I placed an online order on Friday for a BLT, because their app wasnt working for me. Online it has an optional section where you can add additional toppings, remove toppings, have them on the side, or just have the BLT toppings. On the App it automatically defaults to add the toppings, but doesnt doesnt when placed online. I spoke with Brandy and she said I could come back next week and they could fix it. (Its by my job not my home) I come in today and I let them know what happened last week. Im guessing by the womans shirt she must have been a lead or shift manager, she has an attitude with me while comping it in their system. (Rolling her eyes) and they remake my order. At the same time, I am also picking up my coworkers online order and tell them I believe the same thing may have happened to them. But they wanted the BLT. A man who must be the manager by his button down shirt, blurts out in the rudest tone, Well you seem to be the only one experiencing this issue! I then try to explain the difference and why its happening and he rolls his eyes and walks away while I was talking. I have been coming to this location over a year and I have never had service like this. I was shocked and disappointed! To the point I went back to tell everyone at my employer, as we all go almost weekly.While they fixed my overall problem the customer service from leadership was disgusting. Please do better! I did call corporate to hopefully rectify the Online vs App thing for you guys. I hope it was a one off and you do better next time. Youu could learn from your cashiers, as they are always amazing.

A good place if you re craving chicken salad! I got the jalapeño holly chicken salad on wheat bread, I wish they gave more chicken salad, seems a little skimpy with their portion. The chicken salad itself tasted great, just the right amount of spice from the jalapeño. Definitely will be back to try other flavors of chicken salad!

I just love this place for the food obviously, but had a really nice super small gesture experience today which seem to have become more and more rare these days. The gentleman who was emptying the trash behind the counter apparently noticed me as I came up to the counter to ask for a new cup since mine was a little broken. The cashiers were all helping others (no big deal) so I just turned around and went to fill my cup since it wasn t unusable. Next thing I know this guy is next to me with a new cup. It was such a simple sweet gesture of noticing someone else that I appreciated greatly. Not sure if they train this or this guy is just a gem. Please give him my thanks!

OMG , I am officially a CHICKEN SALAD CHICK ! I tried this place for the first time, a couple of weeks ago and now I can t stop promoting it. You all might as well make me a brand ambassador, the way I am sold. Anywho, the customer service was amazing and the food was even better. There are many options to try from, but I am stuck on the buffalo chicken and jalapeño holly. I get the buffalo chicken on a croissant delicious!! I will definitely be back, hopefully not everyday, but then again what can you do when you re a chicken salad chick !

Almost a perfect visit: a Super clean and cute exterior and interior. In restaurant that is rather effeminate, two manly Men took our order. The dinners were served in minutes. The Chicken salads were tasty! I Especially like the broccoli salad. ###Unfortunately the fruit salad had old grapes and old strawberries in it that were melting & growing white stuff on it. Otherwise this would have been a perfect visit. By the way , the desserts are incredible! We ordered the white chocolate cake and two buttercream cookies. Oh my.....too good! Chicken Salad Chick is definitely one of my go-tos for workday lunches! I love the jalapeno holly, and I usually get a scoop of it on a salad and it makes for an awesome lunch! The staff here are always kind and informative, and the food is always tasty and arrives quickly. They also have pre-made options if you dont have time to wait for your to-go order to be made!

My wife and I go here at least 3 times a month and it gets better every time. The food is very fresh and they have a great assortment of different flavors of chicken salad. I ve tried them all and never been disappointed. I m not a huge fan of their toasted bread, but the regular wheat bread is fantastic. You have to get the grape salad, it s like a desert and it s always a winner. Great staff and management. They are all super sweet. The restaurant is very clean and it s kinda like eating at moms or grandmas. So glad they are close by.

First time trying this little shoppe. I was very pleased my Dixie Chix Chicken Salad BLT on toasted wheat. This sandwich was PERFECT, and the potato soup with bacon & cheddar cheese was rich and flavorful. I ate it too fast and forgot to take a picture!

Love this food! Always great quality chicken salad! BUT I must share the Manager with a long sleeve white dress shirt/tattoos on his arm I watched smoke a cigarette out front by the nail salon door and the restaurant then walk in not wash his hands come behind the counter and pack my order up and give me my order. He smelled so bad and then kept packing other peoples foods. It made me sick to my stomach and made me think of how dirty his hands are and how often he doesn t wash his handles when handling our food. As a manager it s not a good examples to his staff too. Gross!

