exceptional customer service to my friend and I. Help with the lanes, or the bowling balls etc they did it with a smile and great conversation. You can tell they were drained by the rush but they kept on smiling and being very welcoming. The names were Mrs. Aubrey and Mr. Darryl. My friend and I are going back just because of these two and their great service. Thank you both.

I bring my nephew here to bowl from time to time. Kids bowl free here during the summer for 2 games. Every time we come there always seems to be a kids birthday party going on. Friendly staff and good prices. Bowling alley is a little old compared to ones at strike & reel and Main event in other areas, but thats ok. Snack bar had our food ready in about 7 minutes. The young lady there was polite. They have a bar area as well. Well be back a couple more times before the summer is over.

Pro shop was very helpful and amazing, but we paid for an hour and spent probably 15-20 minutes waiting for them to fix the pin machine. About the 4th or 5th time I went to tell the front desk attendant she was extremely rude and and grump like it was my fault the pin machine wasn t working. Never got time back and only managed to bowl 3 games in 1 hour with only 2 people due to the pin machine breaking. Lanes are in okay quality but seemed like they spilt oil on the lane as well. Overall I can t see myself going back to bowl and wouldn t suggest others to go here either.

The pro-shop is awesome, they can do pretty much everything you need done. Im not a fan of the lanes and machines. The first time I went to practice, one of the machines took a gouge out of my ball. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that they were not their. I left my name and phone number to have them contact me so that they could fix my ball. I never heard from them, I called several times trying to get ahold of someone but nobody would talk to me. My ball cant be used and the worst part is that I had only used that ball maybe 3 times. It was very sad. If you own your own bowling stuff, do not go their or use there balls.

System was down we were asked to write our name down for a 15 minute wait. Then the line forms literally immediately behind us and the cashier continues to hand out shoes. Never once called us back up, my wife want to stand back in line and waited yet again. When we finally get to the front and I ask what was the point of the list and why didn t he call us back!? We were right next to him the whole time!! Employee reaction was you can bowl if you want to no customer service skills, empathy, or anything.. management couldn t event apologize for what happened. I am a frequent bowler over at Hallmark Lanes and today was interesting conflict I ran into today. It was my turn to get a lane and Jessica said, I can not do open bowling because with all of these people here (half-full house) . I have no problem with any other associates at the Hallmark Lanes, but for some reason only with Jessica every time I come in. I am close with all of the workers and built great bonds. The only problem I have is the lack of skills Jessica has and causes customers to turn the other way and comeback at a later time for better customer service. I know this is not a big situation, but for the associate to tell a frequent bowler that we can t do open bowling because the house is half-full . Just Poor customer service.

Hallmark Lanes is a family friendly establishment. There is only one issue that prevents me from being able to give it 5 stars. The snack bar has a very limited menu, is in my mind, overly expensive and has very limited hours. As far as the bowling, the lanes are meticulously maintained and oiled daily and before league play. The staff is friendly and they strive to make your visit very pleasant. I highly recommend Hallmark Lanes to anybody who wants to bowl seriously, or just spend some fun family time.
