Ordered a Torta dinner but didn t realize they had a Torta combo on the right side of the menu. Obviously I made a mistake because I never knew they had a Torta combo because I always get the dinner. The dinner is $11.99 and the combo is $13.49. The difference is avocado and fries with the combo. I wanted the dinner with rice and beans. When we told the girl, RUTH, about the mistake that I didn t want fries she said, you said the combo. We said sorry we meant the dinner. She said because you said dinner I would have to charge you for the beans and rice. Now I understand we ordered the wrong thing but why would you charge me more for a meal that is cheaper for the rice and beans? I told her I don t want the fries but you re going to charge $4.96 for beans and rice?? How does that make any sense?? Okay I get it but obviously it was a mistake so why not just allow me to get the beans and rice without an additional $5 charge? Just tell me, now you know the difference so you won t make that mistake again. So if you make a mistake now y all know, when y all read this, to tell them the right order or they will charge you extra. This is not customer service. Don t worry everyone they won t respond because they don t care. So many reviews that are unanswered.

Though I love the food, I will most likely not be returning. I ordered enchiladas and then asked if I wanted salsa and sour cream on them. This is a question I have never been asked in all the time I have come here. When I answered no, the employee facial response bothered me. They the 4 employee started speaking only in Spanish... the result giving me my order without red sauce on the enchiladas. When I went back in to get my order corrected, they laughed at me and said the sauce and salsa were the same. Which it is not. They gave me dirty looks as I waited for them to correct my order. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she wasnt here. As I walked out, the employee Juan, who took my order, said that next time, order it right. Unprofessional service ridiculous

Not fancy but nice Clean place, very friendly customer service and the food is as close to authentic as it gets to Mexican food in this area. Taste is great and portions a large, provably one of the last places left where you can have a nice sit down mean around $10. I make the 35/40 minute drive there from home every chance I get, worth it!

Decided to try this place out for the first time. The food tasted good and they gave good portions, although both my quesadilla and my husbands burrito were dripping in grease (pics attached) We didnt finish our food because it wouldve messed up our stomachs. Other than that, the food was good but we probably wont be returning.

I dialed to place an order and the girl at the counter picked up the phone but didnt answer; He hung up, I dialed again 3 times and it sounded like the phone was hanging up, I guess he did it so the calls wouldnt come in; I love the food but the service is terrible and if I am a frequent customer I will no longer go back, at least to the branch in Lewisville I think the store manager should do his job better with the employees.

The worst barbacoa I ve ever ordered. It was supposed to be for my 12 month old, but we threw it out and didn t serve it to her. We also ordered pozole, but were given menudo with meat only. Husband ordered himself the quesadilla plate, meat and cheese only, but was given a quesadilla with everything in it. My husband did go back and they fixed the pozole/menudo mistake, but still cannot get over how awful the barbacoa was.

Worst breakfast that i ever had. Fajita and eggs its just the name. Basically its eggs with some terrible minced beef. Can even call it asada because no flavor or seasoning or not a steak because its 70% percent trash such as fat and chewable rubber. Fajitas are usually veggies sautéed with meat. Service is nice , lady tried to fix it and brought me veggies! First and last time here. People are just tasteless and would eat anything like animals

I love Mexican food. Especially, Asado dishes as I have eaten that dish in multiple countries. The whole reason for making a 43-minute trip was for me to try the Asado De Puerco dish. It looked great but was completely without taste. No heat or flavor. We also got the fajita taco plate. That was reasonably good. The atmosphere was open and clean. The service was provided by two young women who were smiling and engaging. In summation: it was ok but not worth me traveling 40 minutes again.

On Saturday I came around 6pm and ordered Pozole and tacos. Afterwards my order was ready but they were only tacos. They told me that there was no pozole anymore and I asked them why they waited until the last one to tell me that they already gave me the tacos and they gave me He said that it seems that the cashier forgot a skinny boy who had his headphones in his ear. It was so fire and authentic. Yes Im white but I married my husband who is first generation Chicano. I know authentic.the carnitas were so good and juicy. The salsa was nice and picoso. Fresh salad bar of pico, jalapeno, onion and cilantro. My kids tore it up. We took left overs and ate them as soon as we got home

Great selection of tacos! I also got their salsa and chips. The salsa was surprisingly really good. My brother ordered the nachos and the toppings and cheese was rather disappointing and he has wished he ordered what I got. I tried the carne asada, carnitas and the barbacoa tacos.
