I was going to sign 1 year probation but, Mr Anthony mendoza looked over my case and told me we was going to move for a dismissal and he did all charges dismissed great attorney and really cares about his clients I would highly recommend.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Whatever you do stay far away from Mr. Mendoza. He s good about taking your money and not returning your phone calls, but that s about it.

If you want a lawyer who returns your calls or emails, this is not the guy. You will never hear one word from him after your consultation. He will give you all the hope in the world , that he can help your situation, then completely ignore you. If you like wasting your time, give him a call. He probably wont answer though

He is the worst lawyer Ive ever had!!!failed to communicate with you I hired him for 2 cases, I felt that he was against me, on my first case agreeing with the state . He does not care if u are guilty or not he does not do his job at all . wont even talk on the phone when it is convenient, Im having to get a hold of him on his time only. my time when I need to speak doesnt even exist.

I hired him to solve my partners case and the truth is that he did nothing, we never spoke with him in person, what kind of lawyer does not speak in person with his client !!? This man does not fight to win your case in the end we asked him for a refund because he did nothing and they did not return it. for me this is an incompetent lawyer who only steals money.

I do not recommend them at all, they are useless, do not spend your money in that office, bad service, bad defense, a lawyer who, when you hire him, never makes an appointment to talk to you as a client about the case, you have to be begging him to work on your case. case they dont take interest in cases they are only interested in money. When the lawyer finally makes an appointment to speak with you days before a court, it is only to tell you the deal that the prosecutors office is offering, regardless of how that may affect you. In my opinion and in my experience in that office I can assure you that they are not a good defense, do not waste your money, please look for lawyers who care about your case and who are always interested in the best benefit for you.

He took our money, did little to no work to help my case, increased in price, gave two different answers as to why the increase happened. Now that I questioned his character and ethics he says total amount for the work he did cost $4,500. Even though he said the 4,500 we paid him was to bail me out? His story does not add up and I will be reporting his name to the law board

We hired Mr. Mendoza s office after a family member recommended him. He got us the maximum possible settlement and he was able to reduce our bills by a SUBSTANTIAL amount after a drunk driver hit us head-on. The process can be long depending on the insurance(s) willingness to agree and investigate but that s not the lawyers fault. We are very satisfied with Mr. Mendoza s service and attention to our case.

I made a mistake and got a court appointed lawyer which was mr. Mendoza. Before the trail started he asked me how much probation I want it. He wanted to throw the towel in the ring before the trail started. He did not put a good defense. He did not do nothing for me and was chewing gum and on his cell phone checking out Yahoo news. Be careful if you get this man as a court appointed attorney .

Mr. David Mendoza won our case today. It was a complex and difficult case with 3 counts of assault with a deadly weapon with punishment ranging from 5 years to 99 years in prison. He was able to prove that there are two sides to every story and brought both sides to light. Buddy Mendoza was found NOT GUILTY on ALL 3 counts and is tremendously grateful to Mr. David Mendoza for all of his efforts and expertise needed to win this case. Justice was served today! Thank You Mr. David Mendoza!
