I had a modification case recently and chose Duggan & Associates based on an attorney friends recommendation. I am very grateful for the amazing work they did. Ryan was very patient with my questions and explained facets of the case in a way that I could understand. His thoughtful advice helped me navigate a desirable outcome. I was searching for a family attorney, had consultations, and no one clicked. Jaime Duggan was recommended to me, and let me tell you: our consultation was amazing, she was honest, answered all my questions, we were able to talk numbers - which for some reason no one wants to tell you how much things will cost - as well as walked me through the process. Ryan Belcher was the attorney assigned to my case, and he was nothing short of incredible. Very patient, very knowledgeable and incredibly kind. Dealing with legal matters is stressful enough, and I am so glad I was able to work with him. Forever grateful to the Duggan family as well as to Ryan. Could not recommend them enough! Consult, ask your questions, pay your deposit and they will take good care of you.

Duggan & Associates handled my case and did an amazing job. Ryan Belcher and others on the team as well are super helpful and friendly. They are great with communication and updates on your case. They work hard to get everything done for you in a timely manner and are very understanding about payment arrangements. I am so, so glad that I found Jane Duggan and Ryan Belcher to help me with my divorce. After weeks spent talking to a range of laughably stereotypical-salesman kind of lawyers, along with a few more helpful, but still outrageously priced attorneys, Jane was immediately empathetic, thorough, and reasonable. She helped figure out a plan that was right for me, and then passed my case to Ryan, who was equally amazing. Ryan helped break down every step of the process with deliberateness, clarity, and promptness, with ample kindness and no hint of impatience at my rookie-questions. Their front office was equally amazing; when I had a hiccup in the process I was able to call and get very kind and helpful advice and direction immediately from Jane and her staff. Suffice to say, divorce is not something that I would wish on anyone, and is something that I hope I never go through again. Further, the mob of predatory attorneys and the complications of the legal process could make an already stressful life event even worse. But I am incredibly thankful that I came across Duggan and her team, and am equally grateful for all their help. They were perfect, I have absolutely no complaints, and I would recommend them to anyone in Dallas needing their services.

As a lesbian mom, I had no idea that I would have to adopt my son legally even though we were married before he was born and I was on the birth certificate. Unfortunately it was reality. Jaime was amazing from the first meeting, until our day in court when the judge legally granted my adoption. She made the process simple and in a timely manner. She also showed so much compassion for my situation and the fact it was ridiculous that I even had to do this. In my eyes Jamie will always be a part of my family because legally she made it complete.

This law firm was immensely helpful as they strove to amend and correct my birth certificate. Their staff was very understanding, patient, and professional. They handle various other issues, as well, for people in Texas. This firm is outstanding and I can only think of one other Texas-based firm in Houston that was this hardworking and empathetic to its clients.

I really wanted to like this company but was very j happy at how quickly they spent my money reviewing things 2 - 3 times and sending emails on my behalf. Retainer was gone quick and nothing was resolved. Definitely seems like the backend times were inflated. If you want a chihuahua use these guys. If you want a court room bull dog, go elsewhere.
