I can t say enough about the absolute kindness that I ve experienced while working with Shane McClelland. I was in excruciating pain and they were able to get me the medication and the medical procedure that I needed without cost to me when it finally came time to negotiate, my medical bills were astronomical, but Shane McClelland was able to negotiate my medical bills to an obscene amount. I was really quite shocked at how low he was able to get my medical bills considering the initial cost. Because of this I was able to receive even more money in my pocket, which enabled me to take care of past do mortgage payments that I had. Shane and Lisa Both made a promise to me and over delivered on their promise. Because I knew that everything would be OK and that Shane and his crew had everything under control, I was able to write my very first book entitled The Love Letters I Never Received (1000 funny and uplifting affirmations to heal a broken heart) I would like to send a million and one thanks to you and your exceptional and hard-working staff. If I could give 10 stars I would. Working with Shane on my personal injury case has been a great experience. This is a team that will get the job done! The easy part of this visit was they had all doctors lined up so it was all pretty easy getting set up for PT and all that goes with being injured in a car accident. Above that, Shane McClelland and his team went above and beyond in getting my case settled. My case ran into some hiccups along the way and it looked bleak for a while. Total disappointment. I hired his services due do a no insurance hit to my car and they said they could still help. Made me spend money on medical services only to later said that they could not help me because the other person insurance clearly states that they dont cover such accidents. My question is, why then assure me they can help when just gave up like that? Despite the other insurance company policies they are supposed to fight for my case but no, they just want an easy case without having to fight for it. Thats the whole purpose of a law firm, to go against the insurance companies despite their policies. I dont recommend this lawyer firm at all.

Shane McClelland is an excellent attorney. Not only is he excellent at his craft but he is also extremely empathetic. He recently assisted me with a legal matter; unlike most attorneys, he always answered or returned all my phone calls. He advised me throughout the process. Shane never made me feel any less important than any of his other clients. He always took the time to reassure, educate as well as advise me every step of the way. I highly recommended his services. Facing an automobile incident and the prospect of having to appear in court can cause severe anxiety when you start to imagine all the possible negative outcomes. From the very first conversation, Shane made me feel at ease with his knowledge of the process and the necessary next steps. He helped take me off the problem and onto the solution.
