Great cinematic theater in Edinburg, TX. First thing that was awesome about this place is that its almost nesttled hiding behind other restaurants and gives a privacy feel. I like that theres loungin areas after the entrance and it was very clean and well taken care of. The prices are standard to what you would expect at a theater in 2024 but big portions in drinks and popcorn. I heard the burgers were good too, but didnt get to try them. Second best thing, they bring you your food that you ordered (must be in legitamite seats bough, I learn that when me and my little one moved for better seating and they left our food at our original seats. Lol) which is a great convenience. Third, the people there were really nice and courteous, and helped out even without us asking (a lady at the register helped my daughter with paper towels after rest room break). A+ Review. We will be coming back on the regular!

Went to the movies today with the family, towards the end of the movie my brother-in-law was pulled aside by the officer. My brother-in-law was racially profiled. The officer stated that he looked suspicious and fit the description. Suspicious of what? Fit the description of what? Just a family trying to enjoy a movie. This was very sickening, and a great way to ruin a Friday night. Please do better.

This is by far my favorite cinema to visit in my area, I love their amazing chicken nachos, they are si flavorful and filling, they are one of the main reasons why I go to the cinema. The seats are very comfortable, however I dislike that they charge you extra when purchasing the tickets online, for me that is unacceptable.

First time coming to the cinema, but I wasnt disappointed. The service I received was great, from the ticket sales personnel to the person at the concession stand. My son left his headphones and cell phone there, and we didnt realize it until we got home. When I went back, the girl who helped me, Cris, went above and beyond to help me look for them. We found both the cell phone and headphones. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Love this nice and quiet cinemark, prefer the seats here, I am not a fan of other theaters having the lazy boy chairs, rather not see people asleep and hearing them snore, my family loves coming here every time especially on Xmas days, best cinemark in edinburg

This is one of my favorite theaters to visit.. but I really need to know when the practice of asking for tips at the concession stand started? Never seen this in all my yrs of going to movie theaters. I thought it was against Cinemark policy. This definitely wasn t a thing in the past. Concessions are already over priced at theaters as it is but now you re asking for tips from people? I can maybe see justification for a tip if my food is being delivered to my seat but not at the concession stand where I m the one doing all the carrying. Tipping culture is getting out of hand. Here s a tip:get rid of those awful looking tip jars at the concession stand counter.

Great place to watch movie but the food my wife and I had earlier was likely tainted and bad. Several hours later, we are having stomach pains and vomiting. I probably wouldn t order an actual meal from here again.. just gonna eat actual food at restaurants that can cook properly.

We live minutes away from 3 Cinemark theatres and the Cinemark Bistro is our go to location, its preferred due to less crowds, comfortable seats with trays, and on occasion -depending on time and later plans- well opt to dine inside the theatre. Todays experience was uncomfortable because 30-40 minutes prior to our movie ending a staff member was inside our theater awaiting our departure, we felt stared upon and rushed. Id be understanding if it was a full theater but it was only 2 of us in there and we had packed up our leftovers and separated our trash to dispose of accordingly. Movie and foods are pricey nowadays but we go for the movie watching experience so dont mind paying but dont appreciate being watched as were trying to enjoy our food and the movie, then hurried to leave. Todays experience was most uncomfortable.

Great experience! I love the bistro movies! They have an xl popcorn that you can get a free refill! The burgers there are delicious and they come with fries. The rest rooms were very clean, the lobby really clean, and everyone was very nice and welcoming.

Great Experience wish chairs were recliners. Only bad experience was couple sitting behind Us they were talking and tapping their feet on floor throughout the movie, wasnt that many people in the theater maybe 10 people, was ready to move to other seats just to be able to enjoy the movie

I love the seats, super comfy and cozy, they also sell blankets in the front but you cant recline them also its very small when your buying the tickets and in line for snacks! Btw they charge from 1 yr Olds and up only a $1 difference from a adult ticket.

Only place Ill go as you can choose your seat when buying tix and the food is good. -1 star cause if you order something that needs to be brought out to your seat, they wont bring any extras you paid for (like extra ranch or something) unless you leave them a tip. I go pretty much all the time so its def not just a coincidence lol

Love the ambiance. Not classy though seeing people in jammies walk in with blankets to watch a movie. There are living rooms for that. Other than the enabled informalities, sound system good, staff nice and professional. They just need to dust the silver screens. You can see layers of dust while the movie is playing inside around the top edges *Keep it classy and respecftul.

This is a beautiful cinemark. The menu is wide with more options than your usual cinemark. You can order hot food and have it delivered to your seat when its ready. The large popcorn comes with a tear-off ticket on the side of the bucket for a free refill of popcorn. The seats are equipped with swivel tabletops that include a cup holder. The theaters are clean and neat. The seats are comfortable and material is not torn or cracked. The restrooms are large and clean. The staff is kind and professional. I would love to come back to this location. It was worth it.

My family loves to come here very often. This place is always clean and comfortable. My kids love it here. The chairs are comfortable but are not considered luxury loungers other than that it is a great theatre really close to home. Food and popcorn always taste fresh and beverages are cold.

One of the best theaters in the area. Theater is well maintained, clean restrooms. Courteous and attentive staff. Theater seats have no distance in between each other, seats do NOT recline. The photos are very deceiving. And Bistro really? It s a basic movie theater snack concession that might have some hot dogs and an always over cooked flat bread pizza but this is hardly a bistro theater. The theater was very old looking and feeling, and the employees who clean the theater are a joke. We went in there too soon before they had a chance to clean up from the last showing so we went to wait in the tables are for a half hour, went back in and they basically swept all the popcorn and food trash under the seats where everything remained. There was nasty food hand prints on the sides of seats and they didn t recline at all, I mean at all. I should have brought a folding chair, would have been better off. This was the first time I ve been to this theater and will be my last.

My son and I love going to this theater! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the rewards program and find it a great value especially when I earn free movie tickets and get a discount on concessions. I find that their bacon cheddar burger is so good and often order it when Im there. I also love the option to order our tickets and food through the app and have the food delivered to us at our seats.
