So moving to texas was a huge change for me. I found this place and called , kaycee the agent immediately assisted me i went on the tour the same day she followed up made sure we got everything we needed to move in she was so polite and friendly she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and i appreciated that the complex is quiet and safe so far i have no complains its also clean

I was able to find a beautiful apartment at the Bridgemoor! Seneca the new Manager was awesome, accommodation and provided exceptional services! The emineties here are fabulous! Could not ask for a better place to live! Its a peace of heaven!!!

Excellent place to live! Quiet, safe, friendly and responsive. Their maintenance team is amazing!! They always respond in 24-48 hours max and have 24 hour emergency response for after hours emergencies. Highly recommend!! I ve lived here over 7 years and they have always been consistent & reliable.

James is a true professional and dedicated to his craft. Anytime I have had an issue with my apartment he will get it fixed. I have seen him covered in ants in the Texas heat determined to fix my AC, which he did. Couldnt ask for a better maintenance team. Thank you James.

Pros: The backbone of this place is its dedicated maintenance team, particularly James and Jermain, who respond promptly to fix any issues. Cons: AVOID THIS PLACE The persistent changes in management four to five times during my stay brought confusion and frustration. Every alteration, from information about common areas to maintenance request apps, felt like a head-spinning puzzle. Lease renewal was a headache, especially trying to navigate it alone while my husband was away. Confusing online processes, multiple submissions, and lack of clarity in instructions made the experience needlessly complicated. The lease renewal process was a saga of complications, the second time. Notably, the lack of timely notifications about lease expiration left us blindsided. In stark contrast to the incessant reminders during the first lease renewal, we were left uninformed about the necessity for a 30-day notice upon lease conclusion. This absence of information caused undue stress during our move-out. Furthermore, the miscommunication about the requirement for official orders to leave and the subsequent charges for rent in November, despite vacating in October, felt unjust. The additional charge for electricity when every light in the apartment according to a reliable source remains illuminated after our departure, speaks to a serious lack of consideration and competence in management practices. Recent developments included charging fees for the theater area, a stark departure from the initial policy, feeling more like a money-driven decision than a service enhancement. The promise of a gated community is consistently compromised by a perpetually malfunctioning gate, leading to unjust towing incidents. In our case, my husbands vehicle was towed due to ambiguous fire lane markings, an issue acknowledged by the office but left unresolved. The commitment to regular pest control, charged routinely, did not align with the reality of the service, which was only provided upon request, despite regular billing. Overall Impression: The shining stars here are undeniably Tiffany and the maintenance team. They are the only reason this rating is not a 1 star. Their dedication and hard work maintain a semblance of satisfaction among residents. However, consistently changing management creates an environment prioritizing financial gains over resident well-being. Its disheartening to witness a property with such potential marred by constant attempts to squeeze every penny from its residents, neglecting their living experiences. Its disheartening to note that long-tenured residents, some of whom have lived here for nearly a decade, have departed due to the profit-driven nature of the management. This exodus of familiar faces speaks volumes about the disregard this management holds for the well-being and loyalty of its residents. Its truly disheartening and, frankly, unacceptable. 04/28/2024: Updating my review to warn others about this scammy place. My husband and I keep receiving numerous emails about a move-out statement this month, even though we moved out last October. Let me clarify: our lease officially ended on November 27th, but my husbands dismissal orders were dated October 26th, so we left on the 27th. Despite being assured we could terminate our lease with his orders, we were forced to pay for November to maintain our renters history. Now, in April, were being invoiced for money we supposedly owe. Dropping my rating to 1 star. Its a disgraceful money grab, especially considering we paid $1,400 for November while not even living there, along with a high electic bill and we still havent received a semblance of our deposit back. Be cautious of the good ratings. Having lived here for nearly 4 years, Ive noticed they mostly come from newer residents who havent encountered Bridgemoors money grab yet. I wouldnt recommend this apartment, especially for military personnel unless youre an officer; the price just isnt justified.

