we got there 15 minutes early and were brought back within 5 minutes of check-in. everyone was kind and understanding, my 2 ½ yr son felt very comfortable in the environment. all my concerns were listened to and addressed, hopefully i wont need to but would 100% come back. (they also accept medicaid)

I love this place. I took my daughter for a pink eye and Dr. Cardenas helped us out, shes so sweet and made us feel comfortable. We were in and out in no time, my daughters medication was ready to pick up after we left and her pink eye was gone within 2 days. Thank you guys!

I love this clinic! Everyone here is super nice, they make anyone feel welcome. The best part is that they take Medicaid. When my daughter is feeling sick and her doctor isnt avaliable. I always come to this clinic because they always have available appointments till late hrs.

I took my child here because his PCP was closed and he had been running a fever, I also mentioned that my son kept pulling/scratching both of his ears, he had loss of appetite we were charged $179 for the PA to tell me to just keep giving my son Tylenol and Motrin. I think my first sign to leave and take my child elesewhere was when I was told that his temp of 100.3 wasn t really a fever. I had to take my child to another emergency clinic because his fever wouldn t go down; they were astonished that he was given no medication at his previous doctor s visit. My poor child has an infection in both ears and his throat. I have recommended this location to family and friends before because we have never had a bad experience until now. I will no longer recommend it to anyone I know.

I took my son to Little Spurs urgent care late. He was seen and prescribed 3 different meds I got to the pharmacy and I was told insurance would not cover one of the meds, the most important one and that it there was a generic version but they require an approval from the doctor and that the request had already been sent to just wait for it to come back to the pharmacy, that never happened so I called Little Spurs and asked if they could please resend the RX for the generic version the front desk girl said she would check for me. After waiting all day for her phone call and never getting I called several times and I was put on hold and eventually hung up, after waiting on hold for at least 10 minutes each time the girl came back and said the doctor said I had to go back and pay for a visit in order for her to change the RX to genetic. I told her my son was just seen how can I justify that with the insurance? She said I understand but I just follow orders. I pleaded with her and explained the prescribed medication was very expensive to please write the generic version my son needs the medication but they refuse to do it unless I was willing to pay to be seen. I felt this place has no compassion and is all about greed, all I required was the generic version of the RX but the doctor was so cold blooded and said she required payment to switch the RX.

My 5 yr old hurt his foot yesterday. We thought he could sleep it off. But this morning it was still hurting. I was able to book an appointment the same morning. The staff was friendly and the process was smooth. We got xrays done and fitted with a temporary boot in record time. I would highly recommend Little Spurs for all urgent pediatric needs.

We had an emergency with our little one a few days ago and went to the Irving location. While our child was crying in extreme pain, the front desk staff were laughing and chatting about random things. When I asked to check in, they insisted we fill out insurance information and answer numerous unrelated questions before they would let us see a nurse. Despite the urgency, they showed zero empathy towards our child. Once we finally saw the nurse, she was exceptionally sweet and everything went smoothly from there. However, the front desk staff, a man and a woman, were extremely rude and uncaring. Even after completing all the paperwork, we still had to wait 20 minutes to see the nurse. I would never visit this location again due to the lack of manners and empathy from the front desk staff at a pediatric urgent care .

So kind, informative and helpful. This is the third visit. They are be best doctors we ve seen in the DFW area. From dislocated elbow to a more serious concern for our little one. they were so kind- they put him at ease when he is scared and in pain. I took my son in to get looked at because he had congestion and a very bad cough. The practitioner told us that he looks fine and there s nothing we can do about the cough but wait it out. I was still worried so I took my son to his actual pediatrician the very next morning, and his pediatrician found an ear infection and had concern about his wheezing/coughing, and he then prescribed medicine to help alleviate both. I am not sure how they missed a whole ear infection, but I would not rely on this facility s ability to properly diagnose sickness.

Staff and things with this entity are perfect, tidy and friendly except their RN/Physician Lavonda Mclennan. She was rude and condescending. Not sure why she was in bad mood from the minute she stepped in when the place is empty with no patients.The way she treated my kid was very abnormal. She was very impatient , judgy , annoying , unaccommodating and mainly frustrated from some reason the whole time.She does not want to listen the kids symptoms which was a shock to us and she misjudged my kid arm fracture which is fine sometimes it does happen but her behavior was unacceptable. I stayed calm and patient the whole time just because my kid needs urgent care on a sunday afternoon (06/09/24). I would stay away from her anytime I believe it is a good place for urgent care(except her) and I liked how the doctor called and followed up with us the next day about kids health.

Took my daughter to this location for the first time mainly cause of the raving reviews I read about them. And they did not disappoint! We did not set an appointment, we just walked in. And the wait time was not that bad. Check in process was pretty easy. Dr. Ilham was so patient and professional. She answered all our questions without making us feel rushed. We took our baby yesterday for the first time and the front desk lady was very nice, helpful and fast. Also the nurse was the sweetest and very gental with our baby. We came on a Saturday and they were busy making it so we had to wait a bit to be seen by the doctor despite having done an appointment online. However, the front office staff is very friendly and so was the nurse. The doctor was knowledgeable and friendly as well. It s incredible I have to be calling numerous times just to get my daughters prescription I m wasting my time taking trips to the pharmacy using my lunchtime just to get my daughter her medicine and still nothing to this time ! My best opt at this time is take her to a different clinic who will do there job !

The staff were very nice and polite and very patient from the time we walked in the doctor was very concerned about my kid s health she did not over talk us or rush through my kids examination she asked questions and she listened to all of my concerns as a parent I would definitely bring my kids back here in the future when they are not feeling well.

I took my daughter in the evening time here for the first time and wow I m just blown away at how wonderful all the staff was from calling when I was having trouble setting the apt online to checking in. The front staff was so nice! The nurse was so gentle and sweet with my eight year old special needs daughter. The Dr. took her time listening to all my concerns and really took her time to figure out what was wrong. Definitely will be back!

I thought this urgent care would be full of patients with slow service. I was totally wrong. Quick service, friendly doctors and assistants that greet you with a smile. The doctor was efficient and the visit didn t take long at all. I found a hidden gem with this pediatric urgent care office. Little Spurs is the best!!!

Both our kids had coughs but the toddler had terrible congestion. During, triage the nurse noticed his blood oxygen was low with the toddler and they took immediate action. The practioner was notified and they proceeded to quickly treat him. . We had a pleasant experience with the nurse and practioner which was very impressive. They made sure that we understood all that we needed to do when we went home and incase of our xhild getting worse. They have an amazing team here. I highly recommend this urgent care

Took my kid to get him checked by the doctor and had me waiting for 50 minutes , and no one was in the waiting area , the front desk lady kept telling me 5 minutes and kept lying , don t waste your time at this failing place .

We were late, my child forgot shoes , and even better, we showed up to the wrong location (it was a Monday ). The lady at the desk was amazing and got us in quickly. The nurse was smiling and happy and efficient. The dr was quick and friendly and made my son feel less nervous. It was a great experience!
