This place is surprisingly clean and well taken care of. The place is nicely laid out. One huge negative is parking. They simply do not have enough spaces for the occupancy. We parked across the street, but you may want to get there early or you might be searching for a while.

What a ripoff! The venue is a good size & when decorated right looks nice BUT OMG THE AC DOES NOT WORK!!!!! this is the second time my family has an event there first time was 3 years ago in July and this year in August. 3 years ago we couldn t get them to turn on the AC and it was so damn hot and this time the same thing we thought with a new owner/management maybe they d be nice enough to fix that issue. We couldn t even enjoy dancing because we were dripping in sweat. Bathrooms didn t even have paper towels to dry our hands and some no toilet paper. Guest would leave because they couldn t stand the heat it felt better outside than inside the venue. If thinking about renting this venue please make sure you sign an addendum about the AC before signing the contract. You pay so much money for the venue & the AC is part of the venue!

The Event Center is causing problems in the neighborhood due to the noise. Unfortunately the owners are thinking about profits more than the families in their community.

If you want to have ghetto party this is the spot! Roaches in the bathroom and kitchen, rats in the parking lot, and once word gets out about you having an open bar the whole city shows up!! and not the good ones you want to come! The rent-a-cop constables you get do nothing about random people showing up(how would they know) but once you tell them to leave, well you better be packing and ready to fight. This place is getting more and more well known in the city as the spot to get free booze and party. And dont be surprised if the cops shut it down because the neighbors that live in the area will call them as soon as it hits 10:00 and the music is too loud. Youve been warned.
