Fun play place that my kids have enjoyed! Variety of things to do. However, this place needs some TLC & SERIOUS cleaning done. We came close to opening and bathrooms were already visibly dirty. Appeared they were not attended to before opening. Stuff on the floor and all over the sink. Chunks of food in the sink. The playground and surrounding areas are visibly brown and dirty. Candy wrappers, containers of popcorn, cotton candy, and juice boxes were found all throughout the playground. Random gummy bear candies were on the playground too. This is not only gross but a choking hazard for smaller children! The playground and some toys need attention. Tears and rips on the mats and nets in playground. There is also a hole forming in the net up top. Doesnt seem like this place has been deep cleaned in a VERY long time. When you touch something you can feel the filth. I get that it is a play place where lots of kids play and it will get dirty. But the amount of filth at this place screams it has not been deep cleaned in a long time. As a business, you should be cleaning regularly and checking equipment for safety reasons. Makes me sad because this place is close to home and we have had fun. But seems to be going down hill.

Loved stumbling upon this play zone with my 2 1/2 year old as I googled Toddler Play since it s so cold outside..too cold for the outdoor park so we have been on the hunt for fun indoors. I called ahead and asked if there was open play for toddlers and thrilled to find out yes and we could drop in. We went during the day around 1:30 in the afternoon, not many kids there so it was nice and calm- sometimes my daughter gets overwhelmed if there s too many kids and it s a new place so this was the perfect introduction. Fun music playing, the play zone was perfect for her age. Overall clean play areas and bathrooms. Plenty of seating for parents and also interactive area to enjoy building squish blocks together. We will be coming back!

We went today, and we heard really great things about this place, when we walked in there was no signage or anything to let us know the main area was closed for a party, there was also no signage about where to go, once we went in the area was quite honestly sad and boring for both my children, there was maybe one toddler safe are, and that was tiny and fit maybe half a toddler, there were also two bounce houses but one had a ginormous hole in it leaking air, the staff weren t all that friendly and they honestly didn t seem to know much or could answer a lot of questions, they really gave the impression of they wanted to end the conversation as fast as they could. Now the bathrooms were not only gross and terrible smelling but the doors on the cabinets had no child proofing, and no handles at all, my youngest was able to open the cabinet to bottles of cleaning supplies! Is this really a safe place for children to be playing?

We had a 5 year old birthday party in the play area. The host was attentive and fulfilled any requests we had during the party. The space was perfect for a large party and I really love the flexibility of being able to bring in your own food and having the whole space to yourself. Everyone had a blast!

We had never been here before but my kids saw it online and begged to have their birthday party here so we booked it not really knowing what to expect. We ended up having a great time and it was worth every cent. The staff helped in every way they could and we have the whole venue to ourselves. My kids had a great time in the huge play area, we were allowed to bring in outside food and drinks and had the space for like 2 and a half hours. Would for sure return and its a great option for a kids party.

The absolute best play place for toddlers! I loved it so much I bought memberships for my grandchildren. Wonderful air-conditioned environment for worn out parents and grandparents. Its safe, friendly, clean, and so much fun! The manager was amazing and deserves many KUDOS for her hard work. If I could give Kids Adventure Playhouse ten stars I would. It was perfect!! Thank you!

My children absolutely love. The staff is to always very sweet and make us feel welcome. We love how they don t charge by time so we can play there forever. However, the facilities could use some SERIOUS cleaning. I have a nine month old and it s difficult to let him play around when the facilities are very dirty. They left out some Clorox wipes and I cleaned some of the toys. The Clorox wipes turned completely brown from the dirt that were in some of the toys, couches, and stations.

We started in the climbing play area and really enjoyed it except half the cars had their steering wheels broken off with some sharp spots. The second play area with the bounce houses and play buildings was super disappointing. The only building that actually had stuff to play with was the grocery store and lots of that stuff was in need of replacement especially the grocery cart that was broken on the floor. The doctors office had some beds for babies but they were cracked and broken. The train in the center even had a chunk of wood missing from where the kids walk on it. A lot of the younger toddler toys were either broken or in need of replacement.

I really like this place for my kids to play and get their energy out. I Like that the price is reasonable and there is no timeframe you have to stay in! Cons: It was a little dark inside, and though we were the first people there, the floors were still littered with crushed crackers in various places. There was only one worker who was so kind but clearly needed help. She kept disappearing to do with on the back, I saw her carrying various objects back and forth. She was rarely present when a guest walked in the door to pay and many people came in to play before paying after they waited for longer than 5minutes.

