We had a shower here Labor Day Sunday. We expected about 100 people and had a great turn out! Everyone was asking about the venue & a few have already been to the roundhouse for other events and they say it s beautiful every single time! It s the most affordable venue in the area, especially for the aesthetics and size. They were very accommodating on us getting set up before the event, Susan was wonderful to work with!

Great experience!!! Let s start with the beginning and checking out the place! Susan was easy to work with and detailed! The place was a perfect fit. We had a babyshower there today and it was great! She was so willing to work with us as we had questions and request prior to set up time! The place is great for all kinds of parties! We planned for about 90-100 people and it was great turn out. Easy to get in and easy to clean up and lock up. I will definitely be using Keller roundhouse again (especially since I live ten min in the area!) Thank you Susan!

I recently held my high school 10-year reunion at the Keller RoundHouse, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, providing the perfect setting for our special event. One of the standout aspects of our experience was working with Susan, who was the sweetest and most accommodating person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Her response time to my phone calls and emails was superb she always got back to me promptly and with all the information I needed. Throughout the planning process, Susan maintained a high level of professionalism and made sure every detail was taken care of. The venue was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall charm and ambiance of our reunion. The Keller RoundHouse encompassed everything we needed to hold a memorable and enjoyable event. From the spacious layout to the elegant decor, it truly exceeded our expectations. Such a great place for a party! Reservations were a breeze with a small deposit. Tablecloths are rented to.you at a good price and look great. (Much better than plastic ones you can buy) We had a graduation party with 60 guests and all fit well! The kitchen is a great space to prep and store things. There is a fridge too and a large drink cooler you can use! There are round tables and rectangle tables so you can choose how you want to set up. The room is a blank slate so you can dress it up or keep it casual. We used a company called Circle Bee Balloons for our arch. We are thankful for this community rental space. Susan was great to work with and took care of us!

We had my daughter s graduation party at The Roundhouse and it was perfect! Plenty of tables and chairs available to use and could rent tables cloths through The Roundhouse for our event. The venue was the perfect size and we loved the rustic walls and stained concrete. We decorated with flowers and rustic decor so it was easy to make it formal or more casual. The front patio was an added bonus for guests who wanted to play outdoor games. Owner/coordinator was easy to work with and accommodating. She was quick to respond to our questions. I would definitely recommend!

Its a nice small space to have an event. The wood decor is beautiful. The bathroom is located behind the bar, which makes it awkward when going to the bathroom. The bathroom plumbing is a problem. It flooded, and guests could not use the bathroom.

Keller Varsity Bass Team held our annual banquet here at the Keller Roundhouse and it was the perfect place to have it. Susan was really nice to work with getting the venue reserved and gave us a tour before the banquet. There was plenty of space and room for catering to be brought in, set up and served. Had a pretty seamless experience with the Roundhouse for a moderate sized live music event and going away party. Susan was very easy to work with for booking, getting a short onsite visit before the event, and making sure we had access and instructions. The location is great, interior is spacious and plenty of power (we ran a full 6 speaker PA with multiple instruments and other things, no issues), nice selection of tables / chairs, kitchen area and multiple bathrooms, and plenty of parking around the facility. Patio area unfortunately didnt get much use due to pouring rain, but there is a nice outside area to allow overflow and fresh air during an event. Recommended!

This place is amazing!!!! I have rented the Keller roundhouse for NYE for a second year in a row. The property manager is very good, reply really fast and it so easy to get all done with her. We had 42 people = 8 families with kids. Like us rent the table cloths, just put out the tables/chairs, bring your food, play some good music and you will have an amazing party. Place is located in the heart of Keller, easy to park, super well maintained, sparkling clean, spacious, good wifi, has very nice chandeliers and some wood walls. It has everything you need to have an unforgettable party.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating a graduation at the Roundhouse. The venue looks great and was the perfect size for us. You can comfortably set up 12, eight-person tables and have enough space for decorations and photo spots. The kitchen is minimally stocked (only a small microwave and a full-sized refrigerator). They do have a large drink bin for icing canned/bottled drinks. Will totally recommend the Roundhouse to friends.

