Ashley Marie was a great help with walking me through their new randstad@work app. She was super pleasant on the phone when going over the different openings and is getting me to work In a matter of days since we first spoke. Just adding to the review, but got to say not the best at answering the phones. I called 19 times in one day until someone answered. This past time I got the pleasure of speaking with Jackie Soto, she was very helpful and understanding of the situation and quickly tried helping me the best she could at this time with the very little information we have at this time.( UPDATE) They never answer the phone, only the people the help out with the app answer the phone, a their not even recruiters so it don t help at all. The app only haves jobs that are so far away from me it don t make any sense to take it. You will literally e losing money just to work there! Unless you go to the office don t expect anything from them anytime soon!

So I went here over a week ago looking for work. I get offered a position, i accept, i show up do the drug test and paperwork and get verbal confirmation that i would be starting my assignment that coming Thursday at Ramp Logistics. Okay good. So I show up on said day on time to the job location only to be told that they never sent for anyone from Randstad. I get a call later saying they never told me to show up when in fact I was told the same day I did my drug test to show up Thursday. That was the most frustrating part of the whole ordeal then they later tell me they would be calling me to offer other positions and here we are a week and a half later and still no calls. I d rather be told we don t have anything or that they don t want to hire me then to be stringed along like this. Completely unprofessional. So far this randstad branch has been the worst one I have dealt with. The other two prior ones I have worked for have been amazing but this one here I wouldn t recommend. Do not waste your time at this branch.

Not pleased at All they gave Me a Production Job for deluxe that was 35 minutes out .. from where I am . If you dont work fast on orders, u are fired. Jackie the recruiter she talk with you good when you first start after that she doesnt respond I had to email others plus they dont give you holiday time in a half when you work here they did a 1 time for me after that no more this around Christmas and new years ...also they dont answer calls alot and now they have this on going texting me for payroll most of the people work for them are young people in theyre early 20s they s were lat with my pay Friday I even call them and told them on Friday I didnt get paid until next day on instant card .

Do not choose this location if you need work. They are very rude and look at you crazy. Charlie Goss always send me emails but never reply. He also set me up an interview to work that was zoom. And never made it to the zoom meeting. Not once but twice. So when o called the location he mysteriously was on lunch. I can tell that it s more younger people in that office or they just don t care at all really. If I was you all I ll save my time and energy instead of going to this location. This is for Randstad with Citigroup Las Colinas I was hired through Adecco staffing for a certain position but there were too many communication issues regarding start date. A month or so later I applied for the same position through Randstad speaking with Carol informing her of those issues in which she stated they were better than Adecco LIES!!! It took them almost 2 months to inform me via text from one of her minions to check my email for status in which it said I didn t meet their criteria. I honestly feel like there is some type of HIPPA violation but I m not going to get into that on here. Communication was actually worse than Adecco. Carol called and hung up up and when I called back she said oh I didn t mean to call you I asked for any updates and nothing. I asked for reasoning behind the No when I was given the yes a month or so prior for the same position and I got nothing SHAME ON YOU RANDSTAD!

Onboarding process is smooth but I can never get in touch with the staff here, they never answer the phone. Last time I had to contact Randstad, I had to call them 30 consecutive times to get a hold of someone just to correct my hours for the week that I worked I ve come back to this review several months later and nothing s changed, these people still don t answer the phone. A cousin and I did a walk in at Randstad two weeks ago, when I walked in , there were several recruits just sitting there looking. No one asked or acknowledged me until I walked out and came back in. The lady who first tried to help was very sweet. However Vivian then tells the lady I got her and ask me to sit with her instead ! Worst mistake ever!! Vivian had me to sign all paper work, take a drug test, and gave me a hire date for a job which ended up being pointless. Afterwards she told me she would send a confirmation email to start work. Hours fly theres no email, I called maybe 3 times to see if she had forgot and all they would say is oh shes on lunch or she will get back with you shortly. I never heard from her since then, I truly dont recommend Ms Vivian as your recruiter. My rent depended on that job and the inconsideration is real.

