Grandkids had a blast! First time bowlers. They would not take a digital coupon for cost savings. Indicated it had to be printed which didn t see that when I used the website to sign up grandkids for birthday club. So with kids it was over $12.50 a person for one game.

My family reserved The Grand Plaza room for 30 plus people. The size of the room was perfect to accommodate us all and there was enough seating in both dining chairs and cushioned sofas. The music in that area was very faint which I thought was being drowned out by the many of people we had in our party but even when the talking was to a minimum, we still couldnt really hear the music. Most bowling alleys have the music up loud enough to set you in a party mood. Of course, there was a lot of food ordered which meant there would be empty food containers but no one ever came to clear the tables of the pizza and wing trays within the 2 hours that we were back there. The only time I saw anyone was when the lanes kept getting stuck. They got stuck at least 6 times before a match was even completed! At one point, we had to wait at least 12 minutes before anyone came to reset it. We were never told why but we werent able to enter names on the board. With 6 people to a lane, it was chaos trying to remember whos number belonged to who. Maybe this wasnt a good experience for me because we had so many in our party so Im not going to count them out just yet.

Over the summer, I always do the Kids Bowl Free. It is a great activity for children and sometimes I pay additional so I can bowl as well. The staff at the establishment is always attentive to what I need so I never have any complaints. They are always polite and contact someone to handle any issues that occur with the lane . I don t really eat much there but my children have no problem devouring the chicken tenders and fries and the personal cheese pizza.

It s a nice combination of bowling alley, laser tag, laser tag and billiards. Also, they have a great snack bar. Times Square has a nice cozy feeling, feels like a local place. We had a wonderful birthday here! They were flexible with add- ons. We had a fantastic hostess who did an outstanding job; serving on guests with food and setting up laser tag. We had great food, especially the wings and queso. Also, they have a handful of evening specials. But call in advance to reserve a lane.

This place could be so much more than what it is. The pricing is seriously expensive. Especially in the bar. The food is a welcome surprise. Everything I have tried has been pretty tasty. The bowling lanes need to be repaired, including the ball returns. The bathrooms leave something to be desired. Most of the time, the toilets have not been flushed, and theres loads of toilet paper in them. Several times, theres been no paper towels to dry your hands. The employees here are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Floor managers are also great, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The owner seems to be all about making a buck over hospitality.

Shut this place down!! They absolutely have the WORST group of people working there. The customer service was absolutely horrendous! We went through the proper channels of booking a pretty monumental-aged party there and the ladies working the front (I wish I wouldve got their names because I definitely would call them out), were a joke! Piss poor management and piss poor customer service! They rolled their eyes (mind yall, we were speaking in a calm tone, asking for any sort of graciousness, etc), spoke obnoxiously towards and AT us like we were a problem and/or bothering them. We walked in, spoke, and LEFT to Andrettis (where they know how to work in this business). Guys, the workers at Times Square Ent. were the equivalent of Walmart vs. at Andrettis where we got Gucci at the Galleria!! Yes, it was that bad. Professionally speaking, this place definitely needs to reestablish their training in the areas of customer service, hospitality, management, and professionalism! I wont even go into the smell of the place (Marijuana and cigarettes, disgusting). They need a change in attitude, culture, and awareness, stat! Like I said, shut this place down its not at all worth it. I wouldnt go back there nor recommend this with a 10-foot pole! And you missed out on a fat tip, blonde girls at the front! Rating: zero stars. Im in the top 5% of Google reviewers, and this place is located in the bottom position of establishments!

Bowling was enjoyable but..... the cashier who rang us up (delay) had a delay in understanding everything. We asked for the early bird special for 2 hours. He only gave us 1 (we had to go back and purchase another because the first cashier did not ring us up for 2 like we asked. We told him how to spell our names LETTER FOR LETTER and he still did not spell it right. He had poor customer service but other than that, food was good. Bowling was fun. No issues while bowling with the equipment.

Service is terrible. Ordered scrambled egg. Came out as fried. Sent back to kitchen - what we received back was the same egg chopped up. Despite speaking to 3 different staff including managers not one of them seemed to care, apologise or offer any alternative. Pro: the barkeep made me a good old fashioned while i waited what I (and my family thought) would be 30 minutes for a lane. No biggie Con: we never got our lane. This was after we had called ahead and asked (which we got an answer of a 15 minute wait) We waited 30 minutes and then were told another 30. I ve been going to time square for a long time. I go every Sunday for the early bird special because it s $8 per person/hour. I wanted to bowl for 2 hours, however, they charged me $16 for an hour because that s how their system works. No matter what, they charge by a 2 people requirement. Their poster says the requirement must be at least 2 people OR a $16 dollar requirement. The poster is very misleading and false advertising.

