I ve become a huge fan of Texas Roadhouse. It s sometimes difficult to maintain a fitness centric healthy diet while eating out. Too many restaurants deep fry and use butter, sugar, and cheese to get folks in the door. I have found it s very possible to eat clean, at the Texas Roadhouse and have been able to effectively make that happen with the 6-8oz Sirlion, which is always seasoned to perfection, along with 2 plain baked potatoes. The staff and atmosphere are always great!

WOW. The decline of this location is spectacularly bad. First thing is that it looks like a dump inside and out. Food everywhere on the floor not just a few fries our peanut shells but what looked like half a baked potatoes, salad and chicken fingers. I didn t see any wildlife but honestly I was expecting something it was so disgusting 5:30 on a Sunday afternoon you d think that they would have someone sweeping up. The server was so loaded down that she only made it back to our table twice. We constantly had to ask to have the $3.19 tea refilled. The real problem is that this is the third time in a row that we have been VERY DISAPPOINTED with the food. I had the bone in ribeye that was cooked correctly but it was a terrible piece of meat. It was loaded with gristle and I left at least half of it on the plate. The fries I ordered crispy and of course they came out mushy. I sent them back and the second set was crispy but had so much seasoning that they were inedible. Check out the picture they re greasy and swimming in salt and seasoning. The party at the table wanted me to send the second back but I m not sure what the third basket would have been covered in . You can see on the bill that they credited me 2.99. How generous. We probably should have learned our lesson but we still have several hundred dollars left in gift cards that we ll probably just throw away. If you re reading this and you want a good steak dinner and pleasant evening (instead of the constant frustration) take my advice and go across the highway to Longhorns or Dickinson BBQ. Vegetarian options: Probably ta good fit.

We love eating the food from Texas Roadhouse.... However whoever is in charge of the Togo side is TERRIBLE AT THEIR JOB!!!!!. We used to eat there 2+ times a week but in the past 6-9 months the service in Togo has dropped so much we eat elsewhere.... The phone rings for 30+ min at a time with multiple employees around listening to it... They take payments then forget to bring out to you... And there is 0 sense of accountability!!!!!!!!!!... Yesterday, my girlfriend and I went to go dine in for the first time at Texas Roadhouse in the Webster Area for the first time and it was not a pleasant experience. Although there was no waiting time which was a big plus, attentive and friendly server, and great atmosphere, the only drawback was the food. She ordered the porterhouse and I order the steak tips. The steak tips came out first, then the porterhouse came out 15 mins later. My steak tips were already cold at this point but I decided to still wait on my girlfriend s food so we can both eat it together. At both times it came out, it was rare and we had asked for medium. The food runner brought out the steak for the second time and when my girlfriend cut into it, it was still rare and bloody. The manager then kindly apologize and comp our steak out which is nice, but I had ate all my food and my girlfriend didn t even get one bit yet. I ended up sharing my portion of the food and completely lost our appetite. We tip the server based on the original receipt and then left. It was not a pleasant experience but I hope that management would be able to fix this issue in the future.

So I placed an order online to pick up dinner after having a long day at work. My food was ready for pickup when I arrived but there were 4 young girls sitting around in the waiting area when I arrived. One of the girls handed me my food and I assumed my order would be correct since they were not busy at all since it was only 6:20pm. When I arrived home and opened up the bags to my disappointment there were no ribs at all when my order was chicken and ribs for dinner. Also the green beans cup was only half full and the entire topping to the sweet potato was stuck to the lid of my to go box. All of the food was super cold and I called up to the store to speak to a manager about these issues. I waited on hold and spoke to an hostess that I need a manager. After 5 minutes or so they just hung up on me. After they hung up on me I called back up to the store a 2nd time and I am even more frustrated with the entire situation. She asked my name and after waiting for almost ten minutes this time they hung up on me again. At this point I can not get an manager to explain the situation and this is the worse experience I ve ever had at this location and can not believe I can t get ahold of a manager at all.

