Beautifully maintained outdoor one of a kind Statues of Wild Mustangs on the run through a Creek. The Museum is a delight to so show the incredible creative work across three countries and two continents. More of the artists Bronzes are on display. Mary knows all and loves telling you all the details of the project through the mind of Ben Carpenter to the artists creation and the installation. A must see in the DFW area.

I always go to Las Colinas in my spare time. I enjoy Mustang Park, especially now since they updated all of it. It looks real nice. Ive been coming here since 1996. Ive witnessed all the renovations, apartments being built, and I used to go to Texas Bar and Grill for the blues bands and billiards back in the day. Ive spent many nights feeding the ducks and taking photographs.

The statues are impressive. They are large and beautiful and the water features make it look like they really are crossing a river. I don t know that I would call them a tourist attraction in and of themselves but the waterfront area across the street has some nice restaurants and is a great place to walk. If you re already planning on being in the area, definitely stop by and check them out but don t necessarily make a special trip.

There mustang sculptures are extremely close to the Mandalay Canal Walk and are worth a visit if youre already in the area. Also, they make a good photo opportunity if youre visiting the Toyota Music Factory and you want to get some pictures that are less common for the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I wouldnt recommend as a standalone activity though, so be sure to check out the area.

Access to the sculptures is free as they are in front of the museum. I was there late at night as the temperatures during the day were unbearable. Took these photos with the nightshot on my Motorola Neo 30 and was amazed on how well these turned out. They are lit but only atmosphere lights so not a lot of visibility in person.

The Mustangs of Las Colinas are BEAUTIFUL! I hope that all the folks who work in this building appreciate the history and art of these mustangs and how they came to be. We visited the FREE museum today (in the East building - to right of the mustangs) and Mary graciously told us the history of the mustangs from their small conception in Africa to their massive build in England. They were then FLOWN here to be installed. AMAZING! I definitely recommend a visit! There is FREE parking in the front of the building that has a 2 hour limit as well as some free 2 hour parking across the street. The museum is also free but donations of $1 per person are appreciated!

Visited her a few weeks ago for business. It is such a serne area, beautifully opened. Watch your steps out there when walking in the center. When I was there, they did have some slight problems with the elevators in the middle building. They were fixed quickly. Also there is a walking park area right behind these mustangs and the middle building.
