10/10 would recommend. Mark is nice, caring, answers the phone, returns calls and texts quickly. He is patient, understands the law, and resonably priced. Do yourself a favor and just hire this guy and get on with your life. No need to second guess if he is the right person to help you.

Where do I begin. Mark is not just an amazing lawyer but he really cares. He has rode with me through my divorce and been so patient, and attentive. I can t say enough about him. He made sure to advise me every step of the way. If you have a difficult divorce or custody situation he is the lawyer for you. He is VERY experienced in the court proceedings. Mark helped us with obtaining permanent managing custodial guardianship of our nephew that we have been raising since 2 months old. He is very knowledgeable, great with communication, punctual and he didnt nickel and dime us for every little thing, which I saw from a lot of other attorneys in this field. I highly recommend using Mark Fischer for your family law cases. We plan to use him again when we go forward with adoption.

I was really happy with the efficiency and speed of how everything was handled. My only issue was communication wasnt always returned promptly and sometimes I was confused about how to proceed forward. Once those were addressed, everything was smooth.

I found Fischer Law Firm after doing a Google search for divorce attorneys in my area. Mr. Fischer came highly rated, so I set up a consultation. From the moment of our first zoom meeting, I knew I had found the attorney to handle my divorce. I have a crazy work schedule, as I m sure he does as well. He was flexible, always willing to work with me, when I was able to meet with him via zoom, or by phone. Mr. Fischer was knowledgeable, and very helpful and patient with my concerns and questions. Also, I would like to add, that he always got back with me in a timely manner. I cannot recommend Mr. Fischer enough.

I m truly disappointed with the service in The Fisher Law Firm. I read the reviews and decided to call in for a custody and child support case and LVM. The attorney called me back a few hours later and asked me about the situation. After explaining the circumstances of the case and my financial situation, I was disconnected. I thought that probably could be a mistake and called back and left another voicemail message. That was 2 days ago and haven t received a call back nor anyone has tried to communicate with me even to say that they are not interested in taking the case. Lawyers have the right to reject a case or a client for whatever reason, but I felt that it was a really rude way to treat me. I can suggest to this firm that if someone is explaining a hard personal situation and the attorney feels like is not able to help, the least that I expect is a response saying they cannot take the case and look for another option.

If you find yourself needing custody of your grandchildren or children, Mark Fischer is the attorney for you. Our situation was unique. We are grandparents that have been raising three of our grandchildren since birth. Theyre ages are 16, 15, and 10. Their mother (my daughter) had been in agreement and wanted this arrangement until suddenly she wanted them to move in with her and her boyfriend. The grandchildren did not want this, and neither did we. So Mark worked it out where we are joint managing conservators with my daughter and the grandchildren are still live with us. Mark Fischer is a honest, hardworking attorney that will always return your calls. He will not make false promises, nor will he give up on your case. He prices are fair. Give him a call!

Fischer Law Firm helped my family with our Adult Adoption of our son Peter. He was the second lawyer to have worked on our case after another lawyer did not do what she was supposed to do the past 2 years. After picking up the pieces, Mr. Fischer always answered my calls, returned them the same or next day. Due to Covid-19, this process took a bit longer than expected, but he did exactly what he said he was going to do. He helped us by taking payments and did not ever harass about them. He took our case and made it official that Peter will finally be a Boutte. This was not the traditional day in court but it was finally done through a Zoom meeting. But no matter how it was done, it was done thanks to our lawyer. It was long overdue for our family. I can go on and on about Mr. Fisher. We are beyond ecstatic and so ever grateful to have found Mr. Fischer and his law firm on google! We cant thank him enough. We are so blessed and now our family is whole. Thank you and God Bless!

Great experience with the Fischer Law Firm. I reached out to several firms by phone first, and Mark Fischer provided a quick summary of the law and options I needed to consider. He also outlined his fee schedule. I confirmed a meeting with him. He worked quickly to produce my document, explained the contents, and how to execute the document properly. The nature of my document requires another attorney s review. That attorney was blown away by the thoroughness, level of detail, and that no stone was left unturned. I know whenever somebody has to use a lawyer the concerns of expenses, ease, and communication usually are the first things that come to mind. Mark Fischer has mastered all of those. In our consultation he was very upfront. I knew exactly what my cost was and he also worked with me with payment, because he understands not everyone is walking around with just cash saved up. This made my stress level go significantly down. Also his communication is the greatest I have dealt with by far. His response time is very quick, and if he will be in court he lets you know ahead of time. Always kept me in the loop, and always answered any question that I had about my case. He explained to me step by step on what was happening in my case and discussed with me which way he felt we should go, but leaving it up to me to make the decision. He doesnt nickel and dime every email you send him or every text he receives. If he can save you money by letting you know you can do something yourself, he will let you know. ALOT of lawyers I know are not like this anymore and already make a difficult experience even more miserable. Mark Fischer is not one of those lawyers and I would recommend him over and over again!