If i could give this location a MILLION stars I would!!! LEGIT one of the BEST restaurants ive EVER been too in my entire life NOT to mention it was my first time ever coming! A co-worker recommended this restaurant and i was in town from Dallas to visit my Daughter and GrandAngel and it was also my daughter s first time! And it was a HIT!!! We were INSTANTLY greeted with lots of smiling faces and quickly seated Our waitress had her wings hidden i just know it! She was so attentive and cared about our every need/want not an ounce of irritation or making us feel rushed or bad for not knowing the menu!!! We were treated like family! I haven t had service this professional since the 80s STRAIGHT UP!!! And im not even gonna get into talking about them rolls I did things with them rolls and butter that im not proud of MY GOD!!! NOTHING should be that delicious!!! The food was SUPERB SUPERB SUPERB!!! But honestly the customer service was the real treat! Just WOW! My daughter and i vowed to make this our new cheat eat spot So glad i got to experience this with family from family! Thank you all and please keep up the amazing work!!! Couldnt believe the amount of people at 230PM. We had to wait for 20 minutes for a table for 2 and park in the Walmart parking lot. It was fun to watch them in the kitchen, tho. I was amazed at the amount of seasoning they put on their meat. I wound up ordering a steak, and it was good, but it was very seasoned. In fact, I thought the same of the green beans- very strong flavoring. Im not used to that. My steak came out over cooked. Loved the loaded mashed potatoes, and the bread was as good as my friend said it would be. I think he ate 4 before our food arrived. Staff were very friendly and it was not as loud and my friend said it was at the other location, which was closed for remodeling, so we drove all the way to the location at Baybrook Mall.

I moved from Houston to Canada 13 years ago. There are two foods from Houston that I have missed so much all these years... I went to this place to celebrate my birthday, the food was absolutely amazing, I got the steak and pork ribs with Caesar salad and load mashed potatoes, the meat was juicy and just perfect, their little rolls were fresh and hot, our server (I guess her name is Natalie), was so kind and attentive to us. I literally had an amazing experience here. The only 2 things I would give a heads up to the management that could be better and make a customer experience fantastic is that they did not have anything to celebrate my birthday other than sing Happy birthday, no complimentary dessert, no discount, nothing, and that really made me feel a little disappointed since Ive been celebrating my day in other places that with a small thing like a slice of pie would demonstrate their appreciation for me choosing their business to celebrate such a special date. Also I would give a heads up to the cleanness of the male restroom, which really needs some attention, I even saw used gloves on the floor etc... but as I said, the service, the atmosphere and the food were amazing and I loved my day. I would definitely come back!

I have come here multiple times, and almost every time is a pleasant experience, but there have been a few recently that have made me hesitant about going back. Service has been spotty. On one occasion, we couldnt find our waiter for almost 30 minutes after we had already finished eating. They have lost our name in rotation while waiting for a table and even just been ignored when attempting to ask for just a refill of water. These experiences are spread out within the past 4 months or so. Its not terrible, but enough to make me hesitant. Ultimately, though, who can resist those scrumptious rolls and butter!

The sides were good and rolls as always. My chicken fried sirloin was burnt to a crisp. I couldnt even eat it it was so dried out and tasted terrible. It looks old. GROSS Food : 1/5

I thought I would order to go so I wouldn t have to bring my 2 month old into a busy restaurant. I ordered a sirloin salad and the app said it would be ready at 8:15, so I got there at about 8:00 and checked in on the app thinking it would probably be out quicker than that since the order was so small. I waited and waited seeing all the cars around me come and go, and finally at 8:16 the employee running out the to go orders stopped by my car and asked if I had checked in I told him I had, and then he asked what my order was. I showed him my confirmation and told him my order and he said he would go check on it. He came back out 5 minutes later and let me know someone came in and stole my order, but they were making it again in the kitchen and he would give me a complimentary drink. I told my husband about it and he called and spoke to the manager. He let them know how ridiculous it was to not have a system in place to supervise the to go orders and that I had at this point been sitting in the parking lot with a crying baby for almost 30 minutes because of their error. The manager was empathetic and said he would have them bring out my salad as soon as they can and he will even refund my meal for all the trouble. Now that it s 2 days later, they never refunded my meal, and I m guessing they just told my husband that in order to get him off the phone.

