Customer Service at this location is top tier!! The food always fresh just left mins ago trying the T-Pain meal omg the food was so hot as in fresh and good AF!!! The drive thru cashier was really sweet as always . I live about 7 mins away from this location so I m always there but I felt the need to write a review cause the service is always 10+ stars!! Some places the service start out good that get really bad but this location it s always really good!!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!

I just left here , I waited like 20 minute approximately to order , when I drove up to the window there was a car in front of me waiting , was about 30 minutes then they drove off. I didn t see them getting their food. After they had left, we waited again for someone at the drive thru window for a while, no one came to the window to greet, I only see one male filling up his own drink. Like no one didn t care about us. I feel like they taking order at the drive thru and would go hide in the back. So the customers can leave. The lady that took my order was very very rude, like if you don t like your job don t come to work.they need better customer service. I wanna rage this a 0 start but it won t let me. Never coming here EVER AGAIN!

I was having a rough day and came to visit due to a coupon. The lady who took our order was the most pleasant person Ive encountered in years. She dealt with my indecisive children ordering and really lifted all our spirits. I hope she gets continued blessings all her life.

Horrible experience, I waited a bit before saying Hello at the drive thru, then was screamed at Mam I ll be with you, give me a moment . I figured she was overwhelmed with an order, waited a full 5 minutes then pulled up to see if there were customers being tended to. There was one vehicle, so I reversed back to place the order. I was screamed at again Mam had already told you was going to help you, I saw you pull forward and then back! Can you wait a moment?? I told her they were taking longer than usual, then got screamed at again.. I told you to wait!! Another girl came on and tried to calm the situation down by apologizing. I asked for the manager and she said that the one screaming was the manager to my surprise. I did say that there was no reason to scream, and that she was showing poor leadership skills and what example was that to her employees. Then she proceeded to say you know what I refuse to serve you . At that point I didn t want food anymore fearing to get spit in my food. I pulled over to get the address to I can review, well she then shot the fingers at me. I mouthed she should be ashamed of herself, because there is no need for foul language or this conduct at all. There was only one order in front of me, if there is an issue, just say the truth. Most people would understand if there s an issue and appreciate the communication. Then they can decide whether they stay or go. All this wa uncalled for. This was the first time I had any issues here. Even my 5 yr old said why is that lady screaming?

I never know when theyre open. Online says they close at midnight. Drove there at 11 and theyre closed. Hours on the window say they close at 10. There have been at least two other times I went before 10 and they were closed early.

Burgers are very small now, tried to exchange 2 small for one larger and they refused. I was willing to pay any difference. Just got a refund for everything. Now more food wasted, more money lost. Poor management decisions.

I dont care what anyone says, checkers has not failed me. I am not the typical last minute fast food grabber but if I do it s always checkers. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and small fries (they were only accepting cash). Immediately after driving out of the drive thru I crunched into the fries. Wow, familiar taste along with the warmness of it. I couldnt believe how fresh they tasted. I got home, fries half gone, poured ketchup from the packets provided and immersed my mouth into the spicy chicken sandwich. Again, a repeat of the fries. Wow! Amazing how fresh everything tasted at such a time (9:36pm when I ordered) Shout out to the employee to what I suspect was a manager because of her demeanor and service, she gave me free cheese #win

I love Checkers food, but the service is just below average and needing so much improvement. why? because they cant even provide the basics - availability of items, proper communication and accuracy. there have been several times when the item we ordered were out of stock only to be advised AFTER they took the order or there are missing items when we do drive thru or delivery for the out of stock items, they did refund us, but why is this even happening? inventory or stock take is a daily to do list so if an item is out of stock, the crew should be made aware.

Went the other night and the lady at the window had the bigggggggest attitude of all. We ordered at the drive thru but apparently it was so muffled I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. I suppose that annoyed her more than me and it went down hill. At what point do fast food address the issue and teach their employees to recognize there s an issue and accommodate. I had to keep saying it s muffled I don t understand and she was repeating all my items wrong. But I m also giving them a two because they will lock the doors in your face. Not take orders 10min before closing. Like they are absolutely lazy at this checkers. Just don t go.
