Many hospital colleagues mentioned this place so today my wife and I tried it out. The food was extremely well prepared. Our server needs a bit more training because we both ordered lobster bisque soup and after waiting for some time had to ask our server for spoons. Our entrees arrived and our emptied soup bowls were still on our table. We had to ask the bus boy to kindly remove them which he did with a smile. Probably had enough of this place since very underwhelmed by the experience.

I brought my husband here for his bday in March, it was still being renovated. The food was great and the service was lovely. My husband ended up bringing me here for my bday this June and the Vault really made me feel special. They also are finished renovating and what a surprise! They added a cigar lounge! My husband enjoyed that too! The drinks are delicious. The service is great and the atmosphere is very classy yet you feel at home. This place is a gem.

Best sautéed spinach ever! Mr. Ds service was good. Atmosphere is fabulous! My 1st visit was brunch in January. It was fabulous! I see thats no longer a part of the menu..maybe you can bring it back for special holidays like Mothers Day. Fathers Day. Grandparents Day Just a thought. Attended a Anniversary party of 14 this past weekend. We were in the back new room. It was also another large party After dinner, we sat outside for a minute. It was very nice. Find some land and build The Vault in Duncanville. We need this. Thank you

Hi, I went to The Vault Seafood and Steak House a few weeks ago. We ordered steaks but were disappointed with the sides of finger potatoes and asparagus. We didnt like that you could not substitute the sides. We ordered cream spinach to help us enjoy all the sides. Steaks were very good, but finger potatoes and cream spinach were under par.. Spinach was not creamy-more milky that creamy. Potatoes were not tasty. Sides needs improvements for a fine steakhouse.

Meticulous attention to detail and a beautifully expanded dining area with two full bars plus Cigar lounge. Enjoyed several of their Old Fashioned variations along with the Lobster crab cake appetizer. Janelle wisely suggested my wife have the Seafood Pasta as her main, and it was perfection. Loads of Seafood, including a full lobster tail, married together in a flavorful cream sauce. The bone in pork chop was perfectly cooked and seasoned, tender and delicious. Fingerling potatoes and carrots got the same careful treatment. Open seating at the bar for those seeking a more casual meal. The 7 layer cake is as perfect follow-up.

The Vault included: Valet service Online Reservations Excellent Customer Service Wide variety of spirits and cocktails Cigar Lounge with Private lockers for members Today I tried : Lobster Bisque $18.00 North-Atlantic Lobster prepared in a creamy, smooth broth, topped with Crème Fraîche and Lump Lobster Claw Meat. Rating : 9.5/10 - Very creamy and loaded with flavor! Bourbon Salmon $38.00 Salmon seasoned with Chefs Cajun Spice Blend, topped with a Buffalo Trace Bourbon Glaze and served over a Tomato Risotto. Rating : 9/10- The Salmon was More Sweet than Cajun Spice. And I love spice! It was very well cooked and it paired nicely with the Tomato Risotto. (I thought about switching the tomato Risotto to the Mushroom Risotto just to try it . Maybe next time!) I would highly recommend this Restaurant for date nights, Guys/ladies night , and professional business dinners. We finely found a steakhouse near home that is excellent. My wife and I usually would have to travel to uptown Dallas or FT. Worth to get a good steak. We tried a number of places around Arlington and Mansfield, but were always disappointed with the steak, which was usually to expensive for mediocre food and service. We changed all of that with our visit to the vault. We started with 6 baked oysters on the half shell, which were the best we have ever had. My wife had the Caesar salad while I had the wedge salad. The were both delicious. For the main course, I had the New York Strip steak, and my wife had the pan seared duck. The steak and duck were cooked to perfection. The staff was attentive and polite. The atmosphere was classy and beautiful. We will definitely be back to visit the vault again.

I am not sure what happened today. My wife and I came here once several months ago and absolutely loved it. We were excited to come back, but my bison steak was totally undercooked. I asked the server to heat it up a bit more but it was still poorly seasoned. The server also offered to bring another new steak completely but then did not. The desserts were also super underwhelming, and took 30 minutes! I know the potential here, but wow that was disappointing. Probably wont come back.