I have worked with Susan in the past and she is very pleasant and easy to work with. The Keller Roundhouse was a perfect venue for my companys summer party. We had approximately 150 guests as a come and go event and everyone fit comfortably. Chairs and tables were included with the rental. You have to clean up and mop afterwards. All cleaning products were provided. Two bathrooms, fridge and sink are all available for use. Pricing was reasonable and fair. We will definitely use The Keller Roundhouse again for future events.

Great and affordable venue! Pricing includes chairs and tables which is great. We had a western themed baby shower here and the venue was a perfect fit. We worked with Susan to get everything coordinated. She is super responsive and very professional. Very easy to get in contact with, everything for the booking was completed in a timely manner. We also received reminders closer to date about clean up, etc. The venue also provided all cleaning supplies and had a notebook with cleaning instructions which was very helpful. Great place for a small or medium sized event. Susan made reserving the building easy and even took the time to open it up and let us see inside, talk us through measurements, give us suggestions... all the things. The lights made the ambience of our event very nice and I loved that we had the option to make it really bright with the chandeliers and the ceiling light or more of a calm setting with just the chandeliers. It all was great and very convenient. Thank you so much! I took pictures of our event and the venue itself so that someone planning could see them and get an idea of what theyre working with. We didnt have many pictures to visualize with on Google or their website so I wanted that experience different for others. Tips when planning: * There is a BIG brown table in the room that cannot really be removed so youll have to work with it or just push it to the side. * The entrance doors are to the sides rather than in the middle of the room so take that into consideration when doing something like a wedding aisle as it wouldnt be straight from the entry door, you have to slant it. * We had our bride get ready in a conference room next door at The Keller Main Street Depot. That way it was close enough to where she could chill until aisle time and just walk over. * COMPLETE clean up is expected after use of venue, that includes sweeping and trash being taken out * There is no stage option as they had it removed some years ago. * There are 12 rectangle and 12 circle squares. Chairs are brown with brown padding. $10/table cloth to rent if you needed to. * There IS a small microwave and a refrigerator there for food/drinks as well as a ice/drink holder thing that you can put a bunch of drinks in and it has wheels (I cant think of the name of it at all lol)

Finding a venue for a bridal shower for my daughter only took one phone call. I called Keller Roundhouse and Susan had such a welcoming and encouraging pitch to her voice I did not need to look anywhere else. We had a great graduation party here this past weekend. Very pleased with the venue and the responsiveness and professionalism of Susan who manages the reservations. Its very spacious and a great ambiance - can be casual or dressed up as needed for the occasion. I would definitely use them again in the future. Edit* The original review was 2019 and I DID use them again just a few weeks ago (June 2022) for my daughters graduation. It was still a perfect venue and Susan still managed our reservations wonderfully. Very happy with the event and especially the venue. The ambiance is great and there is no need to spend a lot of money on decorations (you can if you want). We kept it very simple with tablecloths, some centerpieces, and a cloth Class of 22 banner.

We rented the Keller Roundhouse for a very special birthday party. When looking at the room when it is empty, it appeared too small. Looks are deceiving. We are so glad we selected this venue. It was the perfect size for our event. We had 50 guests, plenty of room for 3 buffet tables, and a dance floor. Susan is great to work with. She was very helpful. She responded to all our questions, concerns very quickly. She was a pleasure to work with. If you do rent this venue, I recommend paying extra for the cleaning service. Definitely worth it. A Hidden Gem that was Perfect for my 50th Birthday celebration themed Harlem Nights. The manager of the venue was awesome and responded in a timely manner whenever I had questions or concerns. I found this venue by happen stance and disappointment when another venue failed to follow through on a promise. The process to view, rent, and obtain the venue was as easy as 1, 2, 3. I initially did not see my vision at the location, but it turned out Fabulous. Harlem Nights came to life and the spot was absolutely gorgeous, easy to locate, and just the right size for my 65 guests. For starters this was my first time to even start planning an event. I will say that Susan at Keller Roundhouse was more than willing to walk me through the planning process. The facility was perfect, the recommendations give where top notch, which has made for a 5 star experience. Thank you Roundhouse and Susan!!!!! Follow up after the party.... Absolutely amazing surprise 50th birthday for my wife. We had 80+ friends and family on a Friday night. Bar area was perfect, tables and chairs couldnt have been better. I do recommend paying the additional amount for the clean up, I did and it was well worth it being able to relax at the end. I will say it again, Thank you Susan you made it so stress free and a extremely relaxing atmosphere

We just had my daughter s birthday here and it was fantastic! Susan was amazing to book with. She made everything so easy. She never got frustrated with all of our questions and we had ALOT! This venue is very reasonably priced and a great value. They provide table and chairs!

