Hosted a family wedding shower at this lovely venue close to home. EVERYONE loved the experience. Thank you 139 Olive for a first-class experience at an affordable price. The backyard games were a big hit too!! Recommending this lovely venue to friends and family!

I can not recommend 139 Olive enough! The care and love they have put into creating a space for many to enjoy is very apparent. We rented this space for my daughter and her fiancé s wedding shower and received so many compliments on the venue we chose to go with. Ashely and Tori were communicative during the process and made it super easy to have our event. If I am ever need in hosting another event I will definitely look to come back to 139 Olive.

Terrible ownership had a baby shower there and they knew ac was out and didn t do anything it was 87 degrees in there. Don t waist your money on that place.

What a wonderful and beautiful place to host your next event! I hosted my 28th birthday with family and friends. The place is decorated so well, and the hosts are very accommodating and responsive. It was a welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed hosting my birthday here, and would definitely recommend it to a friend. There is plenty of space inside and outside in the backyard for everyone to hang out. Plenty of parking spots. Lots of pretty picture opportunities! Check out/clean up was really simple.

Honestly if I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to tour this venue back in May with my husband. We loved it and booked it for our baby shower in August. Fast forward to the day of our baby shower, we were first unable to even get in at the time we paid to start at. After I called the host to get let in, it was then 80 degrees inside the house. We had to turn on a portable AC unit (which was not in the house when we toured) and fans that I had to ask my baby shower guests to bring (So embarrassing). The thermostat on the wall could not even be turned on, so I called the host again regarding the AC and was told an HVAC company would be right out. A hour or so into the shower, The HVAC company came and told me it should start to cool off but there was no air even coming out of the vents. When I confronted the host she told me with that many people and the door opening and closing, it wouldn t cool off and that we were the problem for having the door open while bringing in our decorations and refreshments to set up before the shower. I m sorry but if you re offering to host an event that you say your venue can accommodate this many guests, the amount of guests and the door opening and closing should not be a problem? At this point it s almost 90 degrees in the building and all of my guests were saying it felt better outside in august in Texas. My husband checked the AC unit outside multiple times before and after the HVAC people came and said it was never running the entire time. He also said the side of the house was full of trash and smelled so bad. When we re paying a cleaning fee that didn t sit well that the previous party s trash was still in the yard. After confronting the host after our event, we learned that the HVAC people had already been out the morning of our shower so they admittedly knew there was an issue with the AC before we even arrived and did not say a word and acted surprised when I called about the AC not working and then tried blaming us for the AC not running correctly. I am 8 months pregnant, there are 3 other girls very pregnant as well as elderly at this shower. The host is STILL arguing that WE are to blame for the faulty AC for the door opening and closing and having people inside the home making it hard to cool off. They knew this was a baby shower. I was told we would receive a reimbursement and never did. over a week later still nothing and now she is saying it was never a reimbursement but a credit which still has not been received and we are still being blamed for the faulty AC and more and more excuses are being made. Again, I booked this venue back in May for my shower in August you d think that would be plenty of time to check on the AC rather than the morning of my shower unless they knew something was wrong with the AC.

My experience for the mini content creation day was phenomenal! I had a photo session focus on the vision for my business and podcast and when I tell you! They go above and beyond to make the vision come to reality! They both work so great together, wonderful dynamic duo! So if you are looking for a place or need pictures for your brand/business, look no further! This is THE place! You will mot regret it!!!

I recently hosted a baby shower that was held at 139 Olive. The venue was the perfect setting for the event, as it allowed us to utilize the inside as well as the backyard. The venue is the perfect space for everyone to mingle and the guests loved it. Ashley was great to work with, pleasant and very responsive to my questions and provided assistance when needed. I will use 139 Olive for future events.

My husband, daughter, and a dear friend held a surprise retirement party for me at 139 Olive. Everything about this event was five stars. The venue held at least 60 guests, from ages 11 months to 88, very comfortably. The multiple rooms were perfect for the staged surprise! The deck, games, and tent in the backyard created an additional space that was wonderful for both the children and adults. The add-ons were very reasonably priced. For example, Mikes bar service was stellar. He even purchased a new shirt that matched our beach theme! Parking was easy and plentiful. 139 Olive is an absolute dream venue for any kind of party!

Hosted a Company Christmas Party here. The venue is extremely charming and theres a ton of space for participants to use. The backyard might be my favorite space - just open and welcoming. Ashley is very easy to work with and makes the experience seamless. I would use this space again!

GREAT VENUE. Hosted my baby shower here and barely needed any decor, everything here was so beautiful, eclectic and easy to walk through with guests. I personally loved the patio area as it was enclosed and we had some kids running around so we didn t have to worry about anyone being in the street and/or running off. There is a fully functional kitchen area (not for cooking but for serving). The sink was dirty when we arrived, but nothing we couldn t work with. The bathroom was nice and tidy. I had many guests ask me how I found such a venue (google) so I m hoping that many others get to utilize this space. Ashley helped me with my invoice and helped me with any and ALL questions. I hope this space sees many more reservations, because they were great to work with.

This venue is everything! Its vibe made for the most epic birthday party for my 17 year daughter and my 72 yr old mom. Every room offers a perfect photo opportunity while the back yard brings a level of #happyplace feelings! If you are looking for the perfect place to host a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday, girls night out, woman empowerment session or even a boss babe photo shoot; 139 Olive is your place! We are already thinking of an excuse to book this venue again for a mother daughter spa day!!!!

We had my daughter s sweet 16 birthday party here. She just loved the aesthetics as it is very fashionably decorated! Ashley is great to work with and very flexible and accommodating. The only reason I didn t give it five stars is because they were a little late to let us in the day of the party so that we could decorate,. Also, when I did a walk-through to view the venue, I was told there would be cornhole and a giant Jenga game outside but neither of those were available on the day of my daughters party. With that being said, this really is a great place to host, almost any kind of event.

This venue was absolutely perfect for the team building meeting I held for VPS Social, a digital marketing boutique for small businesses and solopreneurs. Not only, was it pristine and welcoming, it was filled with artistic design and character which made for the perfect place to brainstorm and create content. I rented 139 Olive for a launch party for my mobile business. It was the perfect location! It is already so nicely decorated that we didn t have to worry about decorating and could focus on everything else. The seating area inside worked perfectly for our purposes and we look forward to using the space again when the weather is cooler and people can enjoy the gorgeous backyard space!

Every space is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, so no need to spend a lot on decorating the space. Mike even created a menu of drinks for the occasion! Ashley and her Husband Mike have a beautiful venue right here in old town Keller. We used it for a small fashion show and I can t tell you enough how amazing they both worked together to make it a super fun event for everyone. The building is so beautiful and absolutely AMAZING!!!! It is perfect for parties, gatherings, small events, birthdays, pop up shops, practically anything and everything you need a place to have fun or do business!!! If you need a place I promise this is where to be!!!!! Also they are great at marketing and videography, and everything entrepreneurship. If you need help ask Ashley!!!! She loves doing ALL THE THINGS small biz related!!! Bonus They are an amazing themselves. Great people to have as friends!!!!