I visited Vault for the 1st time this Saturday and I must say the taste and quality of the food was amazing. The ambience was great I love the exposed wood and the lockers for the members, Thats an excellent touch. I would like to see a stricter dress code enforced. I saw a couple men with baseball caps, t-shirts and ripped jeans. I will revisit again for sure. My waiter Trevone had only worked for 20 days, and he provided exemplary service. I appreciate he took them time to go over the menu providing knowledge and his recommendations, and I love the fact that he talked up and managed up the chef, and restaurant. He is a true team player and gem.

I thought all and all this was a great dinning experience. The waiter was a little bit slow getting back to our table after every request but I believe this was because she had too many tables to deal with that day. We still gave her a great tip. The only complaint I would mention is about the Cigar Bar. I too am a Cigar smoker but while I am having a great time with the wife enjoying great food the last thing I need is a half dozen ratty dressed guys smelling like smoke hustling between tables trying to leave after hanging out with their friends in the cigar bar. Please make a exit for them so they dont have to spoil our dinning experience when they are leaving by walking through you high paying customers.

I recently visited July 26th and up on arriving. I thought the valet whats handled pretty well, and as I approached the building, the building was beautiful once inside. We were greeted at the front door and it was also quite impressive. And then once we were seated, I noticed that the Silverware was spotty and also the glasses, and then we proceeded to order our appetizers. And unfortunately, the appetizers took about 30 to 40 minutes to arrive. I did not pay much attention to the time but it took a long time and my server came through. Multiple times within about a thirty minute period And never once acknowledged the fact that it was taking a long time and to go and check on things. She just kept walking by smiling.Eventually, I told one of the bus boys to go and check on our appetizer and they came within a few minutes. Once we started to enjoy the appetizers, I noticed that several of the settings were missing a fork or a knife so my guest asked for additional silverware and when it arrived he pointed out to me there was food stuck to the end of the fork. Again that was quite disappointing. We began to eat our appetizers and I noticed that we all ordered lamb. It was actually three people in our party but we ordered to appetizers. It was decent.Accept my lamb seem to be a little bit fatty, and a little bit tough. Overall, I felt like the appetizer. Was decent, especially considering it had a pretty good sauce. Finally, the main course came and we had steak. I forget exactly what we all had, but we all had steak. I had T-bone. I do remember that and quite frankly The steak was not a very good quality. Im very high on quality and it seemed to be a little bit chalky if thats a good expression while chewing it, and it seemed to not have a whole lot of flavor unless you put sauce on it. (I recently cooked a T-bone steak from whole foods that was much better) I also ask if a medium steaks would come out with a pink inside And not a red inside and I was told it would be pink, but it came out quite red., But that was my fault. Because I have been in this industry for a while, and ive forgotten medium is usually Fairly red inside. As we continue to close out the evening I felt the food was mediocre. The service was decent. And then came an unfortunate mistake. Our waitress drop the set of plates right beside our table and the glass popped up on my guest feet, but everyone was okay. I meant to speak with my waitress before I left But I totally dropped the ball on that because I had some input, I wanted to give her, and I may even check this place out again, but this visit was somewhat of a disappointment.But the overall Experience with my guest went well.Hopefully things go much better next time Ronnie G Randle

