I was visiting Galveston with my family and we decided to eat something and we went in there I dont recommend it at all. I just happen to read a review about them stealing money. They are not stealing the same thing happen to me. When I went back and looked at my statement I was never charged. So they took their money for the food I had already eaten. If you would take the time and go back and look at your statement you will see you were never charged. It was a glitch in their system. I know the owner and she is not a thief. You are a thief for not paying.

Where do I start? First, the customer service is AWFUL. From the first moment you enter, the lady in front (Mrs. Lidia) greets you with a dying face, looks at you and talks ugly. I think that to work in customer service you should (at least) hide that you dont like serving. On the other hand, I thought the food was very delicious. I ate fish and for my taste it was good, at least I didnt spend money in a bad way. (The only star I gave was for the food) If the owner or someone who works there reads this, I recommend that they work on changing their attitude towards customers.

Called restaurant due to an unauthorized charge being in my debit card when I hadn t been in that restaurant but 1 time almost 6 months ago. I asked to speak to manager and they hung the call. I contacted my bank to create inquiry. Be careful whom ever spends there using your debit/credit card.

If you ever plan of paying your food with credit cards I would not recommend DONOT used it because they would charge you double in the restaurant and when you get home because Idkk why but I have to confronted them in person or in phone but don t have the balls and tell me why . I ordered pollo guisado today. Looked nice with a salad & mushed beans & greasy Maduro plantains. They could have soaked off some of the grease with a paper towel & guisado looked good but bland. I ordered a meat baleada to go. As my friend pulls it outbid the bag, it s a Mexican tortilla! Not the delicious baleada bread. He had a bite & I wanted to try & when I did I told him to spit it out! The meat smelled rancid!! Worst food ever I posted this & THEN went back to read reviews. Anyone.. ANYONE that said this food is good don t know REAL Honduran food. A baleada is NOT a tortilla & people are posting pictures of tortillas. No flavor in the food. Beans should not be mush. This is seriously bad stuff

Since we entered, the place was a little dirty, there was only one waitress, we thought maybe its because shes alone, she couldnt clean. Later we realized that it was also the cook. The truth is, the food was ugly, it felt like it was overheated. The waitress had a terrible attitude when we went. To pay I told her that we were going to pay her because we were honest but the truth is that the food was very poorly prepared, she continued with her bad attitude

I went next door to Pho Thai, wow when I had their flamboiled shrimp vermicelli!!!! Better than my hometown restaurants in Irving TX . No music, awkward environment with just staff working. Fast service and orders made fresh. Galveston police was probably what made it awkward actually.... relax, stop profiling while on break. Would definitely go back.

Went out to Galveston for Fathers Day. Thought we would stop somewhere and try something we have never eaten before. Honduras food popped up. Everyone agreed to it, so we went to try it. We greeted immediately. Once we were seated, we looked over the menu, and all agreed to order different things to sample as much as possible. I ordered the fish, which was fried pretty hard. My sister got the chicken, which was juicy and flavorful, and my dad went with the chicken strips.straps. Overall, the food was good at best. I wish my fish was as flavorful as the chicken as well as moist as the chicken. I may come back only because the service was pretty good. The waitress was really helpful and informative as she explained everything to us. Also, the banana soda were freaking awesome.

The worst Honduran food Ive ever had, so bland, they leave Hondurans down and the restaurant is in a very nice location but the food is horrible, the rice is tough, the slices are sharp and super expensive, apart from the roasted meat, all dry and hard, I dont recommend it at all. The water seemed to be cut off, it came from afar and I tried that food, disappointed, I was left with a pittance of food.

Well this is horrible from the attention when you arrive at the place they no longer serve you at the table you have to order at the cashier the cashier has a bad character they take a long time to bring you the super simple food Catracho doesnt have the zason my husband was never brought his corn tamales and it would be better if we canceled that order. The cupcakes that were ordered were given to me by dad. They didnt have meat. The marriage that comes with the simple fish, by the way, was doughy. The cashier at the time of giving the change gives them candy for the change it seems reheated food that is now served there I will not return there I had terrible service

I ordered two chicken with breast slices, they served me two chicken with leg strips. Very good food. The nice place. But the person who served us was very annoying, treated us very badly, and maybe he didnt feel like working that day. He answered us in a very pedantic manner even though we were polite on repeated occasions to see if his attitude would change. But even the takeout order was left on the table and he didnt tell us that your order is ready, he put it there and when I went to buy another product he said there I put his order and I was waiting thinking that it wasnt ready yet. It was a bad lunch Mouth taste. Because I wasnt alone, I didnt get up with my family. To clarify, I was with friends and family. Before eating, make sure that the person serving is not in a bad mood so that what we did doesnt happen to you. Please do not visit it, be careful not to have bad experiences.

We traveled more than 5 hours from Dallas and among so many places to eat we decided to go to this place that I dont know whether to call it a restaurant, express delivery or daycare. From the moment we arrived, a girl with a terrible character served us, not the brunette but the other one, she moved us from a table that we had preferred to another that we didnt want to start with. Very disgusting without an emotion to his work much less to serve. I wanted to put the Honduran culture to the test that I learned for several months in a restaurant as a cook. I asked them for a simple validity and a special one with roast beef and a chicken with slices I think it is dishonest and dishonorable to call it a Honduran restaurant anything but that. fatal errors Half-heated store tortilla with meat that tasted old and moist, that with the special one, let alone the simple one. Chicken with slices: raw and cold slices, I think the dish should be called CABBAGE with slices and chicken, disgusting dressing. Absolutely delicious food!! I discovered this gem of a restaurant when looking for local ethnic food. We were greeted by the owners Lily and Anthony as soon as we walked in and and never having had Honduran food before, they brought out a little bit of everything for us to try and recommended dishes for us first timers. I was blown away by how great and fresh the food was and the charming atmosphere of the place. The owners are very pleasant and welcoming and we will definitely be back for more. We left there very full with enough leftovers to last us for another couple meals! Highly recommend!

They dont follow COVID guide lines and charged me twice. One without the tip and another with the tip. It wouldnt have been a problem but when I went back after it cleared fom my bank I was met with hostility. Even after showing the owner my account she still didnt care. Had to waste time and energy waiting on hold to speak to my bank.Dont go here, they dont deserve an honest hard working mans money. Negative 40 plus dollars.
