I would highly recommend Samuel Whitley! I could not be happier with Whitley LLP Attorney at Law! Samuel helped me set up my investment fund, which was a lot more in depth then I originally thought. He was very quick to respond to emails. He walked me through each document so I would be able to explain them to my clients. I originally thought about using templates that I found online but I am extremely happy that I did not and decided to go with Samuel! With everything else that it takes to get an investment fund up and running, this was one less thing I had to worry about. He was very personable and did not mind answering all of the questions I had during the whole process. Thank you!

I am honored to be the first to review Whitley LLP Attorneys at Law. As a veteran-owned startup business my partners and I found ourselves facing endless blockades in our path as we discovered legal requirement after legal requirement that had to be addressed before pushing forward with what we thought was a relatively simple business idea.
