I stopped for breakfast and was not disappointed. This location was not crowd. We were seated and waited on. Food was tasty and serviced fast. As well as the fast service, you can enjoy your food in a timely matter and go on with your day. Service was good they were attentive to their customers. The only thing that I wasnt happy with was biscuit and gravy, more like an English Muffin gravy to thick and salty. Hostess were very polite. I have tried the Beltline location. I must say this location on Cockrell Hill and 67 hwy would be my first choice.

Ishmael- was an amazing server . This young man has amazing hospitality. Very respectful and his customer service was 10/10 everything was yes maam no maam . Very respectful . Great conversation- checked on us but wasn t overbearing . and my husband drank ALOT of sweet tea . This young man caught on fast and started bringing 2 sweet teas at a time The chef - I did not catch his name . They worked great together as a team. The food was AMAZING. The chef mad sure everything was up to par . I requested for my hashbrowns to be overcooked , he made sure it was at a satisfactory level of my liking . These 2 have definitely made this experience at waffles house more than amazing. It was actually a blessing to encounter such amazing individuals with good customer service . It s rare to have both at the same time . Thank you gentlemen

Horrible. I placed an online order nearly an hour ago. I waited at the counter and there was a lady that dismissively told me my order was not ready and asked for my name without really listening. I waited an additional 20 minutes until another young lady approached me and I asked me if I had been helped. I told her I placed an order about an hour ago, and she pulled up my ticket, only to find out that they never prepared my order in the first place! Absolutely ridiculous. I guess I should have known better not to order on a Sunday but waiting over an hour??? Edited to add: I just got home and the young lady didn t close my container properly, so my grits spilled all over the place.

The waitress name MAKAYLA is very rude and unprofessional. She doesn t hand you your plate. Instead she throws it down on the table and you have to reach for it yourself. She did this to multiple people including myself and my family. The food wasn t tasting good. I ordered a grit bowl with an over easy egg, with cheese. My egg was fried hard until it was like rubber. No cheese at all. The worst experience ever at Waffle House. No one greets you or offers to seat you. They stare and say nothing til you ask if you should seat yourself. Very rude staff, our waitress was MaKayla. What can I get you is the only thing she said the entire time we were here. No thanks for your order I ll have that out shortly. No straws, no butter for waffles, no Mayo packet with my Texas Melt, coke was out, my daughter order hash browns with 2 slices cheese and got one. I went in and ordered (2) All-Star meals, one with chicken and cheese in my eggs. The meals came out to $26.00, but the total bill came out to $31.20. When I asked the waitress about how did it exceed $30. Her response was, It was the for taxes and 10% for a service fee. So I asked what is a service fee and she stated, its for all the supplies we give to the customers. Then I proceeded to ask her to see how she rung everything up on the little yellow ticket and thats when I see she charged $2.60 for taxes and $2.60 for the service, plus the $26.00 for the meals. My problem with this is, I travel for a living and go to Waffle House quite often, and NEVER have I ever been charged a service fee. You want me to eat here and order your food but youre charging me additional for condiments and utensils that are expected to come with the food. My second concern is, the tax rate is 8.25%, so how in the Sam HELL do you charge 10% for taxes. Then she had the audacity to want a tip as well. I tipped her and told her I would NEVER return to this location again and will be filing a claim with the BBB because this location is over charging customers on the tax rate, which they are NOT allowed to do.

I came on Sunday morning the busiest time. I didnt expect much cause everyone is working hard trying to attend every customer. I like Waffle House so I dont mind eating on a dirty table if they dont have time to clean. This place was an exception. The table was clean rapidly before we sat down by Isamir. And the District Manager showed up Omar to check on every customer to make sure we were not neglected in any way. I couldnt help to notice how everyone worked as a team, and took care of everyones needs despite the large crowd this morning. Thank you for everyones great effort and service.

This review is for Kellam. I have come to this location on many Sundays after church. I stopped coming because of the lackadaisical attitudes of the workers/waitresses at this location. Some of the women except for Ms Pat who has always been friendly, also shows great customer service skill. I witnessed Kallam working habits, cleaning the tables and hig chairs. Flabbergasted!!! I have visited this location in the past with slightly better results. 2/18/2023 I went to have a quick bit before a family function. Went sat at the counter seating and was greeted. I waited 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was a paying customer. (heres the bad part.... I am an owner/operator of two restaurants in a different state for the last 9 years) So my intent is only to help grow opportunities. I counted 15 plus employees...plus what I assume was a couple of managers. Wow! With roughly 20 -28 customers this really should have been a breeze for most restaurant! My order consisted of 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, 2 bacon strips, 2 OJs. It was 40 minutes and the food was cold. I really do Apologize, I have never seen this before with that much staffing. No gloves when handling cooked food, no masks, no hair nets. I pray that this can be a help to this store. Someone has to look at the bigger picture.

1/28/2023 No one offer us to be seated, when we got our booth it took the young waitress 10 minutes to offer us a drink and then another 10 minutes to take our order 3 couples came in after us and they got served first on every aspect. (If the waitress had a problem with us all she had to do is say something and we would sit somewhere else), by this time it was already 30 minutes and all my wife was served was 1 waffle when she had ordered the Allstar meal and i a small bowl of sausage gravy which did not come with the biscuits with all this said it was the worst experience I had on a this location never again will be coming here it s not the Waffle House it s the staff, when I went to get the manager a told him and nice older lady/waitress offered me to go and sit on her booth and she would take care of us but at this time I was so mad all I want was to pay for what we had and leave. Location is good, 60% of the staff horrible .