This place is great. I can take my family of five to dinner and spend just over $100. That is a bargain for a steakhouse. Of course it is nothing fancy but the food has always been good and my steak is cooked exactly how I requested. The service has never let us down and I usually leave willing to give a 30% tip based on the efforts of the waitstaff. Our experiences at this restaurant have always been pleasurable. My only beef with the place is horrible country music that is continuously playing but I have to accept it considering it is part of their motif. I am able to ignore once I start filling my belly. Keep it up.

I visit Texas roadhouse often with my small family. We usually switch between this Friendswood location and Pasadena location. The food was quick to come out and very yummy as usual. Our server was great. Unfortunately I felt a little discriminated by the balloon lady on 6/7/24 around 6:30PM. My Fiancé noticed her making a spiderman balloon for a toddler at a different table so a little later on we called her to the table to make one for our son. She let us know that he was too young and she didn t feel comfortable making the balloon for him. I didn t understand where she was coming from because the other child she made the balloon for was about the same size and age as my son. She also seemed annoyed when asked her to make one for him. I never leave reviews like this but it was an unpleasant experience that needed to be brought up. Other than that everything else was fine. Would leave five stars all around but unfortunately I can t.

Mom and I had lunch. Salad was decent I love their croutons. Waitress in bar area was very nice and got everything right. No complaints on service and chicken fried chicken was good. The chicken fried steak is better I will get that again next time This is my 2nd time at this location I will return soon. Thanks!

It s been a long time since I went to a restaurant and felt like I made a friend with my waitress/waiter I was not expecting that from a huge chain like roadhouse, but Dashae was AWESOME! What a sweetheart! She was fun and easy to talk to. She checked in on us without being overly attentive and interrupting conversations. She kept the bread coming and packed us some to take home. The food overall was what I expect from roadhouse. Always yummy. I wouldn t normally write a review, but I was just really impressed by our service :)

My friend and I came the other day and our server, Sakura, was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and was so attentive to us making sure we were not only happy with our food but our experience as well. I highly recommend this location as they have always had great service..but wow this past experience blew me out of the water. If you go here please ask for Sakuras section as she will treat you like royalty Thank you to that sweet girl for such a great dining experience.

I have not visited this place in many years. But Im happy to say it hasnt lost it. The wait to be seated with a 2 person party during a busy time was rather quick, less then 20 minutes. Wait staff was wonderful and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing!! Its going to be our new get away spot for awhile.

Got my order to go. They dont read special instructions, so dont bother making any request. Even as simple as requesting regular butter. Not only did I not get regular butter, but I got 10 containers of cinnamon butter. The breading on the boneless chicken Wings was soggy and gross. Ive never had problems at a Texas Roadhouse until I came to this location.

The patio isnt all that , noisy lots of noisy kids ,not the atmosphere we wanted for our steak dinner. There was plenty of room inside as I went in to wash my hands . First time Ive been disappointed at texas roadhouse, and my wife and I have eaten all over texas .

Steaks came out great, but our sides and chili had to be sent back because they were still cold. We finished our steaks before we had sides making our meal awkward and not worth the $77 we spent. The manager never came to the table to apologize or ask if there was anything they could. We are loyal customers to this establishment and have never seen customer service this disgraceful.

A freaking roach crawled from under the teacher on to the table and up the wall by my daughter right after we got our entrees and my two daughters were too terrified to sit and eat and I was grossed out bc the busser slapped it dead on the wall one table over. We all lost our appetites and weren t offered anything to counter the bad experience. Won t be going back for a very long time

Excellent service, it was busy but we where seated quickly and that the waitress was very attentive. Our order was exactly as requested . The catfish here as ways hit just right, Just like the bread and butter.