We had our sons birthday party there earlier today. It was excellent, the server Julian was excellent. They had our lanes and room ready for us when we arrived, he went over the schedule and food drinks with us and everything went off great. All staff was friendly and helpful. Batrenders were super nice but either the alcohol is watered down or they werent pouring correctly because i am a lightweight drinker and we had 4 shots each and none of us walked out even remotely buzzed. This will be our new family party venue! We visited Times Square for a casual weekend outing, and were so impressed with the service, atmosphere and value for price that we booked my sons birthday party here. As an alternative to the various popular (overcranked and overpriced) arcade/bowling venues, Times Square is more like an old-fashioned bowling alley than anything youll find in the big bad city anymore. Reasonable rates, helpful staff, a decent-sized arcade and laser tag room supplement the laid-back lanes with full snack counter and adjacent sports bar. This place is the best and it does a good trade without feeling overcrowded, even at a peak weekend time slot. Our friends and family felt at home here, and the event helpers took care of everything for us. The place is also very clean, and well-lit enough that you can tell its clean! Call in advance to sort out party details if youre hosting an event or large group. Otherwise you can expect a fairly low-stress walk-in experience if you and the family just feel like bowling. Well be back soon.

Ok. I m a single father of four. Going out to do literally anything is expensive. I ve developed a sensitivity to return-on-investment since I know I m going to spend $$$ everywhere I go. I accidentally discovered Times Square this past summer, and holy bananas, it s been a blast for me and the boys. We typically took advantage of the Late Night special: $14 for unlimited bowling (shoes free), unlimited arcade, and unlimited laser tag 9:00 to close (midnight). Times Square quickly became our regular Thursday night spot (during summer) and remains my sons most frequently requested activity. Our bowling game elevated over summer as well as our connection to each other. The latter is no easy feat when you have multiple kids within a wide age range (17 to 8). The staff is great. The food (as bowling alley food goes) is top notch. The bar (if you re into that sort of thing) is well stocked. The atmosphere is laid back. So happy to have found this place and highly recommend!

Loved the bowling. Auto bumpers for the kids. Its been a while since I went bowling, so I dont know if it is standard now. We spent $80 to bowl and play pool only to have my $90 shoes stolen. Safe to say we will not be returning. Was our first and last time there. Watch out for your belongings.

The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a modern, sleek design that added to the overall atmosphere. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a great time. The bowling lanes were top-notch. The equipment was in excellent condition, and the automatic scoring system made keeping track of our games effortless. The lanes themselves were smooth and well-oiled, allowing for an enjoyable and consistent playing experience. What really set Time Square Entertainment apart was the attention to detail and the additional amenities offered. The comfortable seating areas alongside the lanes were perfect for relaxing between turns, and the music playing in the background added a lively vibe to the whole experience. Disturbing Encounter with Aggressive Employee at Bowling Alley Rating: (1/5) I regret to recount a deeply troubling incident that occurred during my recent visit totimes square Bowling Alley. One of the employees at this establishment displayed highly aggressive behavior, even going so far as to threaten my child. The situation escalated to such an extent that I was compelled to contact the manager. Here are the distressing details of the encounter: Employees Aggressive Behavior Shockingly, an employee of Bowling Alley actively engaged in aggressive gameplay. Instead of providing a welcoming and safe environment, this employee became a source of intimidation and fear. Their excessive competitiveness was directed not only towards other players but also towards innocent children, such as my own. This is going to be my first and last one to visit this place. My experience at this place was extremely disappointing. We had children with us, and unfortunately, one of the employees was playing on another lane adjacent to ours. Not only was he playing aggressively, but he also accidentally hit me with his leg while throwing the ball. He wasnt even sorry!! Instead, he responded defensively by implying that pressing charges against him would be futile and warning us about potential harm to the children. We immediately called the manager for assistance, but to our dismay, the manager was not very helpful. The managers suggestion was for us to wait until the employee finished his turn so that we wouldnt get hurt. For that I do understand the concern for safety! Thankfully, another manager stepped in and acknowledged that an apology was warranted. Overall, this experience was the worst I have ever had at a bowling alley, and I have no intention of returning.

We made online reservations in advance for a Saturday evening outing. Easy to check in and get our bowling shoes. This place is nice and spacious. They have bowling lanes, arcade games, and pool tables. They do serve food and alcoholic beverages. The bar area was very spacious. We had to order our alcoholic drinks at the bar and take them to our bowling lane. You can have your food delivered to your bowling lane once you order it from the snack bar or bar area. The service was great. They added an extra 10 minutes to one of our lanes to finish out the game.
