The Hirani Law Firm is absolutely the best experience that I have had with any law firm. Their method of operations from the very knowledgeable Carlos at intake, their paralegal Mariela promptly returning emails and anything needed. Sammy in billing. Ms. Hirani calls when I was informed that she would, and she handled my divorce in very professional manner, explaining everything to me. They understand what you are going through. I went in trying to do it myself, and I was told, we will handle everything from here. You do your part, and they will do theirs. This a well organized law firm, very professional, and I would recommend this firm for anyone going through a divorce.

I ve spent all my fortune on lawyers and courts for the last 6 years with ZERO results!! I m a father of three beautiful children and was totally shut out by the system. Spent all my paychecks on child support and still wasn t able to spend time with my children. Ms Herani and her team turned the tables like you wouldn t believe.. Now I m the custodial parent and mom pays me child support!! Yep you heard that correct! Simple, honest, and packed with claws and teeth!! The Hirani Law firm is one of the best if not the best firm in Texas when it comes to family Law. I must say what I loved the most initially was out of all the firms that reached out to me from the Texas Bar association when I uploaded my case inquiry they were the only ones who called me and left me a warm voice message. They stated that they specialized in working and getting justice for single fathers. That prompted me to call them, meet with them and the process has been fulfilling, and seamless throughout. I also learned that Attorney Hirani has a passion for getting justice for children and that s what lead me to choosing this firm. I feel confident that this firm will bring justice for my daughter and I truly thank them in advance!

My experience with this law firm has been my first and worst experience ever. I hired Ms Hirani out of desperation after an emergency hearing went horribly wrong. They said all the right words, and at the end of the day turns out they over promised. Right now, because I spoke sternly and told them what I expected from my team, I was deemed non compliant. My case is in the risk of being dismissed, because Ms Hirani deemed it so. She emailed me saying that my decree would be submitted to be signed by the Attorney general after her firm neglected to add the signature box. Next thing I know, she files a motion to withdraw herself claiming she never represented me. Meaning she made a bigger mess and is trying to dismiss herself. Leaving me without $ that I paid, because I did pay, under a payment plan. Long story short, this firm has a very questionable work ethic. (Edited* to express the magnitude of this firm s negligence, I would like to state that they misspelled my name both in the divorce decree draft and in the motion to withdraw) The way that she dismissed herself is what shocks me the most. Claiming she never represented me. And yet taking the little bit of money that I gave. (3k +) I stopped giving because Sami stopped sending invoices and payment links. Don t use this firm. Read all of the one star reviews, please. I did not. Please learn from me. There s a lot more so much more. That I chose not to include in this review. I will also be filing a grievance as well once I finish with this. I wish you good luck.

I hired Hirani Law firm in 2022 , after i had a really bad experience with another law firm.As soon as Hirani took over my case I was able to see my son after a long 7 months of not seeing him .They moved extremely quick with my case and ALWAYS made sure I was updated with what was happening and every move they were making with my case.Prices were amazing and they work with payment plans !! finally my case was finalized and I have my son back home with me, and that s all thanks to the Hirani Law firm .If I was to EVER need another representative I would most definitely hire them again without even thinking it twice .There for if you are looking for an attorney They are the ones to hire RECOMMENDED.

Poor communication and minimal attorney involvement! I regret choosing this law firm. The intake manager misrepresented the situation, and most communication was through a busy paralegal, with my calls and emails taking ages to receive a response. The attorneys services were charged, but I had no direct communication with her. Despite being charged for various services, there are no results, and I feel like they are taking advantage of me financially.

Our experience with this law firm was highly disappointing. The communication was subpar, particularly in addressing my mothers limited English proficiency. The lack of transparency regarding fees was concerning, and despite the substantial charges, the services provided were minimal. The absence of direct consultation with a lawyer and the reliance on a paralegal, who also lacked transparency in communication, left us dissatisfied. In retrospect, it seems we would have been better off not engaging with this law firm.

I hired her to represent me on my divorce case. All the documents were provided and she did even review them and submitted to the opposing counsel and did not get any documents in return. 2 days before the mediation, the paralegal called to me that everything she is going to advise me during mediation will be beneficial. I have never had 15 minutes of conversations with her and all invoices were charged hourly and nothing was done except sending emails and documents download. During mediation, she didnt try to pleade for the case except making agreed to temporary orders for child support because the judge will not allow me to keep my son even though I had the entire time and also told me that if we go in front of the judge, she is not going to win and I might have to pay alimoni on top of child support. She told me that the temporary orders is for certain time and she can prep so that I can have my son. So, I signed the temporary orders and later found out that it is hard to undo temporary and will remain at final hearing. I imnediatly called to end my legal services with her and working with a litigation lawyer to fix the mess. I would not recommend this firm to anyone especially the HENRY(high earner but not rich yet). Will be seeking reparation!

This lawyer will take your money and sabotage your case by not being prepared and making promises she cannot deliver on! Her staff was completely unprofessional as well. I gave here $8,000+ and she claimed to use those funds in a four hour hearing! You will be charged $75.00 for every fifteen minutes you talk with her even if it was a 2 min call that was made to you and her asking questions already answered and provided to them. It looks like all her good reviews come from females. She also has another horrible review from a client in Dallas where she practiced before Houston!
