If I could give a zero star I would my girlfriend did a whole 12 hour shift stopped for tacos,the lady repeated the order back 3 times,just for her to get the bag of food and the order is completely wrong ordered a plate beans and rice,she gave her double rice and said out of beans when should have said that before paying, told her she forgot to tell her!!!! She didn t forget to take the money..then say last minute no sauces when paid extra for sauces when there is no sauce,then wouldn t even refund the food when it was nothing she ordered!!!!!!will not be returning will do better at fuel city $25 down the drain for some dry tacos and a bunch of dry rice

Used to love ordering food from here but after getting hung up on and not even getting a pricing confirmed, I definitely wont be returning. This spot is in the Valero gas station, but they make very good food. Great bang for your buck as they have large portions. Its pretty authentic as well. I love the burrito here, but expect it to be a little messy when you eat it because it is huge and stuffed full. Takeout only. Parking: At a gas station so not too many spots.

Man this place is amazing! Quick service and delicious food. If you are coming home from a trip out of DFW stop by. Located inside of the gas station but pay at the taco counter. Omg where do I start! This place is AMAZING the food is so good and well worth your money. They don t skimp you out on NOTHING make your food exactly how you ask for it. I ve had the burritos, tacos, quesadillas and the cheese fries with trompo meat, they never miss! The times I ve showed my friends the food I ve ate they say the food looks good and if they tried it they said it s so good or delicious. It s a nice little hidden gem in the gas station. I wish they would add Carne Asada as a meat option love me some of that with trompo meat .

The food is excellent!! I have eaten at several taquerias around Fort Worth, Irving and Euless and the seasoning at this Taqueria is truly the best. Ive tried all of their tacos but Tripa and Trompos are my favorites. The price is very good. I hope they can deliver soon, but its worth the trip to Taqueria Charly! I absolutely loved the food from Taqueria Charly, I would go very often for the breakfast tacos. I recommended the tacos for a company lunch, and order two days in advance calling to confirm the order the day before and an hour before. When I got there it took them over 30 minutes to provide me with my order, which defeated the purpose of me ordering in advance I rushed back to work to find that I was missing the rice and beans with the order. I called to inform them I was missing that part of my order, and I was told they do not provide refunds I can come pick up my rice and beans but I technically I got them for free because it was a special. I ordered a large amount of tacos, and my fellow employees were so upset that we didnt get the complete order, this definitely wasnt the response I was expecting due to the service I received today I will not be going back.

Excellent tacos! Inside the gas station. Tried the Al pastor tacos from the trompo. Also tried carnitas tacos(Michoacán style)-very flavorful, nice orange citrus based flavor, rich flavor and not over cooked/dry at all. The Al pastor were shaved off the trompo in the way I prefer a lot of places get that wrong, still could ve been slightly more thinly shaved but solid. Tortillas were good. Salsas excellent, loved the sweated onions on the side too, always my favorite. Have tried a lot of other places over the winter all around DFW and have been disappointed in quality, but these were awesome and up there with some of the better taco spots I ve been to. Def will be back (close to the airport too) and highly recommend. Tacos are $2.59 each.

The street tacos were quite literally the best Ive ever had, Im from Dallas and Im going to be driving to Arlington regularly just to get tacos from this place. Very good food in taste! We bought a very delicious trompo cake and trompo tacos. The tacos were missing the pineapple and the tortilla was a little browner but other than that everything was very good. The cashiers service was a bit unpleasant, without smiles and very angry. When asked for 2 extra sauces he replied very rudely that it was extra money. The tacos were $2.25 each and they didnt even want to give us another sauce.

This place lost a sale and a customer from 2 not great experiences. Lets start here; the food is good. But, its Texas and you can find good Mexican food anywhere. This place just happens to be two blocks from my residence. The first time I went, I ordered a beef taco and chicken burrito but received a beef taco and beef burrito. I shouldve said something then, but I thought to myself, if its good, Ill go back and try the chicken. I went back and ordered a chicken burrito, went outside to pump my gas and didnt remember I even ordered the burrito until it was closing time. I went back and they told me they threw it away because it was at the end of the day. Which I honestly understood. I wouldve been ok with the loss had they not told me I could come back the next day and get it. I apologized and thanked them for their kindness. I come back today knowing that this could go one of two ways. If they kept their word, I was ready to order more to show my gratitude. But after five minutes of waiting and how ever many phone calls, they told me I could not get it. Understandably disappointed, I did not argue. I said ok with an eye roll and slight attitude, and just walked out.

I am excited that I have found this taco shop relatively close to where I work. If you truly like secret food spots that the average person is not going to find, you have to add this spot to your list. That does not mean that it will not be busy, because once you have had their tacos once your will be coming back. Today was my first time and I realized by the time I was done eating that I will be heading back next week. I got two tacos to give them a try. I chose to get a carnitas taco and a barbacoa taco. I took them back to the office, open my container, and tasted the meat by itself. It was amazing! The meat was juicy and flavorful on its own. Once you add the onion and cilantro, drizzle it with a little of their amazing hot sauce and you are in heaven. My only regret is that I did not get a Trompo Taco as well. Something to look forward to next week!
