Good food but expensive. I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. Didn t even finish half when i realized my plate was thrown away by an employee while I wasn t looking. Plus, the receipt showed an automatic 20% gratuity when I couldn t even finish my meal. Wouldn t recommend after this.

The experience I had today at Boozy Bird was amazing! Working in this area it s so hard to find a friendly staff with great pricing and great service. I will now look no further than this location for lunch/dinner. Great prices and great people. This place is right next to my office so I stop by daily while I wait for traffic to die down. This has become one of my favorite bars ever, and I bartended for 17 years so I have high standards. They make you feel like family!! I have to shout out to the GM Chad, he goes above and beyond. Another extra shout out to my girl Giselle, she makes you feel like you re her best friend and NOT in a fake way. She is so genuine and she really has become one of my good friends! I also want to shout out to Chris who brought my favorite dish back on the menu just for me! FYI, it s the pigs in the blanket. You have to try them! I can t say enough good things about this place so everyone needs to check it out!

My favorite place!! The staff is always attentive and friendly, the atmosphere is fun and the drinks/food are always on point. They also host Mario Kart tournaments for free on Tuesdays, which is a blast! During Mario Kart they offer really cool specialty drinks that fit the vibe perfectly. Oh please save yourselves from this place, for one, it s just dirty, but the worst thing that happened, they decided to close out my tab without me signing or tipping. When I went to close out, they said it was already taken care of, almost making me believe that someone else had paid for my tab. The General Manager Rachel was rude and COMPLETELY discriminated against my 3 friends and I. Yesterday on March 24 a group of friends and I (4 total) decided to go have wings at a place my bestfriend recommended. (this was my first time there) When we called to ask when food would stop being served as it was already 930. Rachel told us they stopped at 10 which is what i know now a lie. The website says 11. Either way when we came in we were told she wouldn t be leaving the bar and that we needed to come to her if we needed anything. We still ordered our food within 15 minutes. My white friend ordered 2 green tea shots with an ID that was quite literally taped together. (this is important) after a while the other black friend i was with including me also black decided we would order a drink. My black friend could not decide on what to get, he asked for a drink she could not make and so she suggested maybe something with grape flavoring who orders a mixed drink with grape flavoring?!? It was 100% racial based comment. We let it go. My white friend decided to order another green tea shot and me a shot as well. Her boyfriend who is white went to the bar to tell Rachel she needed a drink (which he couldn t get for her bc he didnt have his id, he doesnt drink) but she is disabled and cannot walk to the bar so he asked her to come take her shot order. When she came she was visibly annoyed and asked for my Id for the shot. I gave it to her, she said she needed to scan it and walked away. When she came back she accused me of having a fake ID and told us she was closing out our tab. She gave the Id back but told us we needed to leave for absolutely no reason. I am 26 with a child. My ID is not fake lol. I even took it to a gas station to have them scan it they said it clearly was not a fake. Rachel is racially discriminatory and didnt feel like doing her job last night. I was disgusted and appalled at how i was treated and even more with how hard it is to get in contact with Rock Libations, Josh Babb, or Sean Calvir. I called the location this morning to get an email contact and was given the run around. I had to contact my Lawyer just in order to find someone who can rectify the incident, either way this does not sit well with me and it won t until ive been given some type of apology. Wish me luck and proceed with caution if you are a person of color.

This place is awesome and the menu is off the hook! They will even let you mix the seasoning for wings and tenders! Try the insanity sauce with the boozy BBQ! Or the Jamaican Jerk with the chimi churri seasoning! So good! The service is friendly and don t forget about the sweet stuff! Their cookies are served warm with a cold glass of milk! Great local sports bar! Must mention the really good crispy sweet potato fries! The tenders are huge! We split 10 of tyem for 3 of us! My first visit to Boozy Bird. I enjoyed it. It s a nice space with lots of TVs, beer pong, pool table, and seating. I like the beer options, good deals on the local cans and good variety. The onion rings and onion dip were tasty. Nice and crispy and hot. The loaded fries were also quite good. Hot and crispy fries with a good amount of toppings. Half the big salad was quite big. And loaded with chicken, ham, bacon, and cheese. A friend for the Buffalo tenders and they looked delicious! Service was great. Very helpful and friendly. Overall I would definitely go back. More beers to try and maybe some more wings.

i took my whole family (wife and i have 6 kids) to an event they had for a Motorcycle Club we associate with, and overall we had a great meal. it s not really a spot for kids but it s not a terrible place to take kids either, wifey and i would have had a better experience at the bar maybe but overall we d come eat here again on a date without the kids. Kid-friendliness: they didn t have crayons so Brad went and scraped up 6 pens to give to my kids instead of just saying they don t have any crayons. He really cared about the kids.

So disappointed in this place because I was really looking forward to trying it. My friend and I arrived and we sat ourselves. The server yelled from the bar to go sit there because she doesn t want to walk over to our table. We did and then the server started telling us about a lot of personal problems in her life. While I felt for her, I felt it was unprofessional to share that information with customers. Then she disappears and we see her on her phone texting and she hasn t even brought my friends water, which we had ordered about 10 minutes prior. Then she disappears again for about 20 minutes and finally came and took our orders. Then we waited another 25 minutes and it hadn t come and she said she was going to go check and instead she started talking about herself to another employee who came in. Finally she brought our food for us and we had complained to a different server that we had been sitting for close to an hour and she came out and showed us the time she put the food in and started arguing with us. I have never had a server ARGUE with us before and we were so frustrated because she could have put our food in 5 mins after we sat down instead of 45 mins later. The only redeeming factor was the food was good and another server was kind to us and gave us 50 percent off. Also, the restaurant has less than 10 people eating at it when we came in. So it was not busy at all. I won t go back because of this one specific server, which is a bummer because it is a cute restaurant.