They told me to show up to orientation i showed up and waited 1 hour just so a male could tell me that they were gonna email me and resquedule me (i never got an emai). I then went to manpower and got an orientation with them i showed up and they told me i wasnt eligable for hire because ranstand terminated me for not showing up when i was their and they told me they were gonna resquedule me never happened. Now i cant get rehired with any agency and ranstand has impeded me from getting employment. The person at the job site didnt seem bothered when he was told about my situation im at a loss now thanks to ranstand they terminated me for showing up to orientation and being told to get resqueduled for it but the email never came. If anyone from ranstand can help me get this situation fixed ill leave a better review

This the worse temp agency I have found for my husband. The Irving location have had multiple employees one day they are there and the next they are gone. Nobody every reply back to your emails or answers the office phone. But then want to get a attitude bc we calling so much and calling them out about not answering and having to repeatedly keep calling and leaving voicemails and never getting a call back . This company will send you out to a job and if your back ground isn t up to their standards they will end your assignment in the middle of it and fire you. Which is very unprofessional bc any company should run the background at the beginning and if you know prior to giving a non back friendly job you should know what that person is able to work and not work! Ive been dealing with Randstad since 2020. First dealt with Chip. Good experience. Beware of Christian. This guy spoke with me once and did not ever get back with for a job that was supposed to start ASAP. Cant get anyone on the phone. And Ive been trying for a few days now. Maybe they screen calls?? This is highly unprofessional. Before Christian i dealt with Jayla whom ghosted me as well. Someone needs to hold these people accountable for dropping the ball and not holding up their end of job courtesy and professionalism.. Communication should NOT be this hard. Its 2022 people!! And yes.. I have kept my receipts to show proof of everything I have said here.. emails included. Not 1 person has reached back out to me! Going on 4 days!!

The assignment I worked at (Penske, GP Texas location ) was very unprofessional. I worked my full 90 or equal to hours worked for the hiring process and my assignment ended due to miscommunications. Plenty of times when I was left alone and stayed over and performed tasks with out hesitation. I was asked to come in early but due to some employees complaints about extra hours was asked to not come early. I started coming in at my regular time and noticed that fellow employees on my shift still decided to come in early so I then would come in and help out along side with my shift. I asked was it okay to a manager and he approved it. My assignment ended due to me coming in early/ and not getting along with fellow employees. while others still came and in early and left early I was singled out. I was stereotyped but that never got addressed and they used that against me having an attitude . Once my assignment ended Randstad gave me a run around for another assignment. I worked along side Chip and Vivian for this assignment.

My experience with this company been horrible! I dont have felonies, misdemeanors or Tickets so why they havent put me to work? I called and only get voice mail, they filling up my inbox with emails saying I need to complete my on-boarding but when I log in, the 2 uncompleted item says waiting on HR and if I do get to talk to someone, its who is your recruiter? I should have just went with Pride and got at Hellofresh... I honestly wanted to like this company but theyre unorganize!

If their was a option to put no stars I would definitely put no stars. I got one job with them was with that job for 3 weeks until my alternator went out on Monday morning , that whole week I cAlled went up to the office and emailed multiple employees didn t get a response back until Friday. And then got another job the following week bc due to my alternator still not working I had to let go of that one assignment so I got another this past week suppose to start last wed , Tuesday night my radiator went out. Dont nobody expect for their car just to stop working. So Ms.Hannah & Ms.Viviana declined me to not work with them bc I was having car troubles. I even offer to show proof of the things I had to buy to fix my car and they still denied to help me. They NEVER answer the phones somebody always on vaca when you get mail them. It takes days to get email replies. This office for this randstad is not one I would recommend at all.

I applied there for a bakery job I was told I would be getting paid 17$ per hour and when they sent me the start details it said $16. They never spoke to me about changing that and I called them right after I seen that and they didn t pick up and it wasn t even 5 yet so I know they were still there. Since they didn t answer I emailed them and they just decided to ignore me.

Every time I had a question here or needed something no one never answer the phone and my first paycheck never came in it took them 4 days to fix it me and my family was staying in a motel at that time and we know how motels can be when it comes to paying rent so do to that I had to leave and then there was a misunderstanding with one of my hours that basically got me fired due to miscommunication and with Randstad you cant communicate with them because they never answer the phone just so many problems and errors with this place I dont know if its the company or just this particular place they have bad job options jobs that no one wants to do every time I call them no one answer and when they do answer they never have good jobs for me not sure if they are just saying that to get off of the phone but as I can see this is not a good place they treat you as just a number
