Communication is almost non existent so far. Sent to a dive downtown for treatment that is transitioning to another service. 2 months and no word, unless we call, & then have to ask legal assistant to DO something. Never have spiken w the actual lawyer.

My mom was so lost and didn t know which way to turn after being denied Social Security Disability benefits. She even thought about giving up because the process and paperwork felt difficult to understand, even for me. I m glad we located this law office and were able to get help. They explained everything and made sure we did what was needed to move forward. Whenever we called and had questions they responded in a reasonable time. They made the process run so much better and ended up winning my mom s appeal. Definitely recommend

Michael Berryman of David S. Kohm and Associates was especially helpful providing a need that recently occurred regarding a bankruptcy that was discharged in 2014. The entire event from back in 2014 to now has been relatively easy because of David Kohm and Associates and their expert advice and services. I have never worried, as every time I have called them for help since that the time in 2014, they have been quick to take care of me.

The most unorganized group of attorneys Ive ever seen. I made a call to the Keller office to see if they could re schedule my appointment at the Keller office. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and when the receptionist came back to the phone she didnt know why I had called. I got to the Arlington office and had to fill out the paperwork twice. I almost walked out after they finally figured out why I was there. The Attorney I spoke with, Faun, wasnt very forthcoming with the answers to my questions and ultimately admitted she couldnt help me. However, she did offer me some ideas on some motions to file to get the paperwork needed to my childrens social security numbers.

I called David Kohm and associates when I had nowhere else to turn. The at fault parts insurance company stopped responding to all forms of f contact and I had already paid $9000 out of pocket for my treatment and couldnt afford any more. David Kohm sent someone over immediately and scheduled me an appointment with a orthopedist where I finally found relief from my pain. I dont know what I would have done without them. My ONLY complaint or suggestion for improvement would be being able to get updates on the status of the case, that was a little challenging. But I would recommend anyone in my position to call this attorneys office.

Boy am I glad I chose this company to help me with my Social Security Disability case. I had no clue what I was doing on my own and the goverment kept giving me the run around. They denied me and Im a Veteran. After i called this company they jumped right on it for me. They were very knowledgeable and they knew exactly what to do to get me approved and they did it quickly. Everyone from the receptionist to the parralegal and attorneys were always eager to answer my questions and help whenever needed. I will tell others I know who need help with this. Thank you.

My divorce Attorneys name is Faun Rowland. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and her zest & charisma is bar-none the very best. During the chaotic divorce it was very hard & mine lasted a year. Faun always had my back and talked me down from jumping off a mental cliff (Never Panicked). She handled opposing counsel with total confidence. The funny thing was I seen opposing counsel taking down notes a lot of notes. I asked him, what notes he took down at the end. Then he replied that he has never been around a more seasoned Attorney then Faun and he took notes of what she does because he wanted to do the same & better his skills. Once, I figured that out I knew I hired the best of the best. I could go on & on talking about Faun. Bottom line is having her is like having 3 or 4 attorneys at once on your side. She fights for you. She is a keeper and David S. Kohm is very lucky to have one of the greatest attorneys ever.