If you re near the Metrocrest area then you need to come check this place out. Great food, great service, and a really friendly atmosphere. Plenty of tv s, a beer pong area, and plenty of space. We had the Cordon Bleu Chicken Sandwich and Chicken Ranch Sandwich. Both were great. Fries were in point. I will not be going back. The food was decent, as was the atmosphere. My coworkers came once before and stated it was okay, but slow. This time we all left very upset. I sat at a separate table, one of 3 people. Charged an automatic 20% gratuity which was not labeled on a $20 bill, for a coke and an appetizer for lunch. It took them one hour to serve me, and 20 minutes for a coworkers to get a canned beer. Terrible service, mediocre food, outrageous prices. Dont go here if you want a good experience.

In the category, Leave your diet at the door. With this establishments all star management pedigree.....the experience and the food are seriously Top Notch. Last night, a friend, my wife, and I had the chance to see what became of the Chop Shop. We were pleasantly surprised to see it has morphed into a super clean, much brighter neighborhood venue. This area needed a not-too-cavernous, open area sports bar with some cleverly written offerings to fill your palate with an option to entertain your thirst. My first love(of many that night) went to the apps(appetizers)....#1...the Great Balls of Fire(aka....Scottish Egg w/hot cheetos coating). This is a treat that has no equal in the area(.....unless you go to Epcot). My next love came in the form of Chicks in a Blanket(aka not-pigs). The Chicken Apple Sausage was light and unique enough to let the special wrapping become the star of this app.(Im a sucker for well dressed app) While the apps were filling, I was wondering whats next. As time would tell, how about the main event love? For our party, that was between the burger(aka Boozy Bird Burger) - I love the OE egg on top! This burger will cure anyones hunger. Its got plenty of protein. Its filling and tasty. At the same time, my wife was on a wing love tour. She had five flavors running (or lying down) waiting for action: Flavor sauces: 0-4 Buffalo(aka Buffalo Sauce), Jamaican Jerk, Spicy Honey Apricot; Dry rubs flavors: Italian Parmesan and Black Truffle/sriracha; By the way- my wing fav was the Spicy Honey Apricot followed by the Jamaican Jerk. (but with chef from Buffalo.....all the wings are meaty, tasty, and tender!) Fried science: if you like fries, youre going to love their French Fries. At first crisp, your enchanted and hooked at the same time. Crispiness without being too crunchy. The Chef teased us that they use a special treatment to keep it crispy. This.... I like very much! My conservative(Im on daily diet- rant) wife was out on that daily saying. This patio will be ideal as the weather cools, the sun sets, and we want to sit outside as we contemplate the relative topics of the world. On the inside, this restaurant/bar has a nice feel that I would have no problem bringing my young(or old) family to dine & drink here. (I love to see a place that is inviting to more than one generation.) Once again, for Diners, theyll find unique chef prepared offerings of bar food thats far above the normal playing field. For Drinkers, theyll find cleverly written spins of alcohol that will keep things light if wanted or exciting as needed.(not to mention, just hanging out at the bar to people watch is an always present option) Once the eating and drinking has been satiated, dont forget the large screens and games. (Once youve eaten this much, you better move around!) For our friend that invited us , thank you! The environment is for sure a 10/10 You just want a beer after work? The friendly bartenders will get you right. Ask for Braleigh, she s got a hell of a personality. Perfect place for drinks and wings with your group. Lots of entertainment, pool, arcade games and beer pong if you re in the mood for a good time. This place is so much fun! I really enjoyed being able to have a few drinks with my family while my tweens played video games, basketball, and pool. I had a delicious salad with grilled chicken. The appetizer of deviled eggs with a lightly fried chorizo breading is also outstanding. Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids! I was really excited to try out this new spot and was lucky enough to be invited to their friends & family event. My partner & I came in and waited about 45min and were told that they were no longer serving food and we had wasted our time driving an 1 hour out to enjoy the event. We had sat there the whole time watching the owners family get brought everything they wanted while multiple people who were the friends & families of the workers got turned away. We were livid as we had wasted time and gas money to celebrate our friends new job, only to be turned away as the owners family got everything. We will never come back. Absolute disgusting to see!

The chicken ranch sandwich is delicious, the chicken is tender, and the arugula adds great spice and freshness to the sandwich. The great balls of fire from the appetizer menu are ridiculously good. Wow, we loved the layout and the food. Tons of games for both the kids and us to play yet the kids are close so we can see them. For a new place the waiter must have tried all the food because his recommendations were awesome. My son could not get enough of the Mac and Cheese bites! Highly recommend. We will be back!

Food is way better than when they were Chop Shop. No draft beer though. Bathroom was 90 degrees. Staff was friendly, but spent most of the night huddled together. Decent, but I ll probably continue to go to Benders or Last Call, even though this place is 2 blocks from the house.
