UPDATE: I dont know if they dont have enough staff or they changed, but I havent received the same service as before. I have been with the firm for years, and I have not received any favorable response in my cases. I paid a lot of money to receive a service that in my opinion is mediocre. I am the one who has managed to receive any communication from USCIS and even one of my forms was approved and I never received notification. I notified the firm months ago of this approval and the steps to follow and I have not had a response. My case has been pending for years and no one has been able to tell me what I can do to expedite or solve something. I can no longer recommend the firm with certainty to anyone, sorry. I truly recommend the services of attorney Alcozers firm. All of their paralegals communicate quickly and effectively to assist you whenever you need any information or change. When you arrive at the office, before the lawyer helps you, they ask you to leave a good review on Google Maps in exchange for a voucher for coffee at Starbucks. He took good care of us, arriving 30 minutes late than the time they quoted us. During the attempt to start the process they are VERY SLOW to respond, you have to remind them not to forget about your case. The truth is that I am not at all satisfied with the management.