I took my 16 month old here today for the first time during their open play hours. We got there right at 9:30am. The lady at the front who checked me in was so pleasant. My little one absolutely loved it. There was so much for him to play with! He enjoyed climbing and going down the slide. He was so tired when we left from all the fun he had. I definitely recommend this place for those who have little ones and needing somewhere for them to go to just play and have fun. We will definitely be back.

Held our baby boys 2nd Birthday here this weekend and I absolutely loved it! The time allowed is perfect and you dont feel rushed like other venues! You get the place to yourselves and you dont have to chase down a staff member for assistance. It was perfect for our tiny toddlers and thats exactly what I was looking for! Just celebrated my son s 4th birthday party there and it was AMAZING. From the cleanliness of the facility, the helpfulness from the staff and the customer service was hands down the best I ve experienced in a long time. The kids had a blast and we had to bargain with them to leave when the party was over. It was such a perfect place especially since you get to rent it out privately. The cost is a little on the higher side (but what isn t these days) but let me tell you, it was WORTH every penny. I don t mind paying top dollar as long as I receive top dollar service and I did. I can go on and on about this place. If you are thinking of booking, don t hesitate, just do it. You won t regret it. So grateful for the memories that we were able to build on my son s birthday.

This place was so fun for our 1 year old on his birthday! It has the all the squishy mats and fun things so you dont have to be concerned about them getting hurt. Also the shoes off policy is so nice so it isnt dirty in the play area even the carpeted area right by it. I would recommend better music that is more appropriate for children and maybe some upgrades to the baby section.

I had my daughter s 1st birthday here and I couldn t have been happier that I found this place. Our party host Guille was so amazing right away she made sure I didn t want for anything. Before I could even think I missed something she knew. We decided on a private party with the extreme package which worth every penny. The throne chair was the icing on the cake for our princess. Clean environment and sanitizer station right before you enter the party room from the playing area!! We will definitely be back!!

We are here last month for my granddaughters birthday. The positives were the place seemed clean and the kids had a great time. The negatives were that there was apparently miscommunication w staff/mgmt/party host. we were told a specific time to be there so we could set up ,nobody else was there. When they did show up, they didnt acknowledge us waiting as they walked by, until we spoke and initiated a conversation. They had air fresheners plugged in which were extremely strong and gave some of us headaches. I unplugged the one in the party room since it was so strong. We were also told there would be someone to help set-up, check on us, etc. The only employee was at the front desk the entire time, if we needed something we had to go to her. I understand some one needs to be at the door but schedule another person or dont promise that some one will be there to help you.

So I booked this place for my daughters birthday in 2020, due to COVID, we had to cancel and push it to 2021. (Due to no refund.) I didn t want to lose money, so I m grateful they allowed us to push it out. We were told we could set up 15 minutes before, upon arrival, no one was anywhere to be seen, doors locked, lights off. 1:45 (party at 2:00) rolls around, an employee shows up as we re waiting outside the doors. She walks past us and didn t greet us or even think to say anything until my mother acknowledged her. Then she decided to respond. I would imagine that if you had any experience in customer service, if you saw customers standing outside of your place of business, your staff would at least acknowledge them when they walked by? Right ? As we got in, she apologized and stated there was a miscommunication between her and the manager, that she was informed to be there at 1:45 instead of 1:00. (She stated employees usually get there 30 minutes before customers to set up.) I was already frustrated by someone not being there when they were supposed to, more so frustrated at whoever made the schedule, for not paying attention. We proceeded to set up for the party, we were shown the party room by the employee and never saw her again. She stayed in the front the entire time. Now I was told multiple times on the phone that we d have a designated person to help with our party. That also, never happened. I understand her having to stay in the front of the building for the people who are coming in, but maybe schedule another person? There was just multiple things I was told would happen and it seemed to be all false. Towards the end of the party, we paid the rest of our tab, cleaned up as went on our way. The kids loved it, the party room was clean, the playground was clean. It was a good temperature inside the building so it didn t feel muggy as kids played and got sweaty. I just wish employees with a little more customer service oriented and showed up earlier instead of 1:45 when it was time for us to set up.