The Keller Roundhouse is a fantastic venue if youre having a gathering of up to 125 people or so. The space is clean, the kitchen is very functional to serve out of, and there is a refrigerator on premise. The patio up front offers you the option of indoor or outdoor seating, or a spot for the kids to run around on. The Wi-Fi is strong if you need a TV or projector, and there are plenty of outlets.They offer cleaning service at a very reasonable fee, so you can literally grab your stuff and go at the end of the day. They have around 20 tables, 10 or long rectangular, and 10 or so round tables, and chairs. The pricing is really solid for the space you get, and the amount of time you have at the venue. The owner is very attentive, but not overbearing, and responds quickly to questions or requests. We have held our Super Bowl party here twice, and plan on coming back next year. Wish I could give it more stars.

Held my babyshower here Sunday June 27th, and loved the venue. Didn t even know it was there until a client told me and I m glad she did. Susan is super sweet and answered all my questions quickly, checking in was very fast and convenient. If you re looking for a nice clean hall to host an event this is your place. The price was perfect for a Sunday and the chairs and tables included were perfect ! You can rent tablecloths for an extra fee . I will def be planning future events here. This is my second time using the Keller Round house. Once for when I graduated college and the second for my wedding. Keller Round house was a life saver for my October Covid-19 wedding. They make things easy and affordable. Really helped lower the stress of planning a wedding during a pandemic. This place is very rustic but it can definitely be dressed up if needed. It is very close to hotels and other restaurants if needed for traveling guests. I recommend this place to all friends and family. I will be definitely be using this venue for years to come. Thank you Keller Round house and Mrs. Susan OConnor for making my wedding night a magical one!!!!

Great space for any event. My brother and sister in law had a baby shower and it fit everyone. it even has some space out front in the weather is nice you can have guests there. Only reason it didnt get 5 stars is that space is limited. We had to park on the side and walk to the actual entrance. Other then that great!!

We held our wedding at the roundhouse in April and it was fabulous! We had about 90 guests and at first we worried about space, but we were able to make the space work for us perfectly! We had a buffet near the kitchen a Dj with a dance floor area, a photo booth area during the reception that had doubled as our ceremony area, plus long tables for all the guests. It was one of the most affordable locations we found for our wedding and we got many compliments on our event! The outside area is also perfect for people who wanted to chill outside. I highly recommend using this space for your wedding!

Had an annual Family (after) Christmas gathering here. About 50 people attended. (Had to plan for a possible total of 75 at the most.) Space-wise it was perfect for our gathering. We had plenty of room for our family band to set up and play, for all of us to sit down and eat and for the children to play. It is charming and rustic and easy to decorate. The location is in a nice clean area with handy nearby stores and restaurants for last minute things your gathering might need. It has a nice size patio in the front that would be fun to use (it was too cold for us to sit out there in December). Even though I was stressed about the whole event, Susan helped me take a deep breath and eased some of my worries. She is great to work with and she offers helpful ideas and suggestions for the use of the venue and your crowd. I was concerned about parking, the kitchen and the bathrooms but all of that worked out and everyone enjoyed the Round House!

We hosted a baby shower here & the venue was perfect! Everyone absolutely loved the size, location & appearance of it. We had everything we needed in the kitchen & it was so easy to decorate & get things cleaned up (with exception to some balloons that floated to the ceiling). Susan was on point with delivering the access code early for the event & was always quick to respond to calls & emails & she was also very professional. Nothing but a large room, chairs and tables. If you want to decorate, nothing will stick to the barn wood. Cleaning supplies furnished. Was not clean when we arrived. Hopefully, she got her deposit back.. Not much parking in front. Parking behind building. Raining on our day, building leaked. There was a guy trying to put up a canopy 2 hrs prior, he couldnt get it & took it down& left. Canopy would have been great- it was a wedding and was raining.