Not the best experience. It is 5:05 pm on Saturday. Refused service and told me they were closed for the day. Sorry. I told her we came over from Lewisville to try for the first time. I said is there anything you can sell me? She said no we have already thrown it all away. Flavor Update: Fruity Fran - still my favorite after trying several flavors Classic Carol - tasty but too plain for me Olivias Old South - little bit better Fancy Nancy - close second to Fruity Fran Dixie Chick - I love this one with crackers; if you like onions, definitely try this one. Lauryns Lemon Basil - very unique, LOTS of basil. I like it! Cranberry Kelly - The nuts in this one are great, and the dried cranberries provide a mild sweetness. Dillicious Diva - Hold the phone! This seasonal recipe is A-MAZ-ING. I love dill, and the freshness of the cucumber bits pushes this one over the top. (added summer 2022) I like so many, but Fran, Dixie, and Dillicious Diva are my top 3! I will say that even though Fruity Fran is my favorite in a sandwich, it does not taste the same after a day or two in the fridge (the fresh fruit does not seem to hold up and stay fruity). Dixie or Diva do much better than Fran for Quick Chick takeout to save for another day. New favorite soup: Chicken Poblano. SO GOOD! Also, the pumpkin cheesecake is delicious, and I so appreciate that it is a small slice for a reasonable price. Great serving size and value.

Just walked out and never received any food after 30 minutes. When we ordered there was only one group behind us, before the noon rush. As we walked out every other table was discussing why no orders were actually being handed out or delivered or picked up. The staff was continuing to take orders however nothing was coming from the kitchen, though it appeared a lot of partial orders just sitting there, when we asked her about our order they started screaming at the chefs in the back but couldnt find the order#.

9/6/22 Rudest experience ever! Co worker ordered chicken salad and was given packets of crackers. She then asked for extra crackers. The manager then gave her a smirk look. Avoid the Irving location. They close before time so youll head out based on published business hours and the place is dark. Also, when they are actually open--4 out of 5 times Ive come they are out of most selections by noon. Terrible customer service and absolute waste of anyones time. The chicken salads here are exceptional. Broccoli salad is great too. Ive placed many small orders and a few large ones for family gatherings. All were accurate, consistent, and delicious. This place is extremely efficient and accurate with deliveries! We put in an huge order for 12 people, so of course I was concerned about mistakes or forgotten items, but the restaurant got it 100% correct!! From the meals and side dishes to the number of salad dressings, drinks, straws, and utensils! Everything was labeled and organized, and delivered on time. I was very impressed!!!

Super friendly staff. Came in right before close and received great service. Manager made sure we were well take care of and not rushed and prep staff in kitchen was super friendly and made us aware of what selections were still available. Really they deserve 6 stars

WONDERFUL team, perfect food again, lovely and convenient location. I used to only know about the north Fort Worth Alliance location (which is outstanding as well), so Im STOKED to have found them so close to home now! I see a lot of chicken salad in my future!

I love this place. Their chicken salad is hands down the best and I will continue to come back for the consistency and variety. They give you a bunch options and the meals come along with an extra scoop of chicken salad, crackers, a pickle, and a cookie! Well worth it. I wish they stayed open later but I m satisfied going for lunch every time.

Love the choices, flavors and service. However; I would advise person s who can t consume pork to ask them if pork is in the dish. I have bought two salads and the Mac & cheese and they had bacon. The company could consider pointing this out to customers for foods that might not usually be served with pork. Ie the things I ve mentioned. This place provides excellent food and service! Try it out you will love it.

3 Stars only because of the taste, which was very good. Ordered a Sandwich and Soup. The amount of actual Chicken Salad on my sandwich was very disappointing. VERY small portion! The lettuce and tomato took up more space than the actual CS. You would think that a place that is a Chicken Salad Shop would be more generous with their portions.

Surprised at how much I liked this place. Barbie-Q (BBQ) chicken salad on a croissant and the Buffalo Barclay chicken salad were both excellent and dont sleep on the sugar cookies! The Loaded Potato & Chicken Florentine Soup, Broccoli salad and Grape salad were all great too!

Hello Our first time visiting this establishment. Ok!!! All I can say..it was freaking delish..we got The Chick with Classic Carol chicken salad.. Really good..we added some bacon potato soup..perfect..even on a hot August Dallas Day..Highly recommend

OMG! I found this place by ordering Uber Eats while on business in Owensboro, KY. Then found out there were locations in Texas, and yeyyyy, one was near me. Can t stop eating these salads! Totally recommend them!

Randomly decided to try this place today for lunch! It was so clean and nice. The young lady waiting on me gave me a rundown of the menu and even let me sample the chicken salad before placing my order. The food was amazing and I don t say that a lot. Thoroughly enjoyed everything I ordered. I will definitely be back!!