Absolutely, awesome!!! Second visit, but first time visit ince the expansion and we were celebrating my birthday. Expected a change and didnt know what we would be walking into but it was wonderful to feel like home again. Food was excellent, atmosphere was immaculate, and so was the service. Me and my wife had been too plenty nice restaurants. I ll give you this the ambience is upscale and nice. But we were not expecting the ridiculous prices for seafood pasta $40 just for plain Chicken Alfredo with side no salad no shrimp. All the other pastas or Entrees with Shrimp & Fish on it ranged from $60-$100 Are you serious??? All the drinks were $20-45 for a drink!! A cocktail The bread was hard and cheap and cold It was like that cheap bagged cut up French bread slices you can buy from Walmart And there options are minimal not much of a menu. We are huge Pappadeax fans and live there constantly. Pappadeax entrees all range from $25-$40 on the average and it is worth it We usually spend about $150 there because we love the food and service. This Vault restaurant had a nice vibe nice music upscale. So is Pappadeax We thought we would try something different But after that cheap cold hard bread And not seeing a variety on the menu we both decided that we weren t about to pay $200-$300 for a place who s food likely ain t even on the same quality and taste of Pappadeax. How you go cost twice as much as Pappadeax??? We left before we got our stuff or drinks because it caught us off guard it was the principal of it. The audacity to charge more than Pappadeax and you not as good as them that was ridiculous. Whoever the owner is needs humble themselves that was doing way to much for seafood entrees $60-$98 for seafood pastas??? Yall don t lost yall minds. Too Pappadeax we go! This is why I hate trying new seafood steak restaurants that aren t chains unless I m on vacation in Gulf of Mexico our Florida coast where I can get real seafood. But as far as Dallas, Tx Stick to Pappadeax because ain t nothing better in DFW as far as seafood in Dallas. Very much wanted to enjoy this place more than I did. The food and drink was very good. We got the steak medallions, lobster tail and the half pineapple vegetarian dish. No complaints there. The atmosphere was completely inappropriate for the price of the food and style of restaurant this is trying to be. If a meal is to cost $100+/person, there should not be TVs on the wall. The music was loud and cutting in and out the entire evening. A gentleman nearby elected to take a phone call during the dinner and put his phone on speakerphone. So we enjoyed loud Spanish being shouted at us for a few minutes. It was all very distracting and detracted from the hard work the chefs had clearly put into the meal. This is a nice effort but you re paying the same prices as a nice steakhouse in Dallas or Ft. Worth but aren t quite getting the experience you d expect.

Great upscale restaurant had reservations for 715 on a Friday got there a little late, but we seated right away. The atmosphere is phenomenal. They have memberships that you can join and with the memberships you can rent lockers. We were told that they had a special for the month of July where you pay $1500 you can get a lifetime membership after this month it s $500 every six months. (I think ) we ordered the lamb chop lollipops, I felt like they were a bit salty, but my partner says they were seasoned just fine. The drinks I ordered an upside down pineapple martini, which wasn t to my liking because I had it at another restaurant and they said they never made it so probably took the drink away and provided me with a drink that he suggested which was absolutely delicious. It was called the. diva sangria it was absolutely delicious Taylor. Our waiter was very attentive, very polite and informative. The restaurant has an upstairs and downstairs. It has a valet parking or you can park on your own. It is an upscale restaurant so you re gonna pay the upscale prices but I feel like it was worth it. Our meal came out to be about $180 for two. We ordered the bath and I ordered the seared duck it came out a little too rare for my Likee, but it was still delicious. I would definitely recommend.

My husband and I are no strangers to The Vault; weve celebrated many birthdays, couples nights out, date nights, and even our friends marriage proposal! Weve purchased countless gift cards for a variety of occasions so we could share this priceless gem with those we love. But this last visit, our first visit since the breathtaking renovation of The Vault 2.0, was unbelievably remarkable! The interior design was simply stunning; I was in complete awe of the transformation that occurred! Classy, sexy, modern, tasteful...this establishment is first class to say the least and one of the nicest in the Dallas area easily! Then there was our server DeShon...the most professional, kind, informed, friendly, attentive gentleman ever. He was a breath of fresh air and we will be sure to never dine in on a Tuesday...his day off! The food was nothing less than perfection; we had the fried lobster tails and no one should ever not experience their version of this delicacy...it did not disappoint! Theres valet parking, and as soon as you walk in, youre immediately welcomed. We were seated shortly after arriving. The waitress was friendly but seemed a bit unsure about the details, I m guessing it was probably her second or third week working there. We placed our orders after waiting about 15-20 minutes. The bread starter came out about 10 minutes before the main dishes, which arrived about 45 minutes after we ordered. The plating of the dishes looked haphazard, not matching the cost of the meals. While the food had good flavors, the presentation detracted from the overall experience. This place has potential, so Ill definitely return, hoping for improvements next time.

We arrived about 10 minutes early, on June 29th, it took about 10 minutes for the older white lady to decide where we would be seated, not sure what the problem was, when I had reservations for the dinning room, however she sat us in the noisy bar area with high top chairs, which was very uncomfortable for me as Im a short person and my feet doesnt touch the floor. I dont understand how you make reservations 4 weeks in advance and you request the dinning room and you get sat in the bar, unless someone ask to be seated in the bar, this should never be a choice for any of the patrons! Our food and service were great, it was my birthday and I really didnt enjoy it because it was extremely loud in the bar area. When someone makes a reservation, they should not have to decide on so many different tables of where they will seat you, this should have been decided before we walked in the door . This is our first time visiting since the renovation, we have patronized this establishment several times before. But Im not sure if Ill be Back!

