This location is by far the best I ve visited! The service is consistently friendly, and the manager always greets us with a smile. We never feel rushed to order, which is a nice touch. Plus, the food is always fresh especially the lentils and roasted veggies, which are cooked to perfection every time. Highly recommend! In the past, I haven t been the biggest fan of Mediterranean fare, CAVA changed that for me and I go to this location frequently. Daniel, Gavin, and Brady are good dudes who have all served me and have knowledge of the menu which helps me try new meals. The app from this restaurant is useful and will occasionally save money and always save time with their order ahead features. Dietary restrictions: CAVA is accommodating of dietary preferences.

I came in the other day and genuinely had one of the best experiences I ve had in a long time. I m new to Cava and wasn t sure what I wanted . Brady was so patient and kind answering any question I had about the menu. My app wasn t working right and I was trying not to hold up the line. Although I am more partial to Zoes Kitchen (RIP), I can say that the food is good. The menu choices is smaller than expected but delicious. I had the Greek salad with chicken fyi its chicken thighs not breasts that I tasted. Im not mad. I love chicken thighs most, but my guest noticed. Next time I order, I will get the dressing on the side. The bowl was full of flavor where the dressing wasnt really needed. Will return its worth a shot.

I was a little surprised that it was about 1/3 smaller than a typical size. Ordered the spicy greens bowl. Half the ingredients were very small quantities. Almost no feta, super greens, cucumbers, hummus, tomato and onion. Was given 3 times the normal amount of black lentils. All the ingredients were fresh and the order was on time. The utensils were forgotten but ate at home so it wasnt a big deal.

Just went in to order food. The manager Gavin is extremely unfriendly. He was clearly tired because I could tell from his unfriendly attitude and that s ok. We all have bad days. Then when he asked me what protein, he notifies me that they have no chicken. Again not a big deal, but I wasn t told if that means no chicken for the day or if it s being cooked. I could ve waited. I asked what option do I have that s not spicy and he said steak, lamb or filafel. Filafel has egg which my kid is allergic to and lamb is spicy. So I said ok I ll take the steak but I shouldn t have to pay $3 extra for it. And he goes ummmmm and aggressively puts the steak in the bowl. I was like ok I m sorry but it s not my fault that you don t have chicken, and he responded rudely by saying how he won t charge me for it in a really crummy tone. I had no idea this would be such an ordeal!!! So I said never mind I don t want the food, and I asked why the attitude was necessary and he goes you re the one being smart about it even though I said I wouldn t charge you. All because if chicken! So mean. The other guy Aaron who was standing there was really nice but I could tell he felt that he couldn t say anything because Gavin is the manager. Too bad this was the case; the food is generally good but not worth having to deal with that type of customer service. I ll go elsewhere.

The food was decent. I have visited several other Cavas and this location seemed to be poorly owned and ran. The bathrooms were filthy and I arrived there 11:00 am, which means that the restrooms were not cleaned the day prior. The pita chips were very soft and had no crisp to them. Improvement at this location is necessary in all areas.

I love dill so they have this dressing that is like a dill yogurt. So yummy. Definitely recommend the pita chips! I saw on IG about how this place is better than Chipotle. Wasn t quite sure why, so I went out and gave it a shot. Food: I got the Harissa Avocado bowl. My husband ordered the Spicy Chicken Avocado pita. We both very much enjoyed our meals here. I totally see why it s better than Chipotle. It s just alot more fresh and the meats are packed with flavors. The main difference is that one is Mediterranean (Cava)meanwhile the other is Mexican (Chipotle). Ordering concept is the same. Also no bloating for me when eating Mediterranean, which is a plus. Service: Workers aren t as friendly or cheerful it is what it is. There s no wait time, line seems to move pretty fast. So disappointed once again. The harissa chicken was old and dry, they scraped the bottom of the container to give me what was left, which want much. The floors were filthy, and the person ringing me up had a cloth with a bottle of glass cleaner in her hand placing it over my food while ringing it up. Terrible experience once again. I love Cava and have had great experiences in Addison, but this store needs WORK!

The moment I entered this place, a red carpet was laid out to welcome my existence. I was treated like absolute royalty by every single employee. Never have I ever had the pleasure of eating such an assortment of fantastic meats and veggies. I highly recommend this place to anyone of the royal family and especially the regular smegulars of the universe. 10/10!!!!!!!!
