As a 1st Customer, the front person wasnt very Friendly, didnt seem. to care, if I was even there rude, n entitled bragged about his Family owning other Restaurant, do I care? 1st impressions are lasting impressions. Seem to be focused on take out orders n not the Customers sitting there. I eat out a lot, I can take my Business anywhere. Dont really care for their attitude, Good luck with that. Not a place for Dine Inn.

Likely the first and last time ordering/eating here. The fries were delicious and stayed crispy and hot on my 5 minute drive back, but my burger was overcooked, dry and generally disappointing. I got the San Antonio burger and upgraded to a combo fries and bottle drink. The burger is a double cheeseburger with bacon, subbed mayo for mustard and added grilled onions (Its my lunch/dinner today). While the food was more than filling, it was unsatisfying. I was also disappointed to see and taste that my bacon was turkey bacon. I would have rather been told that was the option or else I wouldve chosen a different burger. I should have taken a picture but cest la vie. Overall it was a bit pricey for what I received. Maybe it was just an off day.

I ALWAYS get cheese fries and a milkshake. This is one of my absolute favorite places to order from here in San Antonio! Ive tried a few of their sandwiches over the years (obviously recommend the burgers!) as well and have loved everything Ive gotten! S.A. Burgo Co. Is a weekend and payday staple at my place! The burgers are done really well and I like the old style they are prepared. But I really loved their Gyros. Parking: Some spaces directly in front of the place are usually available, however if those are occupied there are others nearby that can be used as well.

Typically I don t write reviews but this one causes for one . Let me start when I first walked in I wasn t greeted , cashier was walking around doing whatever he was doing as I stood at the register. Could ve atleast said be right with you or anything along those lines. Ok fine anyways he finally comes over and once still no greeting . Not even a what can I get for you ? So I just start my order and ask what comes on the western burger which was a special they was running today and he tells me but he says it s very low as if he had to repeat his self to me already. I barely even heard what he said but his attitude just didn t seem right per usual when I go and get food there . So I just say ok and order the special anyways . Long story short my food comes out and brings it to my table and just puts it down and walk away . Didn t ask if I needed anything , not an enjoy literally nothing the least he could ve done was smile I really used to like this place but the customer service is is just terrible by this guy. I m not sure if he s the only cashier but everytime I come here it s always him here and he never seems like he wants to be there I get it . It s a job not everyone want to work but if he can t do the very least in customer service and smile I don t think he should be there . Next few customers comes up and he s talking loud and clear with them and don t seem irritated? Maybe it s my race? I ve been nothing but respectful as always.. was planning on getting desert after I ate but his attitude made me lose my appetite and if I m being honest had ruined my evening This will be my last time coming here . Props to the owners and the cooks for always being respectful but the cashier guy needs to be retrained or needs to resign and maybe go work a warehouse job where customer service doesn t matter .

Burgers were nice n juicy. Great flavor had the bacon burger and the mushroom burger both were very good. Ordered the mozzarella sticks standard but nice n hot. Ordered a mini corn dog appetizer they were so good and I think the honey mustard was homemade. The star of this whole meal was the sweet tea! It was super sweet This place is a must!

I have no idea how this place has even 4 stars fake reviews. I was pretty much the only customer at 1:50pm May 27th ordered a chicken burger and a large fries. Guy at the front asked me for here or to go I said to go because I was on lunch break. Cool he said he would bring it out to me. I wait for a good 25-30 mins for my food just sitting in the car waiting. Eventually I go in myself thinking it shouldn t take this long. My food was sitting there getting all soggy from the heat waste of time take your business elsewhere.

Worst place ever I ordered my dinner today and my order was delivered and half my order was missing when I contacted the store and spoke to the manager jazz also the owner instead of delivering the missing item oh no he says the delivery person is heading home and him being the owner his car isnt working so I would have to get a credit for next time or get a refund like seriously you are the owner and you going to pull that kind if stunt not only did you ruin my dinner but you ruined my husbands dinner what a sloppy way of doing business so I advice everyone stay away worst experience ever

Had the blue cheese burger and chilli cheese fries. Burger was juicy cooked just right. Plenty of blue cheese crumbles. The chilli cheese fries are some of the best I ve had in SA. Eveytime Ive come here the food is amazing and the service is fast. The burgers are delicious and hefty. The Hotdogs are super good and they give u a good helping on fries. If u get onion rings they actually give u a good amount unlike other palaces that give u like 6. The appetizers are really good too just a bit small. Do you like a friendly, inexpensive, basic burger grill that also does gyros and makes pretty good shakes? Look no further than San Antonio Burger! Their menu prices look like they never experienced the pandemic, theyre still charging what they did back in the early 2000s. All main entrees were below $10! I had the San Antonio Cheese steak for $7.50. Add fries and a drink for $3.50. Our party also tried the Avocado Burger with sweet potato fries and the Double Double with loaded (bacon and cheddar) fries. They use pretzel style buns which are delicious! Also had a cookies and cream milkshake. Next time, Ill try their wings. Service on a Tuesday night was very prompt and super friendly. Order at the window, but theyll bring your food to you at your table. We really enjoyed San Antonio Burger!

Let me tell you. These burgers and fries are absolutely amazing and juicy. The fries don t leave even a drop of grease yet they are perfectly seasoned and crispy. The burgers are feeling and don t feel heavy. This is absolutely one of my favorite places to eat, no, this IS my favorite place to eat. Try their jalapeño burger with fries and a drink, you will not regret it! If you aren t into spicy food just get the regular burger or the bison. Also, +1 star for serving Halal options! This place has good reviews so I decided to try it and was not impressed with the food. The fries and mozzarella sticks were very good but the burger itself was very bland. I got the avocado burger and it was a let down. The meat had no flavor. I would not recommend this place nor will I eat here again.

The young man that took our order was super nice. My sis and I both ordered mushroom/swiss burgers. She had tots, I had onion rings. They food was delish!!! We had our order brought to the table. We ordered the avocado burger which by the way its delicious for the price, my experience was with the waiter/cashier who was handing out the food. He didnt know and was clueless to verify the order with us we asked him if it was what we ordered which he replied I dont know but gave us our order either way. Solid burger joint in the Medical center, but with other options too. Theyll deliver and you can order online. Be aware that they dont have fountain drinks, so everything other than tea & premixed Arnold Palmer (tea & lemonade) comes in 16oz bottles or 12oz cans. Still open for dine-in as of early November 2022. Parking: Plenty of parking in the lot outside, but availability varies since theyre in a strip mall.

First time trying SA Burger. Honest opinion I got the Double Double was very good, burger was amazing, cooked perfectly. Much bigger than I originally had thought (no complaints thou lol) I got the loaded fries ask for jalapeños with it, they were not shy at all! Spent about $17 for everything with a drink.
