Never eat at this place or order online because this guy will take your money and will not refund your money back I will share this to all of my followers on social media to get this restaurant shut down and dont like you didnt tell me and my wife on the phone that you refunded out money in it will be back on my account at 12pm we called the bank you never refunded it now you saying that you couldnt but that aint what you told me and my Wife, in i will never hate on another black man, you would donthe same if someone took food from your kids mouth

I have eaten here about 3 times and the food speaks for itself literally. The chicken wings made me feel like I was back home in Mississippi at Gma s house on a Sunday afternoon. It s definitely a vibe. Kiss the cook. Hats off. I work in Arlington but live in Dallas and it s worth every penny. I love it here.

The food was OFF THE CHAIN! I had the catfish nuggets, greens, and I also tried the garlic + lemon pepper wings BAYBAYYYYY, everything was AHHHMAZING! The drinks are strong & on point! Make sure you come on a night that DJ B-Rae is on the turn tables! He had the place jumping! I enjoyed myself and will definitely be back!

It s very bad business to not be open during your stated business hours Edit to respond to the owner: Previous reviews indicate that this isn t the first time your establishment has not been open during posted business hours. I m sorry that your cooks sister passed away, my condolences. Assuming more than one person works at the establishment, a sign on the door would be a good idea if you have to close unexpectedly.

Serves days old food. Very dry and ordering online is one thing but coming to pick it up and all the side items are unavailable. Pork chops very thin and dry. MacNCheese I could tell was leftovers from days ago. Not worth spending money

Dont eat at this place raw chicken dude cant read laughed on the phone when I told him my order was wrong then went over what I ordered for him to te me oh its at the bottom didnt get fries or the beans and rice will be uploading the picture of the raw chicken. I ordered doordash how was you going to get the order to me and it states on your thing that it comes with fries your chicken and if its something you dont have why is it on your menu and you should be familiar with doordash by now

Several things on the menu wasn t available including Mac n cheese we were told it would take 40 minutes for that. However, our order took almost as long anyway. The oxtails were good & flavor but the portion was small due to all the fat and some were just bones (because the meat had fallen off I m guessing in the pot) no other customers were there we went in and our food still took long. The fried okra looked like some kind of casserole because it was fried in one big ball. The yams are canned, I m not a fan of canned yams at all but they were okay considering. The jambalaya lacked meat. I found one piece of sausage in my serving and it wasn t that great either. We won t be returning. But we did get free daiquiris while we waited. They tasted more like gas station slushes.

I did a Postmates order today to surprise my Mom with dinner for her bday. It was supposed to be oxtails, collard greens, beans and rice, cornbread, side salad and banana pudding. When she got it, the order was messed up and missing items. They gave her yellow rice, no cornbread, side salad or banana pudding. Postmates couldn t do a refund. After speaking to the manager, all he offered was a new meal or a rain check, no refund. They wouldn t even provide any written documentation to confirm the rain check. The bar manager said to just ask for Shelby. I spent $50 and it definitely wasn t worth it. I know I m only one person, but I won t be ordering from here again.

Well I heard about this place months ago and decided to come look at the reviews since the review my friend gave me was not a good one. She did say the food took forever to come out but they kept her busy with drinks. Apparently the drinks are good bc she got pretty messed up while waiting for the food. The food finally came out and she said it was cold. I believe the person at the bar also fixes the food. Now, not sure how long they have been here but I m willing to see things prosper, especially a black business. What I would like for the owner to do though is please work on the customer service not just in your place of business but also social media platforms. Not everyone is going to be pleased or like your food but to get in these reviews being nasty will definitely turn people away and run ppl wrong. Take your emotions out of the reviews and simply say thank you , we hope you would reconsider another visit and give us a chance to earn your business. Come on now, telling ppl something is wrong with their tastebuds etc is insane. Keep business coming back. Please work on that. Be professional smh. As a BOB customer service will get you so far. Anyway, I am going to come out and try and leave an honest review. Thanks

I just ordered pinky s on Uber eats. They should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered fried chicken dinner. I wanted green beans and coleslaw. I was asked to change because they were out. So I changed it to potato salad and Mac n cheese. It was supposed to come with 2 legs and 2 thighs (the menu states) I got 2 thighs, bland Mac n cheese and sweet potatoes. I also ordered fried pork chops with mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese. These mashed potatoes are bland and so runny it s almost soup. Then I ordered banana pudding but didn t receive that. I got some piece of cheese cake instead.

I only have 3stars for my first Time here I came in after 2am in the bar was closed with that being said I asked for some wings because I seen them was serving wings the owner came from the back and said were not serving drinks be my first time they should have made accommodation because one thing I do know I would have bought the bar only because they made great combination great customer service and those wings looked at so f****** good ohmygod but the customer service was horrible but I will be back before 2 a.m. so I can get a drink

This was the worst food that I have ever had. The ox tails were greasy, burnt, red on the inside, and all fat. I ordered the lemon pepper chicken wings and got unseasoned drummets cooked in old grease. I tried to call the restaurant and it goes straight to a voicemail that is full.

First of all the hours listed are clearly incorrect as I came on Thursday at 1pm and the doors are locked and no one is inside. Went in pretty late with two friends around midnight on a Friday night and the food took a while to come out but it was fresh, flavorful, and some would argue worth the wait. Too many venues at late hours will just microwave some junk food for you and up charge you for something you could have gotten at the grocery store. The food here is priced fairly and tastes good. You may just have to wait a little while if you show up 2 hours before they close. Good things take time. I may come back next time in Dallas to try them out during the day. Would recommend checking this place out for some surprisingly good, home cooked meals. I ordered catfish nuggets, shrimp and grits, jambalaya rice, green beans, and mac and cheese. All was delicious.

Where do I begin....the bartender, I mean chef was trying to multitask but wasnt good at it.Not a single thing we wanted was available and when asked for suggestions THE HIGHEST THING on the menu was suggested...OxTails( Im allergic to beef fyi) and so I decided on Shrimp and Grits.I asked was it an adequate serving and the CookTender assured me it was. While waiting on my food we ordered beers(not cold of course) and of course there was reasoning as to why the beer was warm.Finally food came out and he was correct it was alot of grits and 4 shrimp for $10.....If I ever return to Arlington it wont be to Pinkies for food.