Brought my kids in last Sunday to play. Right away I notice filthy mats, booger s, food and trash on equipment/mats and ripped netting throughout! In the baby area there were pieces of food and who knows what, all over. There was also something sticky on mats in this area. Coming down the slide I notice something stuck near the bottom of slide... booger s, snot or some kind of food. All the mats inside the play house were dirty and netting was ripped! In one area there was trash including metal pieces, straw wrappers, candy wrappers and who knows what, right under the tube crawl through part. But what took the cake was my son getting completely SOAKED in the higher area right under the A/C. This area had fading and water marks from where the A/C has been leaking for quite some time! When I told the employee up front she acted like it was no big deal. I called the next day and an older woman on the phone acted like she had not heard of the issue. She took my info to send to owner and I never got a call back! The outrageous amount you pay for your child to play and the fact that it s completely dirty, unkept and dangerous is unacceptable. Don t waste your money!!!!

This place is great for kids, its clean & safe. We come every other week to watch the kids play and still do my work from a nice padded table with a bar stool like chair. We just had a birthday party for my 5 year old and the staff was wonderful with the kids. I been going here since it first open and would recommend anyone with kids to come see it.

Ill never go here again. My wife and I actually enjoyed taking our two daughters here for the past few years. We recently booked a party there, but had to cancel. We did this several weeks in advance and we were denied a refund on our $100 deposit. After talking to someone on the phone, they flat out admitted that once you give the deposit, you dont get it back, no matter how far in advance you cancel. We were not told this at the time. They said that we received an email AFTER paying the deposit saying that the deposit was non-refundable. I have a feeling this has to do with a recent change in management. Not a good way to run a business. Bottom line, this place wont get my business EVER again. Ill go to Kid Mania or some other place instead.

My kids loved this place. We will definitely be going back. There is even a playground for the younger kiddos. My 2 and 4 year old had such a blast, they were asleep before we left the area! :-) You just need to know that you need to bring snacks and drinks. Also, everyone needs to wear socks! My kids really like it there. And we love how hard they work to keep it clean and as free if germs as possible with a place full of kids. It s a bit pricey for us to bring 2 kids though. I thought the solution was to have my mom purchase visits for the kids for Christmas and we received 2 free months as a Christmas gift. However, we found that they are closed by the time my son gets out of pre-k school Mon-Fri. The flu and other commitments prevented us from using our free chance every Saturday in January. So basically, my mom paid a lot of $ for what amounted to one visit in a month. It would be so much better if they offered a punch card with a certain number of visits like other play places. Would have given 4-5 stars if I didn t think the gift my mom bought was such a rip off.

Great place. Sanitary. The only slight setback is that the 2 year old and under section is not monitored. So there were some big kids with the babies. Other than that it is awesome. Im already planning our next visit!

Far for me but very inexpensive for children. Worth the distance to play all day at a flat rate. Just buy skid proof socks or you will have to pay there for a pair.

Was here for a b-day party. Wasnt really impressed with it as it was pretty small with not a lot of stuff for the kiddos to play with. Overcrowding can be an issue.

This is a fun little place for kids to play and burn off energy. It did feel a Little crowded the day we visited (though it was on a Saturday) and could stand to be a little larger. Suggestions to earn 5 stars: get rid of the palm tree swing, the little cars, bouncy balls, and other loose objects. They are too dangerous in this small environment. Just provide kids an area to climb and slide.

I love this place and love going with my toddler. Hes almost two but hes tiny so I let him play in the 2 and under area. Though their is alot of stray 3+ kids who come in the two and under area. Which I do not like because I do not want my kid getting ran over, or someones baby. Wish people would keep their older kids out of the two years and below area.

Safe and fun for my kids. We were visiting the Dallas Fort Worth area and needed to kill time while waiting for dad, took the kids to inneractive playhouse where they had a blast for hours! I wish there was a place like this in my home town of El Paso TX

Great place. Employees were attentive to what the children were playing with. I had my grandson for the weekend. He was 4 and unfortunately most of the children were 3 and under. He found some playmates and enjoyed himself. Just wish more children his age would have been there.

Love this place! The only thing that made me rate it a 4 instead of a 5 is there is already some wear on the netting and cushion up in the playground. I followed my son up there a few times and spotted a couple holes in the safety netting. Also in one of the tubes the bolts hurts the knees of kids crawling through it. But otherwise great staff and very clean. And a great price if you go Tuesday s or Thursday s

Been to this place twice. Kids and I LOVE it here. I like it because they let you play with your kids here, and Im not a parent who likes to sit and watch, I want to play with my kids, and this is a great place to do just that.

I love the discounted Toddler Tuesdays. I bring my 17-month-old and she has a blast in the area for 2 and under. Its a great opportunity for her to be around other kids and experience different toys and activities from what we have at home.