Bridgemoor Apartments is definitely a place to call home and they treat you like family. As a new tenant, I worked with Tiffany who made my transition into the apartments very smooth. I was experiencing an issue with my rental history which caused a delay on my application. Tiffany dedicated time and effort to make sure my issue was resolved so that I could get the apartment that I desired. Thank you Tiffany and the bridgemoor family for such a wonderful experience.

These apartments are really amazing! The location is perfect, with it being in the center of Killeen. The fact that there are so many things that you can do ranging from playing pool in their recreational room, relaxing by the pool and hot tub, and even a FREAKING movie theater. This is one of the best apartments in Killeen. I really appreciate Tiffany for helping me get well acquainted with Bridgemoor. She was not only helpful, but kind and professional; you can tell that she goes above and beyond to help out the residents.

Man this place is top tier! Tiffany got me squared away with my new place I call home . She cares about her customers and is extremely motivated to help them achieve their goals. Holly is extremely caring aswell. Don t wanna miss opportunity to give credit when credit is due If you re looking for a quality, calm, chill, swag pad, Bridgemoor @Killeen is the place to be. Movie theater, gym, pool, grill area what more can a tenant ask for! Awesome stuff here

My boyfriend & I visited Bridgemoor Apartments and had the pleasure of touring with Ms. Tiffany. She listened to everything we were looking for and showed us the many options they have available! She showed us all the beautifully renovated amenities and let us know about the community, it s gated and secure! which was a really important thing for us. Ms. Tiffany is so personable and has great communication skills! We will definitely be applying.

Last year we originally listed a 5-star review due to the management going above and beyond in the area of their relationship with residents. Im not quite sure what changed, but in recent months our interactions with the staff have not been pleasant. We still love how beautiful and clean the community is keeping us from giving one star, but recent interactions just havent been the friendliest.

Just moved in and this place is already leaps and bounds better than my last apartment. I had a slight issue with the toilet and James (the maintenence guy) was there in an hour and fixed the problem super quick. You can just tell from the good attidude, quality, and responsiveness of the Bridgemoor maintence staff both prior to and after move in, how much work, care, and professionalism they put in to make sure everything is perfect. 10/10

Lived here a short while and really adored everything about the complex. The single-story units and the way the neighborhood is laid out felt very cozy, like its own little village. The unit itself was very clean and the maintenance people were very nice. Something with the toilet broke but he fixed it so quickly, I cant even remember what it was. So theres that! Miranda was an amazing associate who helped me when I moved in, and the manager (I forgot your name Im sorry!) was also very friendly. My only sour experience was with meeting one of the brand new associates for the first time, although it wasnt entirely her fault. Mask mandates were coming back whether vaccinated or not, and it was news to me at the time so I didnt have mine on me since Im vaccinated and habits broken. She was probably flustered by having to confront people about that a lot, I assume, so she came off extremely rude and was kicking me out immediately. Bordered on guilt tripping with some comments she made, as if Im covid itself. I just didnt know and I drove 30 minutes to drop my keys and figure out some bills post-lease since my term had come to an end. Im sure her life would be easier if there was a box of throwaway masks to hand out for people like me who live under a rock, cause Im sure that situation was as much awkward for her as it was for me. But it did leave a gross last impression on my way out. Regardless, I would still recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I didnt renew my lease was the price was too high for what I could manage comfortably on one wage.

My husband and I lived here for over two years and we loved it. It s surprisingly quiet for apartment living. It s close to shopping and dining and we felt safe here. We never had any issues with maintenance and after we moved out of state Meranda shipped me two of my packages that I accidentally had shipped to our old apartment. So nice!! As far as deposits go, you just need to follow the cleaning list they give you and you shouldn t have issues getting your money back. They did not nickel and dime us after we moved out which can be rare for apartment companies. Thank you Bridgemoor for a great two years.

We had a horrible snow storm. The Maintenance Supervisor helped me get my vehicle unstuck from the snow. I am an elderly gentleman and could barely get around. James helped me to my apartment so I wouldnt fall. What really surprised me was when he took his jacket off in the freezing weather and let me walk over it so I wouldnt slip on ice. I applaud this man for the respect and professionalism he showed during this trying time. If you are looking for Customer Service and a place that really CARES about you, then this is the place to call home.

