I cannot say enough about Julia. From the very first consultation, to the very last email, we never questioned her dedication to our case. Even though our case was a walk in the park for her, the complicated details of it made it hard for us. She was invested the whole time. She held our hands both figuratively and literally during what seemed like an emotional roller coaster....again, probably one of the more simple cases for her. While she couldnt represent all parties involved, she was quick to give the opposing party (who did not have legal counsel) directions on where to find free help, so that the other side knew they had access to legal help if they wanted it. She really cares about all parties involved and most importantly, she cares for the welfare of any child that may be involved. She is truly dedicated and so compassionate. We hope we never have to have family legal help again, but if do we know who we are calling.

Julia and Rebecca represented me in my divorce last year and continued to help with decree enforcement and conflict resolution after divorce day. They are both excellent lawyers and exceptional people--they took a delicate, charged, painful situation, softened its edges, and made me feel protected and supported. Theyre also cost sensitive, which matters a great deal to most of us dividing assets, and they never run bills up. I genuinely dont know how I would have made it through the last year and a half without their kindness and support on top of the great representation. They made me feel like a family member as much as a client--I highly recommend them both!

I am so grateful for Julia Bancroft and her team!!! I took DivorceCare this fall and from listening to others, I am so so grateful for the way she handled my case. (I was already grateful but this really opened my eyes!) I truly have all the best boundaries in place in my decree, and I just wanted to say thank you again. Julia and her team made me feel so empowered and heard as a mom and a woman. I m so thankful for the ways she used all her knowledge and expertise to help me. The whole staff has excellent communication and billing was very easy and straightforward! Julia truly has integrity and a genuine interest in serving others, and that is not easy to find!

Julia is not only an amazing attorney but is a caring and compassionate person. She is very responsive and passionate about her clients. She treats you like a sister and truly wants what is best for you. Julia is truly a gem. She is knowledgeable in her field and more than generous with her time. She makes sure that she is available to help you through every step of the divorce, answering questions and being a listening ear. I ended up retaining a second attorney due to the nuances of my case and Julia remained on doing work out of the goodness of her heart. in fact, she helped me find my new attorney. Now comparing her to the other attorney I appreciate her personal touch even more! She takes on a small caseload and you are able to connect directly with her rather than through a paralegal. I know that we have a business relationship but it feels almost like a friend. She truly wants what is best and right for her clients and will fight for that to be achieved. Julia is a charismatic, articulate, force of nature and better qualified to represent you than some entire practices put together, but the reason you should retain her to represent you is her humility, empathetic care for others, passion for doing right for your children, attention to detail, sheer tenacity, and the level-headed wisdom and intelligence she uses to channel her unique experience into shrewd, but fair solutions to very complex, emotionally-charged situations. I cannot express how grateful and lucky I am to have had Julia Bancroft and her office represent me in my divorce matters. I had struggled in the past to find an attorney who truly had empathy for a dad simply fighting for his right to see his kiddos. Julia was (and still is) the only person Ive ever found to lend a kind ear, truly care and take immediate action on my behalf. I hired Julia in the spring of 2021 for a custody modification. She was absolutely amazing and very attentive to the case. She KNOWS the law! We won the case a year later. Had it not been for Covid and the court systems being slow at the time, it most likely would ve ended a lot sooner. I would absolutely recommend Julia and her team. It was never hard to get ahold of her and she always responded promptly when I had questions or concerns. I appreciated that she was compassionate towards my ex and not cutthroat. If I ever have any legal issues again, Julia will be my go to gal!!

Julia and her team are incredible. Divorce is such a hard process with emotions and everything that has to has to be done. She is incredible when it came time to communicate with my ex and explain the best options for all included, especially the kids. When working with a high conflict ex, she was able to stay calm and speak reason more then I know how. She could see ahead and knew the challenges, and what was worth pursuing and what I needed to let go of. I will forever be grateful for her guidance and counsel, both during the divorce and even after as questions and issues arise. She is always there!

I was referred to Julia Bancroft PC, Family Law. I made the appointment for a free consult over the phone. Julia immediately made me feel at ease and listened to the very painful family visitation enforcement case I brought to her. I knew right away that she was the angel I had been praying for. For the first time I felt hope. Julia is extremely knowledgeable and capable. In the past I had been represented by attorneys that were apathetic, flippant, unconcerned and annoyed by the many questions that I had. In stark contrast, Julia welcomed all of my questions. She reassured me and helped to calm my fears. She gave me hope and explained the legalities and options in detail. She was very responsive, empathetic and kind to me and my family. Julia represented me on a child custody case and she went above and beyond anything I could have imagined, even traveling to a court outside of her normal area. Julia is very thorough and detail oriented and was always on top of everything. Sometimes I felt like I was her only client because she was so aware of all of the minute details that happened along the way. The case dragged on for a while (like all family cases do), but she was always giving me pep talks and keeping me from losing my faith. In the end, I got the custody of my kids and the conditions were way more than I expected to get and it was all due to Julia s focus and determination to make sure my kids got what they deserved and not to settle for less. I can t recommend Julia enough and I know without her, my kids would not be enjoying the life they have now.

When I met Julia Bancroft at my first consultation regarding divorce, I immediately realized, she is only one I can trust and go with. Julia explained me all my rights in a very professional and confidence manner. From that first day and to the final day I always had a feeling that I am protected, and my case will be finalized in the best way. The one word that comes to mind when I think of Julia Bancroft is, Angel. She was with me and my family when we were at the lowest of lows. She worked with us and educated us on all the processes. I would recommend her to anyone in need of her services. She is caring, open and supportive. Most importantly she cares about the children and their best interest. She has a staff that is just as wonderful. There is no other lawyer I would rather have had than Julia. Sometimes life puts unexpected obstacles in your way and you need assistants getting through them. I fortunately had Julia and her staff to get me through them. Julie Bancroft is phenomenal! She is very thorough, detail oriented, and knowledgeable. She knows how, and follows through. She is as nice as she needs to be, but let the other party against her step on the wrong foot and she can be just as much of a pit boss that you need in your corner. Worth every penny!