June 5th, the sun was setting... we knew the time would soon be upon us again... Dinner Time. What was it that we craved on this fateful night? We wanted Steak. We wanted Darkness. We wanted Wine. Where would we find all three? We searched... wading through the search results of chain restaurants and lies...finally it appeared... The Vault. What was this mysterious place? It was the answer. We entered, the atmosphere was dark, cool, and comfortable. We were relaxed immediately. Pleasant hostesses led us to our perfectly set table and the glow of the menus lit the way forward. Hannah appeared from the darkness, confidently welcoming us to The Vault. We were relieved to have a liason of her caliber to guide us through the preparations of our perfect night. She was well versed in every aspect of the menu, extremely kind and respectful, and effortlessly ensured that we had everything would could possibly need. Everyone taking care of guests at The Vault should follow her lead. She brought us a fine Daiginjo Sake, a lovely surprise to find on the menu. Then, we ordered the food. We began with the Lobster Mac and were immediately blown away. Cheesy, Savory, Perfect portion size... sipped our sake and in perfect time, the main course arrived. Pan Seared Duck & Bison Steak, both cooked absolutely perfectly. We chose medium rare for the duck since we take our steak blue. Take heed when I say that every...single...thing....on those plates... was incredible. The duck? Flawless. The steak? blue temp and charred on the outside. How? The chef is obviously blessed by the Gods. The pilaf? Astounding. The carrots? Magical. What ever is going on in that kitchen needs to be preserved. Humanity should deem this kitchen a Holy Land. Needless to say, we were taken on a journey that was out of this world. Our souls NEEDED this night. Everything was no short of PERFECTION. THANK. YOU. You are appreciated more than I can express. My new favorite restaurant! This was my first time visiting this establishment. My family and I were celebrating my mothers 69th birthday and we could have not selected a better venue. The food was simply delicious. We order the Vaults Signature Prime Ribeye and it was tender, flavorful, & grilled to perfection. The pairing selection of the asparagus, fingerling potatoes, and caramelized carrots were perfection with the steak. I enjoyed the Diva Sangria simply delicious. The desserts were a big hit with us also. We had enjoyed the Cheescake and the Vaults Signature Seven Layer Chocolate Cake. The service was wonderful, our server was amazing. However, I will point if you are looking for a quick prepared meal this is not for you. The Chef takes time to prepare your food and it will be worth the wait. In addition the the great food and service, my mother was given a birthday dessert with a lit candle which made the night even more special. The manager does come around to check on the guest and added a personal touch to this fine dining experience. My family and I have found a new venue to add to our rotation of delicious eateries in our area.

This one is difficult, so Ill try to be honest. The experience was not worth the high price. The service was friendly. Staff was great and knew their product. But..... execution was poor. Food took a lot of time to get to the table. Once the food was served, we didnt see our waitress again. No follow-up or nothing. Food was cold. The flavor was blend. Had to use salt to get some flavor in the steak. The seafood was dry like over cooked. I dont doubt they buy premium meats but without a good prep, its like eating in a local Chain Steakhouse I will not give them the honor to mention their name. Im sorry Vault but if you are going to charge those prices, you have to make sure the service and the plates are according to expectations. The place is beautiful, the wine selection is On Point. Up and coming place in Mansfield. Comparable to Mehans Chophouse. Mehans has better drinks and overall food choices. Vault includes sides with food options and was pleasant on the eyes. It has potential so well see if they step up their game by offering happy hour. $55 steak at Mehans is dry aged, just regular steak at the Vault. Also half the drinks made here use subpar vodka for a $20 drink. Deep Eddy? Really? Thats trash vodka. Absolute is the lowest grade flavored vodka with 40%abv. $20 mixed drink shouldve had at least mid shelf alcohol. Also they need to invest in more ports. We discussed l finished off what was left of the one bottle they had. Has amazing as the charcuterie board was it needed more evenly sliced bread.