Meranda was amazing from the time I moved in until I left, the team at Bridgemoor was good to me during my stay and I appreciate everything they did. Move in and move out was quick and easy and hassle free. The apartment complex is very quiet and tucked off in its own little space which was cool. Rent was ok, but the appliances and the apartments in general need some updating. The dishwasher and fridge are on the older side and the bathroom while adequate needs some refreshing. The carpeting in the bedrooms was frizzy and starting to come apart at the door edges so I just never messed with them. Had a great experience the big homie Jermaine kept things on the upside with maintenance and even the new maintenance but they hired before I left was awesome. The staff at Bridgemoor were awesome and very friendly!!!

The apartment management has a poor professional demeanor. One of the managers was heard and witnessed using vile language towards another co-worker who since quit his job with the property. This behavior was in front of tenets and children outside and this particular manager knowing she was being heard and seen continued her rant throughout the property until she reached her office. This same manager has also used her position to threaten and verbally attack other people on the property, this is a known fact with the current staff on the property.

While the apartment itself was nice and some of the maintenance staff were were really nice when they finally came around (weeks, even over a month later at times...), the office staff was horrible to deal with, they had issues with with processing rent and lost files submitted to them multiple times, then threatened to fine me for their mistakes. In addition to that they charged tons of fees upon move out without giving clear instructions on what was expected or doing a walkthrough with the tenants. As cute as the townhouse style apartments are, I would not recommend living here if you have any other options in the area, the management staff treats their tenants so poorly, it s not worth it.

One of the best properties in Killeen. Great management team. Much improved from last Summer. Maintenance is on top of all requests. They really go above and beyond to make sure youre taken care of. Highly recommend Bridgemoor or Independence Place Apartments in Killeen for incoming military or government personnel moving to the area. Ironically, I think both properties are owned/managed by the same company.

I have lived here for 8 months and I have received nothing short of great service from the management staff. The staff is always helpful, responsive, polite and go above and beyond to assist. Issues are dealt with promptly and work orders are completed quickly, they also follow up to ensure it was completed to my satisfaction. The environment/apartment is great, quiet and convenient. If you are looking for a safe and great place to live with amazing staff, this is it.

Energy efficient and quiet. Pricey for what you get, but an unfortunate side effect of living in a military town. Maintenance is quick to remedy maintenance issues. I had two minor issues and an AC problem that were all quickly fixed. My only gripe is parking. I would give the place four stars if parking was enforced. As it stands now there are too few spaces for residents and guests can come and go as they please since there is only one gate code. Unless you want to pay for a garage, expect to hunt for a parking space nowhere near your apartment and be prepared to walk.

I have lived in several apartments and this one is by far on the top of the list. The property is very clean and quiet. The pool and gym are 24 hours making it convenient to enjoy them on your time. The apartments are spacious and energy efficient. And the neighbors are extremely nice. Have lived here almost 7 months and have no complaints.

This was by far the worst place I have ever lived. And Ive lived in many many apartments. First off, the complex used to be a retirement home so many of the apartments are handicapped accessible. While that is amazing for people who are handicapped, it takes away a lot of storage and makes for an awkward layout. There was minimal storage in the apartment home and it felt very cramped because of the layout. Second, when we moved in, the paint on the walls was chipped and the apartment was very dirty. I had to clean it top to bottom before I felt comfortable moving our stuff in. In addition, they do not have enough maintenance staff and the maintenance staff they do have is not fully trained or equipped to take care of all the issues. Multiple work orders that we put in were not completed correctly the first time and would require multiple visits from the maintenance team. The management staff is very arrogant and comes across as only caring about how much money they make. They do not listen to concerns and do not offer to fix issues. My neighbor had trash piled up on her back porch that would blow all over the yard in the wind and she was never required to clean off her porch or pick up her trash. The walls are very thin and we could hear every word of our neighbors conversations on a daily basis. I even had issues upon move out with the management staff. They tried to charge me a $130 cleaning fee even though the apartment was cleaner than when we moved in. This place is just too expensive for what you actually get. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
